This paper proposes a novel standing assistance scheme that guides a subject to adopt a suitable posture using intended movements and voice messages. In much previous research, an assistive robot requires the patient to understand the standing reference beforehand and generally, the subject learns the standing motion used by the robot. However, for practical use, a patient should be able to use an assistive robot without special prior knowledge. Nursing specialists also guide their patients with an intended movement and a voice message. For example, when they incline a patient's upper body before lifting it up, they notify the patient of a motion start with simpler words and guide the patient's body with a special moving pattern. Therefore, in this paper, we develop a standing assistance scheme that guides the patient to stand in the intended way based on skills of these nursing specialists. The effectiveness of the proposed method is verified by experiments with our prototype.

Originally an aggregate material created by skilled craftsmen, terrazzo has since been reduced to a pattern printed on small design objects and circulated worldwide. Like wood, marble, and brick, it has been divorced from its materiality, and reduced to a reproducible graphic motif. How did terrazzo go from innocuous flooring material to icon? Why do digitally produced surfaces often imitate existing materials, rather than offering new innovative alternatives? Sustainable environment development has become a global and popular issue. In Taiwan, regardless of public authorities or private organizations, departments often promote green buildings, green campus and other practices according based upon different sustainable plans. In 2007, the Ministry of Education promoted the green universities and formally launched the Green University Development program. Subsequently, in 2009, 13 schools jointly signed 'The Tallories Declaration' to promote the sustainable work of the Green University. Up to 2018, eight universities have entered the ranks of the world's largest green universities. For finding better sustainable development strategies to improve the Green university evaluation and environmental benefits, this study analyzes the current situation of the Green University in Taiwan and presents a trend analysis of the development of Green University assessment indicators in Chaoyang University of Technology (CYUT) over the years. Finally, through the analysis, the study proposes the concrete strategies for achieving green university's requirement, and proposes the key strategies of further achieving sustainable energy saving of green campus for Chaoyang University of Technology.

Cryptocurrencies prices forecasting is a complex theme due to the chaotic market behavior and the influence of external events. Therefore, inference models should offer, in addition to a satisfying accuracy, reasonable interpretability, so that investors can decide based on their own knowledge. However, many studies in this subject focus on model accuracy and leave much to be desired in terms of simplicity and interpretability. This work proposes the use of Mamdani interpretable fuzzy inference models for forecasting cryptocurrency price variation. For that, a genetic algorithm to optimize models accuracy is employed, limiting the quantity of rules and antecedents arbitrarily. A set of infeasible rules had to be discarded, in order to generate interesting models, that produce a relevant amount of trades. Data from Kraken exchange were utilized for training, validation and results assessment. Results have shown that, for the cryptocurrencies with the highest validation performances, there are gains in comparison to the simple currency appreciation. Using the interpretable aspect of the models, it should be possible to obtain even higher profits.
