Software quality assurance is a crucial process that ensures software products meet specified requirements and quality standards. Achieving an exhaustive test coverage is essential for quality assurance, particularly in complex and dynamic Process-Aware Information Systems (PAIS) built upon the Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN). Manual testing in such systems is challenging due to many execution paths, dependencies, and external interfaces. This paper proposes a model-based testing strategy that uses BPMN models and build specifications as input to generate a Robotic Process Automation (RPA) script that automates a comprehensive User Acceptance Test procedure. Leveraging on Robotic Process Automation (RPA) to automate user interactions allows for reducing the need for testers to manually input PAIS-related information when handling user forms. Currently, Indonesia and the whole world are being hit by the Covid-19 pandemic which has an impact on various fields of life. It affects all sectors, including the education sector. The government through the Ministry of Education and Culture makes a policy in education in terms of the learning process. Teaching and learning activities that were initially carried out face to face become distance learning which was carried out at home. In this study, a systematic literature review is conducted on automatic assessment of essay answers. Various previous studies discuss the essay answer scoring system that has been developed using various methods. We synthesize the results to enrich our understanding of the automated essay exam scoring system. The expected result of this research is that it can contribute to further research related to the automated essay exam scoring system, especially in terms of considering methods and dataset forms. © 2022 Elsevier B.V.. With the large amount of information available on the internet, recommendation tasks have grown to be more crucial than ever. Businesses that store digital media on the internet such as video streaming and music streaming platforms, benefit a lot from recommendation systems. A simple yet powerful recommendation system that can give better recommendation performance is always being sought after. Light Graph Convolution Network (LightGCN) is a simplified version of Graph Convolution Network (GCN) for collaborative filtering in recommendation systems. LightGCN architecture includes only the most essential part of GCN for collaborative filtering that is the neighborhood aggregation, it removes the feature transformation and nonlinear activation because both of them contribute little to no effect to the recommendations. The focus of this research is to optimize LightGCN by tuning the hyperparameters using exhaustive search (grid search). The optimized LightGCN model is able to out-perform LightGCN by more than 140% in music recommendation © 2022 IEEE.

The scenario of online learning is a very urgent need in the world of future knowledge. Since the Corona Virus Disease-19 pandemic, the world economy has started to plummet and caused many adults to lose their jobs. The advantage is the flexibility and rapid development of the internet. In 2020, the number of unemployed increased significantly. This reason makes people strive to improve their ability to meet job requirements by taking online courses. Online courses are a way that people can choose to improve their skills anywhere and anytime. The sustainability of online course material that is offered to the course user and issued by the company will be discussed in this study. The novelty of this research is to obtain a decision support model based on fuzzy logic for determining online courses. The method used is decision-making based on UML and fuzzy logic for the final decision. The fuzzy inference model process begins by determining the decision parameters then using fuzzification with absolute input then refracted with fuzzy criteria, and ends with defuzzification with absolute output. There are two groups of parameters in this study, company profits which consist of 5 parameters and user benefits, which consist of 9 parameters. Once the model is verified and valid, the final decision is useful for users looking for online course and also useful for the decision unit of online course companies in determining the sustainability of online course materials. © 2022 IEEE.

Membership function (MF) in process of fuzzy logic is very meaningful. It depicts the core of model. It can be adopted from the expert judgment and also coming from the configuration of data behavior. The study is an experimental research by analyzing time-series data behavior in developing the MF by using the programming language Python. The MF academically produced called as floating MF (FMF). Such a FMF operated to realize the fuzzy logic conception in an evaluation model. The constructed model is a model in simply measuring the student's performance. By using the ten series-data of student's grade point average (GPA) and absence per annual (APS) values, the model can simulate the moving students' performance per semester. When compared to the conventional FL based model, the proposed model has a similarity average 85%. © 2022 IEEE.

Social media is an online media that functions as a platform for users to participate, share, create, and exchange information through various forums and social networks. The rapid increase in social media activity causes an increase in the number of comments on social media. This is prone to triggering debate due to the easy formation of open discussions between social media users. However, the debate often triggers the emergence of negative things, causing great fights on social media. Social media users often use comments containing toxic words to argue and corner a party or group. This study conducted an experiment to detect comments containing toxic sentences on social media in Indonesia using a Pre-Trained Model that was trained for Indonesian. This study performed a multilabel classification and evaluated the classification results generated by the Multilingual BERT (MBERT), IndoBERT, and Indo Roberta Small models. The optimal result of this study is to use the IndoBERT model with an F1 Score of 0.8897. © 2022 Elsevier B.V.. All rights reserved.

In the current era, Artificial Intelligence (AI) and computer Vision take the main role and participating to the people daily activities. Face Expression became as interesting topic to be explore. Face expression recognition or detection could be applied in many aspects, such as for student focus detection based on face expression, intruder detection system, lie detection and many more. Referring the useful of face expression detection, there are also much research that focused on the methodology to detects or recognize the face expression. Several approaches are use such by using Deep Learning, Machine Learning and statistical method. This paper focused on the process to obtain and knowing the best approach or methods to recognize the face expression by using Systematic Literature Review (SLR) process. From hundreds of retrieved papers with similar interest, we do the selection based on the interest, scope, and topic similarity. The process keeps repeating until we found papers that has similarity criteria in output, dataset, subject and the methods. There are 6 papers in total that fulfil our requirements based on subject, output, result and methods. Subsequently, every research paper was deep-reviewed and compared with another to find the best approaches proposed and dataset used. © 2022 IEEE.

The industry is rapidly transitioning from the 4.0 era to the 5.0 era, prompting renewed interest among scholars in scheduling problems. They allow operations to process and assemble various components simultaneously. This bibliometric analysis provides a comprehensive understanding of the diverse research perspectives on the potential challenges of integrated scheduling within the framework. We identified 357 Scopus articles and analysed co-occurrence keyword (CNK) by VOSViewer tools and Global Citation Score (GCS) by Scopus tools. The research data obtained from 1993 to 2023 mainly in the subject areas of Engineering, computer science, Maths, and others. CNK identified six cluster keywords, and nine most cited articles based on normalised GCS. These results contribute to our understanding of the development of scheduling algorithms, shifting from an emphasis on manufacturing transfers to contemporary demand-centric research directions. Furthermore, this research provides a valuable perspective for policymakers, plant personnel, and manufacturing managers to make informed decisions. © 2025 The Authors. Published by Elsevier B.V.

In online-based virtual worlds such as Metaverse, Online Games, and other online digital spaces, the virtual/digital goods (digital items / digital assets) are fundamental things that must be available to be able to do business & create an economy in the virtual world through monetization & transactions from these digital goods. This research focuses on summarizing and exploring the attributes used in digital goods in the virtual world by extracting attributes in digital goods from other related studies using the Systematic Literature Review methodology & PRISMA Framework comprehensively so that it can be a reference for developers in designing the properties and functions of digital goods in the virtual world that are being developed, which in this case will be in the form of an NFT in the future. Based on research that has been carried out, 3 essential metadata attributes have the most influence on transactions, number 1 Visual Design / Aesthetic (Representative), number 2 Effect (Utilities), and number 3 Statistics / Performance (Utilities) which must be considered in developing/making digital goods in the form of NFTs in the virtual world so that the value of digital goods can attract users to buy or transact them in the virtual world. © 2024 IEEE.

Students 'attendance in class is one important success parameter in face-to-face learning processes. Conventional attendance systems, such as paper-based attendance sheets or identity card systems, require a long time in the manual recapitulation process. Without additional verifications, even computer vision-based methods are prone to fraudulent practices by the students instead of gaining their excitement and attention in a class. To stimulate students' attention in a class, this work designs an intelligent class attendance system, in which facial pattern and smile recognition are implemented by using the latter as an additional task-based verification to reduce the risks of fake attendance. For the face recognition module, this pilot study used FaceNet as a feature extractor combined with SVM for classification, whereas the Haar cascade algorithm is used for recognizing smiles. This face recognition pipeline was implemented as a service installed on minicomputers or Internet of Things (IoT) devices in each classroom and connected to an IP camera. Every recorded attendance will be sent as a notification to a mobile application for students that requires their active participation to confirm it with a smiling self-photo. The proposed pipeline obtained 92.86% accuracy on the test data, and 66.67% accuracy when evaluated in a real-life simulation setting through the implemented system. The lower accuracy in the simulation indicated that further improvements are indispensable, especially since the model obtained 28.57% False Negative Rate. Future studies will need to acquire more data and experiment with more efficient methods of attendance verification. © 2023 IEEE.
