In this paper, we performed a simulation for a physical resistive random-access device (RRAM) to propose an improved model representing its electrical characteristics. Voltage ThrEshold Adaptive Memristor (VTEAM) model that operates based on the voltage threshold of the device adapted for the RRAM simulation. We applied some physical features to the model to adjust the internal state variable to improve the simulation results. The internal state variable used in the model was designed after the physical feature such as the distance between the end of the filament and the electrode of the device. Therefore, applying some of these physical conditions affects the simulation results. Simulation results with the newly applied model showed optimized I-V characteristics that resemble the physical device's behavior more than the existing model. © 2022 IEEE.

At the moment, weather data is crucial for supporting neighborhood activities. The economy and trade are both centered in Jakarta, which is also Indonesia's capital. Therefore, it is crucial to have access to weather information so that these activities don't get disrupted, which would then hinder commercial and trade activity. Social media has been a very popular tool for spreading information recently. Particularly on Instagram, where users favor taking images and sharing the information they encounter. @jktinfo is the Instagram account that posts information about the situation in Jakarta and the area, including the current weather. The @jktinfo account is utilized in this project to gather data. Utilizing a variety of techniques, the collected photographs of sunny, cloudy, and wet situations were. © 2023 The Authors. Data mining is an analytical process of knowledge discovery in large and complex data sets. Many studies wish to explore data, to find information so that knowledge can be obtained through the grouping process, classification, rules discovery, associations and data mining visualization which shows similarity. Periodic data often occurs in business applications and sciences that has big size, high dimension and continuously updated. The similarity in periodic data is based on several approaches. One of common approaches is to transform periodic series into other domains so that dimensions are reduced, followed by index mechanism. Many studies of time series do not give optimal result because limited to extracting data not able to represent time series and its pattern which is then change into rules. Rules can be found in time series data, but they are still constrained by over fitting and difficult to present. It causes time series data and non linier function of data mining decision can't be optimal. The basic idea in the method proposed is to do periodic discretization for sub-sequential formation. These sub-sequences are grouped through a measure of similarity. The simple rule-finding technique is applied to obtain hidden rules in the temporal pattern. The optimal time series data expected to generate the uncertainty trend, previously unknown and can be used to make decisions or forecasting in the future. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

Internet of Things (IoT) is a technology that is currently on a trend. Interconnecting networks on IoT are useful in the automation process, but it has vulnerabilities to network-based disruptions and attacks;such as Denial of Service (DoS). This study aimed at implementing the Naive Bayes algorithm to predict attribute classes using training data-sets from NSLKDD with the KDD99 format and obtained testing-data from the logging process of DoS attacks on IoT-based devices. The advantage of using Naive Bayes is that this method only requires a small amount of training data to determine the estimated parameters needed in the classification process. The results of the conducted research could detect attacks on IoT devices by using the help of snort tools to capture traffic logs. The results from the log were then converted into KDD99 format and processed by the Naive Bayes method. This research uses a training dataset from NSLKDD with KDD99 format which is widely used in various studies and testing data obtained from the IDS log process on the Raspberry Pi 3. The attributes used are 9 attributes namely;service, flag, src_bytes, dst_bytes, srv_serror_rate, same_srv_rate, diff_srv_rate, dst_host_srv_diff_host_rate and dst_host_srv_serror_rate. The results of the research analysis showed an accuracy of 64.02%. These results were smaller than previous results, but some aspects were still different from the actual results because the testing data and training data were taken from two different data-sets, thereby they had different characteristics. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

Many MSMEs manually close their businesses in today's competition, especially those caused by the COVID19 pandemic, and besides that, the lack of technology implementation is even more aggravating. Like it or not, Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) must equip their businesses with the application of technology, and unfortunately, there are still many MSMEs that have not been able to take advantage of the benefits of technological developments. Many companies see this condition as an opportunity;for example, Gojek and Grab partner with MSME players to make it easier to trade their products or services. In this paper, a smartphone application for MSMEs called 'Dagang Yuk Yuk, ' which consists of activities such as Login, Create Order, Input Delivery Location, Select Courier, and Select Payment Method has been proposed. Dagang Yuk Yuk tries to give different ideas for implementing MSME actors where this application is only for MSME players as part of an MSME business unit. This paper discusses the application's design using use case diagrams to describe the business process, while class diagrams model the database design. This application was developed using Arduino studio and MySQL database for database storage. © 2022 IEEE.

This paper reviews the latest trends and challenges in implementing digital twin technology. A digital twin is a tool used in various industries to improve efficiency, optimize processes, and enable advanced analysis. The review involved searching major research databases and search engines for articles published between 2018 and 2023. The findings reveal several important trends, including the development of different types of digital twin dimensions, each with its own advantages and limitations. The benefits of digital twin implementation include improved decision-making, increased productivity, and operational efficiency. However, there are challenges, such as data integration, security and privacy concerns, a lack of standardization, and the need for experts to effectively design and operate digital twins. The implications of these trends and challenges are discussed regarding their impact on the successful adoption and implementation of digital twin technology. The review also highlights the need to address these challenges and explore new approaches for maximizing the benefits of digital twin technology. Overall, this comprehensive review is a valuable resource for researchers, practitioners, and organizations seeking to understand the current landscape, identify areas for improvement, and make informed decisions when implementing digital twin technology. © 2023 IEEE.

In the field of bioinformatics, the protein Post-Translational Modification (PTM) site prediction has been widely studied and Web Information Systems (WIS) has been deployed by researchers for this task. Through a literature review and benchmarking process, we identified the requirements which included quick predictions, efficient memory usage, and input validations. However, no detailed designs have been proposed so far, which may have contributed to some requirements not being implemented in some of the websites. Therefore, we propose a detailed WIS conceptual design, which can be used for predicting the sites of multiple PTM types, equipped with a validation algorithm and compared the usage of various string searching algorithms as well as file storage formats. Experiment results showed that the linear search algorithm is the fastest for this task and storing the protein data in npz format when performing multi-PTMs site prediction can assist in reducing memory usage. The proposed design can be implemented into user-friendly web tools that are both efficient in speed and memory usage in future studies. © 2022 IEEE.

Crowdfunding has become a popular term these days, and people usually do crowdfunding to raise a certain amount of money for a specific cause. There are already many popular crowdfunding portals in Indonesia where people can send support to anyone with money. When talking about crowdfunding, most people probably think of providing support to others in need, for example, those who are sick and poor. However, crowdfunding is not always like that. Crowdfunding can be applied to any field, especially in the creative industries, as the people in this report will discuss. If you do not know it beforehand, the creative industry sometimes struggles with copyright and online piracy issues. These problems will soon be very detrimental to the artists as creators. Another problem often sought is the artists themselves, especially those still amateurs. They are often hesitant to share their works and promote themselves because they do not know-how. In this case, crowdfunding application development will be necessary to facilitate all artists and content creators (such as content creators, vloggers, or even game developers) to gain support from their fans and promote themselves to become more popular. © 2022 IEEE.

Ehresmann’s introduction of differentiable groupoids in the 1950s may be seen as a starting point for two diverging lines of research, many-object Lie theory (the study of Lie algebroids and Lie groupoids) and sketch theory. This thesis uses tangent categories to build a bridge between these two lines of research, providing a structural account of Lie algebroids and the Lie functor. To accomplish this, we develop the theory of involution algebroids, which are a tangent-categorical sketch of Lie algebroids. We show that the category of Lie algebroids is precisely the category of involution algebroids in smooth manifolds, and that the category of Weil algebras is precisely the classifying category of an involution algebroid. This exhibits the category of Lie algebroids as a tangent-categorical functor category, and the Lie functor via precomposition with a functor ∂ : Weil1 → TGpd, bringing Lie algebroids and the Lie functor into the realm of functorial *** Codes 18F40 © 2022, CC BY.

The state, through the government, should ensure national security and stability through the policies taken. For this reason, fast and accurate information and data are needed to form the basis for policymaking. Intelligence actors have an essential role in gathering information to identify and prevent threats within and outside the country. Technological advances affect changes in threats and increase the classification of these threats. Covid-19 is a real example of the threat in this era because almost all countries feel its impact. In addition to affecting health, the Covid-19 pandemic also impacts the global economic sector. The economic impact is felt by small and medium industries, goods and services products, and also the tourism sector. The method that is used in this study is a literature review from various national and international journals. AI and Big Data can be used to track viruses in real time, collect adequate public health data, and integrate vaccine use. Also, AI and Big Data can provide local decision and policy-makers with informed, evidence-based predictions. the threat of the Covid-19 pandemic and other infectious diseases that disrupt public health and have a broad impact must be anticipated and addressed in order to achieve the safety and existence of the nation and state. The author wants to emphasize the importance of the role of intelligence in anticipating threats from the visible to the invisible. © 2022 IEEE.
