In general, the hospitality industry has been acknowledged as a major sector that gives a high contribution to economic development in many countries including Indonesia. For that reason, many initiatives have been implemented to help the growth of the hospitality industry in many countries including Indonesia to rebound from the harsh impact of the Covid-19 Pandemic. One such initiative is improving restaurant services as the main sector of the hospitality industry. This paper presents empirical results of sentiment analysis as a means to assess the quality of restaurant services as the first step to improving service quality. In particular, this study explores the aspect-based sentiment analysis method to identify some aspects of restaurant service which need improvement by learning the polarity of customers toward the restaurant services without having to meet the customers directly. By using the aspect-based sentiment analysis method, the customer sentiments comprising opinions, sentiments, evaluations, attitudes, and emotions from restaurant service can be analyzed using customers' online reviews as input. The main experiment findings showed that the Long Short-term Memory model can achieve high performance in predicting aspect polarization in restaurant service reviews. Other findings suggest that Sigmoid as an activation function achieved 0.97 average training accuracy and 0.69 average testing accuracy giving a better performance to the model in comparison to ReLU, Tanh, and ELU activation functions. © 2023 IEEE.

The problems that exist in the field of art and culture preservation experienced by the arts and culture community side are the limitations on physical facilities for disseminating works, exchanging information between arts and culture communities, as well as the need to increase professionalism so that they can be independent in order to help improve the economy, where the role of regulation in this regard also affects this condition. Based on the facts above, this community requires an interaction model that is integrated with the use of information technology. This study uses a Soft System Methodology approach to create a model that is suitable for the arts and cultural community. The result is an ICI-based conceptual model for a local culture community. Education is always the most important part of our lives. To make education make a significant impact on today's learners, teaching and learning must evolve to match with today's learner's profile. Any education including vocational education has an important role in economic development and one of the ways to maximize the contribution of vocational educations is strengthening the link and match with the world of work [1]. As the technology also keeps evolving and it is getting more and more advanced, one technology that has significant traction lately is the mixed reality system and is often used for education purposes. Most big ICT companies like Microsoft, and HTC are racing to develop mixed reality systems to help the teaching and learning process to be more effective and efficient. Where everything is cloud-based, having a cloud-based mixed reality system is just makes sense but will have a great challenge and considered as a big ICT project. One of the ways to make the ICT project successful is to make a blueprint before it is started. The objective of this paper is how to develop an ICT Blueprint for implementing a cloud-based mixed reality system for machinery vocational schools to make the project have a higher success rate. © 2022 IEEE.

A vehicle has a license plate and can be identified by the license number attached to the vehicle plate. For detection and recognition, multimedia sensors can be used so that it requires a vehicle tracking application that has a vehicle monitoring function and has implications for various fields. One of them is a multimedia sensor that requires an optimal design and method in the form of the number of multimedia sensors to be used, the placement of the multimedia sensor positions and solutions in the event of a system failure. To achieve multimedia sensor performance, research on multimedia sensors is carried out using a camera type with Phase Detection Auto Focus (PDAF) technology which is similar to a pair of right and left eyes to see an object. The objects detected were 2 cars, where the car passed the camera sensor at a speed of 10-15 km/hour 20 times. Changes in the distance of the vehicle to the camera affect the disparity value and the object's accuracy value, namely and the object's Accuracy value of the minimum disparity value of 6.20×106 of 16.88×109. © 2022 ACM.

Injectable Platelet-Rich Fibrin in Contact with Bone Substitutes, Porous Zirconia, or Laser-Textured Implant Surfaces: A Detailed Morphological Analysis

The aim of the present study was to perform a detailed morphological analysis of an injectable platelet rich fibrin after combination with two different particulate hydroxyapatite-based granules, a porous zirconia block, and laser-textured zirconia or titanium surfaces. Blood samples were harvested from three participants to prepare the flowable injectable PRF in contact or not with particulate hydroxyapatite (Hap), bone mineral granules (DBBM), porous zirconia blocks, laser-textured titanium or zirconia surfaces. Optical and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) were used to evaluate the fibrin network density, fibrin fibers’ diameter, blood cells, and the interaction of PRF with the biomaterials. Histomorphometry of the flowable PRF was also performed using the hematoxylin–eosin staining protocol. Specimens were independently evaluated by two blinded and well-trained researchers in histomorphometry and microscopy. Particulate Hap and DBBM shown different morphological aspects by SEM analyses since DBBM revealed macro- and micro-scale pores while Hap revealed a dense structure. Hydroxyapatite and DBBM granules were entirely embedded by the fibrin-network in the presence of leukocytes and blood platelets. The zirconia porous structured was filled with PRF and its components. Also, the laser-structured zirconia or implant surfaces were entirely coated with the PRF fibrin network embedding leukocytes and blood platelets. Laser-textured titanium surfaces revealed macro- and micro-scale irregularities that increase the surface area and retention of the injectable PRF. Histomorphometric analyses revealed complementary details on the distribution of lymphocytes, red blood cells, and fibrin associated with platelet aggregation. The flowing and viscosity of an injectable platelet rich fibrin provided an agglomeration of synthetic or xenogeneic particulate bone substitutes and the coating of porous zirconia and textured implant surfaces as inspected by scanning electron microsc

Sequential data are available in many domains including weather observation data, stock price, gene sequence, and many others. Sequential data processing is very instrumental as a solution to a variety of downstream tasks in Natural Language Processing such as language translation. Translating a language to another language has become instrumental when peoples interact with other people who speak a different language. However, language translation is not an easy computation task when there is a language-resource gap. This paper presents some empirical results from the exploration of the Recurrent Neural Network (RNN), the Gated Recurrent Unit (GRU), the Long Short-term Memory (LSTM), and the Bidirectional Long Short-term Memory (Bi-LSTM) models as machine translation models from Bahasa Indonesia to the Sundanese language. These empirical results show that the Bi-LSTM achieved the highest performance (0.95 average training accuracy and 0.92 average testings BLEU score) compared to the RNN (0.93 average training accuracy and 0.91 average testings BLEU score), the GRU (0.88 average training accuracy and 0.89 average testings BLEU score), and the LSTM (0.92 average training accuracy and 0.91 average testings BLEU score) models. These results validate some previously reported studies that claim the Bi-LSTM model potentially outperforms the other recurrent neural network-based models when it is used to process sequence datasets. © 2023 IEEE.

In the last few years,deep neural networks have achieved promising results in several ***,one of the main limitations of these methods is the need for large-scale datasets to properly ***-shot learning methods emerged as an attempt to solve this *** the few-shot learning methods,there is a class of methods known as embedding learning or metric *** methods tackle the classification problem by learning to compare,needing fewer training *** of the main problems in plant diseases and pests recognition is the lack of large public datasets *** to this difficulty,the field emerges as an intriguing application to evaluate the few-shot learning *** field is also relevant due to the social and economic importance of agriculture in several *** this work,datasets consisting of biotic stresses in coffee leaves are used as a case study to evaluate the performance of few-shot learning in classification and severity estimation *** achieved competitive results compared with the ones reported in the literature in the classification task,with accuracy values close to 96%.Furthermore,we achieved superior results in the severity estimation task,obtaining 6.74%greater accuracy than the baseline.

Multi-robot exploration (MRE) under communication constraints with high-level actions (i.e., deliver data to a base station) is a topic of research that recently received attention from the academic community. That stems from the fact that MRE can benefit interplanetary exploration, military, and search and rescue applications. Several researchers propose different methods that are taken into consideration to deliver data to a base station since it can help a human team to coordinate action plans efficiently and also to share information among robots. Among the most recent comparisons of different algorithms, we have not found one that addresses delivering data delivery situations. This paper extensively analyzes different frontier-based methods for MRE under communication constraints when the robot needs to deliver data to a base station. We measure the performance of the algorithms in terms of the amount of area explored per step to complete the exploration. For this, we developed a grid-world simulator that resembles a configuration space that can run hundreds of robots efficiently. With our analysis, we identified which method portrays the best performance and spent fewer computational resources, and provided a proof of concept in real robots showing qualitative results regarding its deployment.

This research shows that social learning can be used to increase an organization's cybersecurity maturity level. Using a literature study and case study approach. Literature studies are used to identify social learning's key success factors (KSF) and challenges in general. Then, the case study was performed in the context of assessing the maturity level of information security using the NIST Cybersecurity framework at ABC Software House, a small-scale software development company in Indonesia. Assessment activities are performed through FGDs which then also identify the most relevant social learning' KSF to increase the organization's information security maturity level. Next, referring to the selected KSF, a process of identifying and mapping social learning' challenges was carried out. The integration of social learning can help organizations gain better focus and understanding in nontechnical contexts to increase their maturity level. This research highlights that integrating social learning with the NIST cybersecurity framework can provide organizations with better focus and perspective for formulating non-technical solutions. This study also enriches the existing literature on social learning in cybersecurity and offers practical insights for organizations looking to improve their cybersecurity resilience. © 2024 IEEE.

Smart Home technology offers technological concepts that can be controlled through smart devices to make it easier for the community. Therefore, smart home technology is starting to seize the home electronics market in Indonesia, especially in the city of Jakarta. This study aims to determine the integration of conventional technology into smart home technology for people in Jakarta. The research model in this study uses UTAUT2 which analyzes nine variables, namely Perceived Usefulness, Perceived Cost, Perceived Ease of Use, Social Influence, Perceived Compatibility, Trust, Perceived Pleasure, and Effort Expectations, Intention to Use Smart Home Technology. After the responses were received, data analysis was carried out using the PLS-SEM approach with the SmartPLS application. The results of this study show that there are many people who live in Jakarta who are helped by the presence of smart home technology. However, there are some people who don't really know how to use a smart home because of a lack of knowledge about this technology. © 2023 IEEE.
