Modulation signal classification in communication systems can be considered a pattern recognition *** works have focused on several feature extraction approaches such as fractal feature,signal constellation reconstruction,*** recent advent of deep learning(DL)models makes it possible to proficiently classify the modulation *** this view,this study designs a chaotic oppositional satin bowerbird optimization(COSBO)with bidirectional long term memory(BiLSTM)model for modulation signal classification in communication *** proposed COSBO-BiLSTM technique aims to classify the different kinds of digitally modulated *** addition,the fractal feature extraction process takes place by the use of Sevcik Fractal Dimension(SFD)***,the modulation signal classification process takes place using BiLSTM with fully convolutional network(BiLSTM-FCN).Furthermore,the optimal hyperparameter adjustment of the BiLSTM-FCN technique takes place by the use of COSBO *** order to ensure the enhanced classification performance of the COSBO-BiLSTM model,a wide range of simulations were carried *** experimental results highlighted that the COSBO-BiLSTM technique has accomplished improved performance over the existing techniques.

User satisfaction within a system comes to fruition when their initial expectations align with the system's actual performance and user experiences. This alignment underscores the significance of assessing technological preparedness and potential health risks to measure user contentment. This study addresses a pivotal concern related to a database error, leading to system inaccessibility and redundant performance reporting within the Indonesian Local Government Personnel Service system. The primary objective of this research is to evaluate the degree of perceived user satisfaction and the influencing factors within this context. The assessment focuses on the interplay of technological readiness and user health risks. This study employs a quantitative research approach and a purposive sampling method. The research integrates the Expectation Confirmation Model and Technology Readiness Index 2.0, incorporating a novel variable known as 'perceived susceptibility.' The findings underscore a significant majority of respondents, approximately 96%, expressing satisfaction. Critical determinants of system user satisfaction are identified as perceived usefulness and confirmation. The implications of this research extend to providing insights into enhancing technological readiness to elevate user satisfaction levels within the Indonesian Local Government Personnel Service system. In addition, the results of this study serve as a reference for subsequent research to dig deeper into the subjects explored in this research. © 2023 IEEE.

In the last year, many modern attacks have targeted Internet of Things (IoT) devices. IoT botnet attacks are the most common. Despite the plethora of detection and prevention systems for cyberattacks, a security mechanism for IoT settings is still required since these devices have certain restrictions that make it difficult to properly implement the detection system. These memory resources are limited to processing, storing, and calculating. An effective defense against cyberattacks is an intrusion detection system (IDS). To develop the rules for IDS_MDL-IoT, we used the contemporary botnet attack dataset. Because IoT devices have limited resources, it is difficult to employ all attack patterns in the initial anomaly dataset in traditional anomaly-based IDS. Therefore, in this study, the tested ML model resulting in NB has proven to be the best classification algorithm to classify the risk of attack with 99.7% accuracy predicting from a time-speed of 3 seconds, and the tested DL model resulting in RNN has proven to be the best classification algorithm to classify the risk of attack with 99% accuracy predicting from a time-speed of 8 seconds. © 2023 IEEE.

Vehicular Ad Hoc Networks (VANETs) is an origination of Mobile Ad-Hoc Network (MANET), where road vehicles will distribute messages and provide safety alerts to notice hazardous circumstances to the drivers. One of its greatest challenges is ensuring Quality of Service (QoS) owing to channel sharing, high traffic and topology changes in VANETs. These challenges cause of degradation of network performance. Congestion control should be properly considered to improve the network performance and transmission message over VANETs. However, there seem significant limitations to most of the other current congestion control mechanisms. In this paper, an enhanced congestion control model based on prioritization and scheduling-based strategy is proposed. This strategy assigns priorities of the safety messages and non-safety messages based of the message type and network condition. Further, safety message can be classified into event-driven messages and beacon messages. At that point, all messages transmit into the appropriate queue based on their priority and schedule all messages in each queue. However, when new message enqueue, reschedule in each queue may cause additional unwanted delay to be processed cause of inefficient scheduling technique. Thus, an improved dynamic scheduling algorithm also proposed to schedule the messages in this circumstance. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

Oil palm plantations in Indonesia still have many challenges, especially in terms of monitoring and mapping technology. One of the important aspects in the monitoring stage of oil palm plantations is monitoring the productivity of oil palm plants. To identify the oil palm plants, many previous studies have utilized image analysis to solve the problem. The problem is that poor image conditions can affect the architecture model to be built.[1] So in this research we do tune mapping on the image to produce a quality image. Each image data that has been improved will be feature extracted using ResNet and VGG to produce the best model. Furthermore, the classification model development process is carried out using CNN architecture as the model architecture. We also provide innovation by using object detection technology. Which uses artificial neural networks. Here we train the model using aerial video datasets of oil palm plants obtained from drones. Furthermore, to evaluate the performance of the above technique, it is proposed to use the mapping model, precision and accuracy evaluation obtained in the test phase[2]

This paper proposes the use of adaptive algorithms for real-time data analysis. Adaptive algorithms are a set of practical methods used for acting information-driven optimization and studying. They have a wide variety of applications and may be implemented to a selection of facts analysis obligations. This paper offers an overview of existing adaptive algorithms and descriptions of several new programs in the area of actual-time facts analysis. In particular, the paper discusses the notion of adaptive thresholding, which allows for practical real-time evaluation of large datasets. The paper also provides a novel technique for making use of these algorithms in an online learning environment. Results from simulations illustrate the ability of the proposed method in real-international packages. Sooner or later, the paper presents numerous key lessons discovered and affords recommendations for future research and packages in this area. © 2024 IEEE.

Handwritten character recognition systems are used in every field of life nowadays,including shopping malls,banks,educational institutes,*** is the national language of Pakistan,and it is the fourth spoken language in the ***,it is still challenging to recognize Urdu handwritten characters owing to their cursive *** paper presents a Convolutional Neural Networks(CNN)model to recognize Urdu handwritten alphabet recognition(UHAR)offline and online *** research contributes an Urdu handwritten dataset(aka UHDS)to empower future works in this *** offline systems,optical readers are used for extracting the alphabets,while diagonal-based extraction methods are implemented in online ***,our research tackled the issue concerning the lack of comprehensive and standard Urdu alphabet datasets to empower research activities in the area of Urdu text *** this end,we collected 1000 handwritten samples for each alphabet and a total of 38000 samples from 12 to 25 age groups to train our CNN model using online and offline ***,we carried out detailed experiments for character recognition,as detailed in the *** proposed CNN model outperformed as compared to previously published approaches.
