The low request response delay of mobile edge crowdsensing (MECS) paradigm allows quick interactions among entities in practical scenarios. However, there often exist dishonest behaviors in such interactions, and the personal information leakage involved seriously threatens the privacy and security of sensing users. To tackle this problem, previously we had proposed a non-repeated three-party game model, without the consideration of multiple interactions in the actual scenario. Based on game theory, this research therefore proposes a three-party repeated game model. Specifically, we propose the corresponding social norms for different phases of sensing data. It analyzes all possible behaviors deviating from rationality, calculates the change of corresponding payoff function, and explores the influencing factors and constraints of players' honest behaviors based on the premise of maximizing interests. Finally, a significant number of simulations and numerical analyse indicate that the proposed model is feasible and effective in maximizing the benefits of game participants. Copyright © 2020 EAI.

We address the problem of learning new classes for semantic segmentation models from few examples, which is challenging because of the following two reasons. Firstly, it is difficult to learn from limited novel data to capture the underlying class distribution. Secondly, it is challenging to retain knowledge for existing classes and to avoid catastrophic forgetting. For learning from limited data, we propose a pseudo-labeling strategy to augment the few-shot training annotations in order to learn novel classes more effectively. Given only one or a few images labeled with the novel classes and a much larger set of unlabeled images, we transfer the knowledge from labeled images to unlabeled images with a coarse-to-fine pseudo-labeling approach in two steps. Specifically, we first match each labeled image to its nearest neighbors in the unlabeled image set at the scene level, in order to obtain images with a similar scene layout. This is followed by obtaining pseudo-labels within this neighborhood by applying classifiers learned on the few-shot annotations. In addition, we use knowledge distillation on both labeled and unlabeled data to retain knowledge on existing classes. We integrate the above steps into a single convolutional neural network with a unified learning objective. Extensive experiments on the Cityscapes and KITTI datasets validate the efficacy of the proposed approach in the self-driving domain. How to grasp comprehensive, timely, effective and accurate business competitive intelligence has become an urgent and critical issue for regional industrial clusters. Therefore, a Industrial Internet Platform for Regional Economic based on Adaptive Clustering called IIPRE is developed. The multi thread oriented extraction technology is used to collect the business intelligence data of specific industries. The data is clustered by rule-based machine learning, and the business information data model is used for analysis. Finally, the visualization report is generated by big data visualization software. The system uses Intelligent Retrieval technology to automatically complete the functions from acquisition to processing automatically, to generate data information to meet the application requirements, uses Automatic Classification Technology to provide automatic classification function combining machine-based automatic learning and rule-based information, and uses Personalized Display Technology to provide customizable personalized display pages for individuals, to organize and adjust the hot information, thematic information, clustering, related words, early warning, statistics and other information released by the system. Language impairment may be an important early manifestation of dementia. In this study, we propose a multi-feature fusion to distinguish MCI and AD patients. In this paper, a set of acoustic, demographic and linguistic features were selected, and after data processing, logistic regression algorithm was used to diagnose MCI and AD patients. In order to get better results, comparative experiments are also effectively conducted, including different combination methods and different group distinctions with the three most popular algorithms. Studies have shown that this method is more advantageous and the classification results are more accurate.

Review spam detection aims to detect the reviews with false information posted by the spammers on social media. The existing methods of review spam detection ignore the importance of the information hidden in the user interactive behaviors and fail to extract the indistinct contextual features caused by irregular writing style of reviews. In this paper, a new review spam detection method based on multi-dimensional features is proposed. The method utilizes the principal component analysis to get low-dimensional features to characterize the user-product relationship. Then, a neural network constructed with nested LSTM and capsule network is trained to extract textual context features and spatial structure features. Finally, the model combines the text and user behavioral features as the overall features, which are used as the input to the classification module to detect spam reviews. Experimental results show that the F1 value of our proposed method is 1.6%~3.5% higher than the existing methods, indicating the efficiency and effectiveness of our model, especially on the natural distribution datasets. © 2020, Springer Nature Switzerland AG.

Mobile Crowdsensing (MCS) is often accompanied by various adverse objectives when performing data collection, which makes it difficult to collect accurate data of the entire target area with low cost. Therefore, how to collect a small part of the data to accurately infer the other data of the entire target area is a crucial issue. People’s daily trajectories usually follow a certain pattern, for example, students go to school, company employees go to work. This pattern allows us to find participants who often pass through fixed areas within a certain time span, leading their collected partial data are near optimal for the entire data collection task. This paper models the problem and develops multiple methods to improve the participant selection and the data recovery. Particularly, we use a random method, reinforcement learning, and greedy algorithm to handle this problem and compare the differences among these methods by experiments. © 2020, Springer Nature Switzerland AG.

A uniform experimental design(UED)is an extremely used powerful and efficient methodology for designing experiments with high-dimensional inputs,limited resources and unknown underlying models.A UED enjoys the following two significant advantages:(i)It is a robust design,since it does not require to specify a model before experimenters conduct their experiments;and(ii)it provides uniformly scatter design points in the experimental domain,thus it gives a good representation of this domain with fewer experimental trials(runs).Many real-life experiments involve hundreds or thousands of active factors and thus large UEDs are *** large UEDs using the existing techniques is an NP-hard problem,an extremely time-consuming heuristic search process and a satisfactory result is not *** paper presents a new effective and easy technique,adjusted Gray map technique(AGMT),for constructing(nearly)UEDs with large numbers of four-level factors and runs by converting designs with s two-level factors and n runs to(nearly)UEDs with 2^(t−1)s four-level factors and 2tn runs for any t≥0 using two simple transformation *** justifications for the uniformity of the resulting four-level designs are given,which provide some necessary and/or sufficient conditions for obtaining(nearly)uniform four-level *** results show that the AGMT is much easier and better than the existing widely used techniques and it can be effectively used to simply generate new recommended large(nearly)UEDs with four-level factors.

Forest type is very important in the management of the forest ecosystem. Previous literatures demonstrate that deep belief network (DBN) gain the excellent classification performance. This research attempts to classify the forest type from hyperspectral image using DBN. To begin with, the Restricted Boltzmann Machines and deep belief networks are briefly reviewed. Then, the effect of network depth and the number of hidden units on the accuracy and Kappa efficient is discussed. Furthermore, forest type is classified using DBN by Python language, comparing with typical classification methods, such as support vector machine (SVM). The experimental results show that the number of layers is 3 and the number of nodes is 256 are the optimal network structure for forest type identification. The overall accuracy is 85.8% and the coefficient is 0.785, which is better than the classification performance of support vector machine. In general, deep belief network has the potential to be the dominant method of forest mapping by hyperspectral image.

Edge computing is an emerging promising computing paradigm that brings computation and storage resources to the network edge, significantly reducing service latency. In this paper, we aim to divide the task into several sub-tasks through its inherent interrelation, guided by the idea of high concurrency for synchronization, and then offload sub-tasks to other edge servers so that they can be processed to minimize the cost. Furthermore, we propose a DRL-based Multi-Task Dependency Offloading Algorithm (MTDOA) to solve challenges caused by dependencies between sub-tasks and dynamic working scenes. Firstly, we model the Markov decision process as the task offloading decision. Then, we use the graph attention network to extract the dependency information of different tasks and combine Long Short-term Memory (LSTM) with Deep Q Network (DQN) to deal with time-dependent problems. Finally, simulation experiments demonstrate that the proposed algorithm boasts good convergence ability and is superior to several other baseline algorithms, proving this algorithm’s effectiveness and reliability. © 2022, The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd.

Network traffic prediction plays a significant role in network management. Previous network traffic prediction methods mainly focus on the temporal relationship between network traffic, and used time series models to predict network traffic, ignoring the spatial information contained in traffic data. Therefore, the prediction accuracy is limited, especially in long-term prediction. To improve the prediction accuracy of the dynamic network traffic in the long term, we propose an Attention-based Spatial-Temporal Graph Network (ASTGN) model for network traffic prediction to better capture both the temporal and spatial relations between the network traffic. Specifically, in ASTGN, we exploit an encoder-decoder architecture, where the encoder encodes the input network traffic and the decoder outputs the predicted network traffic sequences, integrating the temporal and spatial information of the network traffic data through the Spatio-Temporal Embedding module. The experimental results demonstrate the superiority of our proposed method ASTGN in long-term prediction.
