IT Governance are one of the needs in managing Enterprise Level IT. This study shows part of the decision domain of IT Governance Help, which are IT Investment and Prioritization. The purpose of this study is to determine feasibility of implementation open source ERP system Odoo project management module that replaces current system based on operational, economic, and technical aspects. The method used are Fit / Gap Analysis and Cost Benefit model using economic impact worksheet. The analysis is done by comparing the requirement with features owned by current system and Odoo ERP system. This research resulted that Odoo ERP System is feasible in the 3 aspects, the operational feasibility Odoo reaching 72% Fit, the economic feasibility with ROI of 84%, and technical feasibility indicating the technical requirement can be fulfilled by leasing AWS server. The conclusion is the open source ERP system Odoo project management module is feasible to be applied in terms of 3 aspects that have been studied, those are operational, economic, and technical.

Genome assembly is one of the most relevant and computationally complex tasks in genomics projects. It aims to reconstruct a genome through the analysis of several small textual fragments of such genome — named reads. Ideally, besides ignoring any errors contained in reads, the reconstructed genome should also optimally combine these reads, thus reaching the original genome. The quality of the genome assembly is relevant because the more reliable the genomes, the more accurate the understanding of the characteristics and functions of living beings, and it allows generating many positive impacts on society, including the prevention and treatment of diseases. The assembly becomes even more complex (and it is termed de novo in this case) when the assembler software is not supplied with a similar genome to be used as a reference. Current assemblers have predominantly used heuristic strategies on computational graphs. Despite being widely used in genomics projects, there is still no irrefutably best assembler for any genome, and the proper choice of these assemblers and their configurations depends on Bioinformatics experts. The use of reinforcement learning has proven to be very promising for solving complex activities without human supervision during their learning process. However, their successful applications are predominantly focused on fictional and entertainment problems - such as games. Based on the above, this work aims to shed light on the application of reinforcement learning to solve this relevant real-world problem, the genome assembly. By expanding the only approach found in the literature that addresses this problem, we carefully explored the aspects of intelligent agent learning, performed by the Q-learning algorithm, to understand its suitability to be applied in scenarios whose characteristics are more similar to those faced by real genome projects. The improvements proposed here include changing the previously proposed reward system and including stat

The Internet of Things (IoT) paradigm aims to bring continuous interaction between small embedded devices and humans. The IoT has the potential to affect our daily lives and bring many benefits to society. Low-Power Wide-Area Networks (LPWAN) is a new IoT technology that offers long distance connectivity for a massive number of devices. LPWAN is a promising solution to enable complex IoT scenarios, such as smart cities and smart healthcare. LoRa is currently one of the leading LPWAN solutions available for public use. Due to the great number of connected devices and, in some cases, sensitive data transmitted in IoT networks, security is one of the main concerns in LPWAN. In this paper, we focus on the issues of key management in LoRaWAN. We propose a secure architecture for key management based on private blockchain and smart contracts in order to increase the levels of security and availability in LoRaWAN environments. In order to show the feasibility of the proposed architecture, a working prototype was implemented using open-source tools and commodity hardware.

BACKGROUND:Effective management of hyperlipidemia is crucial for preventing cardiovascular diseases. However, traditional monitoring systems often lack efficiency, particularly in navigating electronic health records (EHRs) to identify and track at-risk patients.
OBJECTIVE:This study aims to evaluate the impact of a Hyperlipidemia Medication Reminder System (HLD-MRS) implemented in a district hospital to streamline EHR navigation and enhance patient management.
METHODS:A pre-post prospective study was conducted at a district hospital. This study designed the HLD-MRS to integrate patient data, guideline recommendations, and risk factor assessments into a single interface, simplifying EHR navigation. This study compared EHR navigation times and patient tracking rates before and after HLD-MRS implementation across the Cardiology, Endocrinology, and Family Medicine departments.
RESULTS:Among 750 patients with follow-up appointments, 334 were identified as having HLD or being at high-risk status. The HLD-MRS significantly reduced mean EHR navigation time from 83.9 s (SD = 8.6) to 53.8 s (SD = 6.6) across all departments (p < 0.001). The proportion of actively monitored HLD patients increased from 42.5 % to 56.6 %, while cases with unknown or withheld assessment status decreased from 57.5 % to 28.4 %.
CONCLUSION:The HLD-MRS improved efficiency in EHR navigation and increased the frequency of active patient monitoring. This guideline-driven decision support system shows promise for enhancing hyperlipidemia care in high-volume outpatient settings.

There have been many studies conducted related to Smart City, IT Governance and Big Data. In this study aims to find out how the relationship between the three and how to form a framework to explain it. The methodology used is qualitative by looking for some literature on smart city framework, IT Governance framework, and a Big Data framework. From these results, an overall picture of the relationship between the three is concluded, where Big Data has a role in IT Governance. and also the relationship of IT Governance to the realization of Smart City. And the final results of this study produce a framework to explain the relationship between Smart City, IT Governance and Big Data.
