The work reported in this paper enables to upload and activation of new programs to KUKA industrial robots during active operation, which would not be possible normally. By doing this it is possible to program those robots offline resulting in increased flexibility for modern manufacturing. The programs could be placed on work pieces to form a work-piece-driven production. Comparable projects increased the capabilities of robot programming by avoiding the KUKA Robot Language using high-level programming languages. Those approaches have proven themselves in the field of research. Nevertheless, this work tries a completely different approach by enabling offline programming and switching between programs while maintaining KRL the most used robot programming language for KUKA robots.

This paper presents the design and implementation of a novel dual-port low-reflection microwave angular displacement sensor that employs the transversal signal interference (TSI) principle to achieve high-precision and large-range dual-parameter sensing. It has good linearity in the sensing range of 0°-180°, and the sensitivity accuracy can reach 0.6 MHz/deg and 0.033 dB/deg. The sensor is specially designed to minimize reflection interference, and the sensor is low-reflective by integrating absorption filter networks both at the input and output ports, which greatly improves the practicality of microwave sensors in practical applications. Simulations and implementation measurements prove that the sensor can realize excellent linearity and dynamic range with low reflection characteristics.

In this paper, we proposed a Weighted Subgraph Clustering for Protein Complex Identification (WSC-PCI) method , which combined with Gene Ontology (GO) annotations and improved Edge Clustering Coefficient (ECC) to indentify the protein complex over weighted Protein- Protein Interaction (PPI) network. By using the comprehensive weighted method to calculate the node weights within the PPI network, in order to mine the valuable and core subgraphs, which are related to the biologically significant and real protein complexes based on the core-attachment structure requirements. And then, calculating Biocompatibility value (BA-value) to identify potential proteins, which have more stable and good biocompatibility. By comparing with multiple algorithms on real datasets of different species, the results show that WSC-PCI outperforms other methods with regard to recall, precision and MMR, and the authenticity and biological significance of the identification results are verified by p-value analysis.

Foundation models, large-scale, pre-trained deep-learning models adapted to a wide range of downstream tasks have gained significant interest lately in various deep-learning problems undergoing a paradigm shift with the rise of these models. Trained on large-scale dataset to bridge the gap between different modalities, foundation models facilitate contextual reasoning, generalization, and prompt capabilities at test time. The predictions of these models can be adjusted for new tasks by augmenting the model input with task-specific hints called prompts without requiring extensive labeled data and retraining. Capitalizing on the advances in computer vision, medical imaging has also marked a growing interest in these models. With the aim of assisting researchers in navigating this direction, this survey intends to provide a comprehensive overview of foundation models in the domain of medical imaging. Specifically, we initiate our exploration by providing an exposition of the fundamental concepts forming the basis of foundation models. Subsequently, we offer a methodical taxonomy of foundation models within the medical domain, proposing a classification system primarily structured around training strategies, while also incorporating additional facets such as application domains, imaging modalities, specific organs of interest, and the algorithms integral to these models. Furthermore, we emphasize the practical use case of some selected approaches and then discuss the opportunities, applications, and future directions of these large-scale pre-trained models, for analyzing medical images. In the same vein, we address the prevailing challenges and research pathways associated with foundational models in medical imaging. These encompass the areas of interpretability, data management, computational requirements, and the nuanced issue of contextual comprehension. In general, public or private organizations or companies have used information-based technology as a support to improve business performance to be more effective and efficient in order to achieve a company’s business goals. Given the large contribution of information technology in the application of hotel applications as a supporting information system, it is a vital system that must avoid risks that can hinder and cause harm to the hotel management business processes. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out risk management using the COBIT 5 framework to manage possible risks that may occur based on the APO12 (Manage Risk) domain. From the evaluation results of the data obtained through observation and interviews as well as the calculation of the results of the questionnaire based on 6 APO12 subdomains, the results of the risk management level capability assessment in hotel applications are still at level 3 or have reached the level of established process with the target to be achieved at level 4 resulting in a gap of 1 level. Based on the results obtained, it is necessary to propose recommendations that can be used by hotels in improving the application of information technology risk management so that in the future it can achieve the expected target level so that the APO12 level of capability can increase and become more optimal.

In this paper, the authors propose a new dynamic optical RAM based on a fiber-optic line. This device significantly increases the speed of information flows by reducing the time required to operate the RAM by 10. The proposed optical RAM increases the productivity and efficiency of information exchange between slow and fast devices of information and communication systems without software costs, which reduces the probability of failure by two times with the same buffer memory capacity. The authors proposed variants of the practical application of the new dynamic optical RAM. On its basis, a shift register, a serial-to-parallel code converter, a parallel-to-serial code converter, and a TDM switch for information system facilities were created. The time characteristics of signals in code converters based on a dynamic optical RAM are presented.
