Universities can employ information technology as one means of achieving their goals and objectives. Universities can get advantages from information technology, such as effective resource management and information management for decision-making. However, don't forget that the campus must consider what technology is appropriate to assist them achieve their goals, particularly in the current industrial era 4.0 where technology is available with many different choices. The campus requires an enterprise architecture in order to design, manage, and coordinate information technology infrastructure, applications, and processes strategically and thoroughly. The adoption of enterprise information system architecture (EA) is also intended to improve the quality of services provided to internal and external stakeholders. In this case, Enterprise Architecture can help an organization to match its information technology resources with business processes and strategies to achieve their goals. This research was conducted using TOGAF ADM, also known as the Open Group Architecture Framework Architecture Development Method. This method offers best practices for creating enterprise architecture and emphasizes several steps that include creating an architectural vision, information systems, business architecture modeling to help XYZ campus manage all their information technology.

Multivariate time series (MTS) data, when sampled irregularly and asynchronously, often present extensive missing values. Conventional methodologies for MTS analysis tend to rely on temporal embeddings based on timestamps that necessitate subsequent imputations, yet these imputed values frequently deviate substantially from their actual counterparts, thereby compromising prediction accuracy. Furthermore, these methods typically fail to provide robust initial embeddings for values infrequently observed or even absent within the training set, posing significant challenges to model generalizability. In response to these challenges, we propose SCAlable Numerical Embedding (SCANE), a novel framework that treats each feature value as an independent token, effectively bypassing the need for imputation. SCANE regularizes the traits of distinct feature embeddings and enhances representational learning through a scalable embedding mechanism. Coupling SCANE with the Transformer Encoder architecture, we develop the Scalable nUMerical eMbeddIng Transformer (SUMMIT), which is engineered to deliver precise predictive outputs for MTS characterized by prevalent missing entries. Our experimental validation, conducted across three disparate electronic health record (EHR) datasets marked by elevated missing value frequencies, confirms the superior performance of SUMMIT over contemporary state-of-the-art approaches addressing similar challenges. These results substantiate the efficacy of SCANE and SUMMIT, underscoring their potential applicability across a broad spectrum of MTS data analytical tasks. Copyright © 2024, The Authors. Three-dimensional models have been used to aid medical diagnoses, using images generated by modalities like Magnetic Resonance Imaging. They can provide a more complete vision of objects since their depth is taken into account. Content-based Image Retrieval (CBIR) has also been used to aid the diagnosis. One important step in Three-dimensional CBIR (Model Retrieva) systems is the comparison between two models by using a set of features extracted and stored in a database. In this paper we present a novel method to compare two models, using the Bipartite graphs technique, with the aim to improve the retrieval precision. This technique retrieves 3D medical models of the left ventricle in order to aid the diagnosis of Congestive Heart Failure. Results showed that the novel method improved the precision by 10% when compared to the Similarity Function of Euclidean and Manhattan distance. These results confirmed that bipartite graph techniques can be used to improve the accuracy of Model Retrieval systems.

Nowadays, messaging technology in digital data form more often used and not less messages that confidentially wanted. Then it should be modified so that can be understood only by the sender and the intended recipients. All of this system can be realization by using cryptography. LUC algorithms are introduced by Smith and Lennon in 1993. LUC algorithm is an algorithm that based on the use of Lucas sequence (specific arithmetic operations derived from Lucas row) that rarely used to enhance the security of the messages. In this research, LUC algorithm is combined with visual cryptography to process the encryption and the description of a colored image. Four different images were used in the trial here. The performance of the system is assessed using Structural similarity (SSIM) which has an assessment similar to human eye. If the image quality is the same as the original image, then the SSIM value is one. Whereas if the quality of decryption image is very different from the original image then the value of SSIM is zero. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

This paper presents two approaches to achieve attentiveness of a virtual quiz agent in the interactions with multiple users at the same time. One attempts to improve the agent with an utterance strategy to determine whether, when, and whom to suggest the users the availability of hints or to urge the users to answer. In the other one, a transition state model presenting the agent's attitude that allows the agent to perform meaningful idle motions is introduced. The transition model is obtained in a Wizard-of-Oz (WOZ) experiment and is learned with support vector machine (SVM). These two prototype systems are evaluated with an automatic attitude test, go/no-go task (GNAT) and regular questionnaires. From the joint results of the evaluation subject experiments, the direction of finding an appropriate triggering timing of the agent's behaviours is proved to be effective. Microsatellite instability (MSI) is a pivotal genetic marker influencing the efficacy of immunotherapy in colorectal cancer. Traditional MSI examination often requires additional genetic or immunohistochemical tests, whereas histology images, widely available in colorectal cancer diagnosis, offer a valuable alternative for MSI prediction. Although Transformer-based models have demonstrated promising outcomes in predicting MSI from histology images, they are hampered by traditional local attention mechanisms that struggle to capture long-range interdependencies and establish a comprehensive global receptive field. In this study, we introduce DiNAT-MSI, a novel framework for histology-based MSI prediction that incorporates the Dilated Neighborhood Attention Transformer (DiNAT). This model enhances global context recognition and substantially expands receptive fields, all without additional computational burden. Our results demonstrate that DiNAT-MSI achieves a superior patientwise AUROC compared to ResNet18 and Swin Transformer, along with commendable explainability. Our work not only illustrates a more accessible diagnostic tool for leveraging histological data but also underscores the potential of Transformerbased models with sophisticated attention designs in advancing precision medicine for colorectal cancer patients.

Recently, the Indonesian government requires auditors, the need for auditors around 40,000 auditors in 2016, currently has only about 10,800 auditors, however, the lack of the auditors impacting the risk of financial loss for the state. Referring to the problem, this experimental research was conducted. The experiment of the research was conducted two times and the audit topic is a compliance audit in the year 2017 and year 2018. The goal of this research is to know, can the stakeholder act as an IT and general compliance auditor? The experiment was conducted by 8 university students in 2017 and 19 university students in 2018, and the supporting tools of audit activities the university student use the smartphone to capture the object as evidence. The experiment results with descriptive method show university students can act as an auditor and found several pieces of evidence that might cause future impact to the institution.

In this paper, we have proposed Single Inductor Dual Output (SIDO) buck-buck and boost-boost DC-DC converter using improved RC ripple regulator control. The proposed SIDO buck-buck converter has the characteristics of lowripple and high control frequency. RC ripple regulator control can not be applied to SIDO boost-boost converter because RC ripple regulator undergoes self-excited oscillation and two self-excited oscillating controllers make the SIDO converter unstable. Thus we proposed the priority circuit for RC ripple regulator control. The proposed control circuit improves response characteristic and simplicity of the control circuit. Simulations are performed to verify the validity of the proposed SIDO converter. Simulation results indicate good performance of the proposed SIDO converter. © 2016 The Institute of electrical Engineers of Japan.

In this paper, EMI reduction method for switching power supply circuit by using PLL circuit as reference signal whose spectrum is spreaded, is proposed. M-sequence pseudo random signal is employed for PLL spectrum spread. Next, we extend this low bit M-sequence pseudo random signal to spectrum spread signal called "pseudo analog signal." The proposed pseudo analog signal can realize that the effect of the spectrum spread is wide even if the number of bit of the pseudo random circuit is small. Simulations and measurement are performed to verify the validity of the proposed method. Simulation and measurement results indicate that the proposed method have a large effect of the spectrum spread. © 2016 The Institute of electrical Engineers of Japan.

In this paper the authors propose a structural method for a genetic algorithm (GA) for the optimization problem of cable routing in which cables have to be laid optimally. When there are no limits on the layout routes, the optimal routes for the individual cables can be found using the Dijkstra method in a finite discrete graph. However, when there are limits on the capacity in the layout routes, optimization cannot be performed using the Dijkstra method. The proposed GA is a two-level hierarchical GA that uses chromosome coding involving two levels. The routes for each cable and the combinations of cable routes are defined respectively, and layout route selection is optimized overall through genetic operations involving these levels. Block crossover and block mutation are used as genetic operations in the first level. In addition, a method to take advantage of lethal genes, which do not satisfy the constraints and are generated in the second level is used. Computer simulations confirm that the two-level hierarchical GA with these genetic operations functions effectively for the optimization problem of cable routing. © 2006 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
