Cygames is a company which develops mobile games in Japan. The related game "Granblue Fantasy" is based on lottery mechanisms of "specific unit can be exchanged by certain amount of money consumed" and "specific unit can be exchanged by certain times of lottery". According to consumers' mental states and companies' measures to make profits, this study analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the previous two mechanisms to generalize the profit-making methods which should be learned and improved by game companies.

In our modern society, technology is no longer science-fiction. As technology lowers the technical threshold for creative end endeavours to the point where it has become a part of everyday life, the creative spirit seems to have lost its sacredness. Nowadays, a device like smartphone helps people to produce works without risks. However, it brings two problems: First, during creating process without risks, users pay less consideration. Second, great amount of digital wastes. To Find an efficient way for stimulating students’ artistic creation and set up the ecological thinking in young generations’ mind, this study selected a general education course at “University M” in Changhua, Taiwan to incorporate simple composition and posing techniques for students who had not been exposed to professional photography training to be re-introduced to photography as a creative medium. It is also the objective of this study for the students to see the elective course of general education – the “Organic Life and Health” in a different light through a new form of stimuli. This research is an Action Research to proceed an experiment and analyse the result to reveal the differences between before and after of their assignments. The results show that incorporating art into the course offered advantages and possibilities for creative development and application. Students who are familiarized to the virtual world can now live in the real world again, when providing a gateway for them.

The sustainable urban development growth in the ASEAN region has accelerated tremendously. More demand on the sustainable development has led to bigger market driven certified green neighborhood and buildings. However, there is a lack of post-occupancy evaluation study conducted in assessing the end-users perspective on the certified sustainable neighborhood development. This paper aims to investigate the end-users point of view on sustainable dimension pillar (SDP) adaptation based on environment dimension, social dimension and economic dimension using Post-Occupancy Evaluation Model (POEM) framework. The research methodology employed stakeholders-Inclusion Approach survey questionnaires in order to obtained the sustainable dimensional adaptation score. The results show that there is sustainable dimension gap in POEM evaluation, hence, suggested the pre- occupancy criteria did not fulfill the SDP adaptation and pre-occupancy criteria and variables if differ from post-occupancy criteria and variables.

Blending of plastics used in packaging is an interesting approach for recycling or upcycling. Therefore, this study focused on the effects of processing on the properties of recycled PP and PP/LDPE blends. MFI measurements, Differential Scanning Calorimetry (DSC) and hot-stage polarized optical microscopy techniques were used to investigate the miscibility of PP/LDPE blends based on the thermal properties, degree of crystallinity, crystallization and morphology development in the blends. The MFI indicates, that PP and PP/LDPE blends are marginally sensitive to degradation at common processing conditions. The degree of crystallinity of the blends decreases with an increase of the LDPE content. Furthermore, the spherulite growth rate and crystal size of PP decrease with an increase of LDPE content. The shifts of crystallization temperatures from the DSC measurement, in conjunction with the crystallization kinetics, indicate that PP/LDPE (25 wt% LDPE) is partially miscible.

Photonic technologies continue to drive the quest for new optical materials with unprecedented responses. A major frontier in this field is the exploration of nonlocal (spatially dispersive) materials, going beyond the local, wavevector-independent assumption traditionally made in optical material modeling. On one end, the growing interest in plasmonic, polaritonic and quantum materials has revealed naturally occurring nonlocalities, emphasizing the need for more accurate models to predict and design their optical responses. This has major implications also for topological, nonreciprocal, and time-varying systems based on these material platforms. Beyond natural materials, artificially structured materials—metamaterials and metasurfaces–can provide even stronger and engineered nonlocal effects, emerging from long-range interactions or multipolar effects. This is a rapidly expanding area in the field of photonic metamaterials, with open frontiers yet to be explored. In the case of metasurfaces, in particular, nonlocality engineering has become a powerful tool for designing strongly wavevector-dependent responses, enabling enhanced wavefront control, spatial compression, multifunctional devices, and wave-based computing. Furthermore, nonlocality and related concepts play a critical role in defining the ultimate limits of what is possible in optics, photonics, and wave physics. This Roadmap aims to survey the most exciting developments in nonlocal photonic materials, highlight new opportunities and open challenges, and chart new pathways that will drive this emerging field forward–toward new scientific discoveries and technological advancements. In recent years, service robots have advanced toward having to the ability to move autonomously in an environment in which they co-exist with humans. Thus, the robots must engage in obstacle avoidance to arrive at their goal point. In our previous research, we developed the artificial potential based method that the robot to plans an effective path simulating pedestrian characteristics by gently changing its moving distance. The repulsive potential changes depend on the pedestrian's characteristics. Using our idea, the robot can plan a path without including unnecessary potential changes, according to the pedestrian's route estimation range. Thus, our idea realizes both an effective path and pedestrian avoidance. In this method, the characteristics of the pedestrian are constant. However, pedestrian's walking characteristics are different depending on the environment that pedestrian's walking direction is various in free space model like shopping mall, in contrast, they are determined along the route in corridor model like an office. Therefore, the pedestrian's characteristic model should be changed depend on environment. Because the number of the avoiding-path case is unlimited, we propose the pedestrian potential model is applicable for any environments in this study. In the proposed method, the robot determines the pedestrian's position and plans the avoiding-path, which is reflected in the pedestrian's repulsive potential spread. The value of spread is calculated and changes depending on the pedestrian's position in real-time. We confirmed the proposed method is efficient by comparing experiment with the previous method, where the spread potential constant. The proposed method's effectiveness was confirmed through experiment with the prototype robot.

Libraries can easily be integrated into a museum’s activities, since museums too have functions that require the processing of information, such as preservation, research and communication. However museums in Turkey were not notable for developing efficient art libraries until Istanbul Museum of Modern Art opened. The distinctiveness of this museum’s library results from a change in the museum environment in Turkey, and the introduction of a number of features that are new in art libraries in this country.

With the digitization of information, planar (graphics) editing design systems have also began to emphasize interactive and innovative design. Therefore, interactive e-books have begun to be produced through Graphical User Interface in editorial design. In this study, the WIRED e-books were taken as the research sample. Then, the three aspects (form, function and behavior) were analyzed through the theory of design Core. Furthermore, the design modes of interactive e-books are investigated from the viewpoint of editing design. Regarding research methods, the visual effects of WIRED e-book editing design and interactive design were analyzed and explored through the method of content analysis. Finally, the investigated results in this study are provided to the designer engaged in the design-mode method related to interactive e-books. In addition, the editing design and interactive design of the WIRED electronic books are analyzed. There are three focuses to this study: (1) The relationship between design elements and interactive design function was investigated during editing design. (2) Through the foreign case of WIRED interactive e-books and the theory of design Core, the design thinking, interactive function and user behavior of form, function and behavior of e-books were investigated. (3) A number of design modes of interactive e-books were investigated The results of this study are expected to provide reference for interactive e-book design models and applications for enterprises, publishers, designers and school teaching.

As is emphasized in the UN Agenda 21, it is necessary to incorporate the sustainable development into social educational system at all levels, including the topics of population, poverty and development. From the perspective of educational institutions, the relationship between the city poverty and social stratum of developing or developed nations is seldom discussed. Given this, through the information from teachers' experience, this study proposes the support direction concerning educational investments, in order to narrow this gap, promote social mobility, and increase inclusive growth, by combining with the relevant research design framework. By questionnaire survey, the data were collected from teachers in Taiwan. Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) and open coding were employed to determine the gap, and combine with core category. The results showed that the significance between educational investments and future human capital. The contribution of this study is that the design is suitable for the educational investment framework for the favorable advantage of the Newly Poor in Taiwan, and can benefit their children's future sustainable living and development.
