Document management system makes user to access information anytime and anywhere. The purpose of this research is to analyze what variables have impact on the intention to use of document management system. To achieve the objectives conducted by identification problem on the research model developed from the model of Technology Acceptance Model and Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology to the use of document management system. Furthermore, the data obtained from the respondents tested outer model, inner model test, hypothesis test and to produce a comprehensive analysis will be conducted Importance Performance Analysis. This research will result in a comprehensive analysis and able to provide recommendations and solutions for improvement from the implementation DMS has been done earlier. © 2018 IEEE.

IT Governance are one of the needs in managing Enterprise Level IT. This study shows part of the decision domain of IT Governance Help, which are IT Investment and Prioritization. The purpose of this study is to determine feasibility of implementation open source ERP system Odoo project management module that replaces current system based on operational, economic, and technical aspects. The method used are Fit/Gap Analysis and Cost Benefit model using economic impact worksheet. The analysis is done by comparing the requirement with features owned by current system and Odoo ERP system. This research resulted that Odoo ERP System is feasible in the 3 aspects, the operational feasibility Odoo reaching 72% Fit, the economic feasibility with ROI of 84%, and technical feasibility indicating the technical requirement can be fulfilled by leasing AWS server. The conclusion is the open source ERP system Odoo project management module is feasible to be applied in terms of 3 aspects that have been studied, those are operational, economic, and technical. © 2019 IEEE.

In this paper, we discuss the solution of the linear system of equations derived from a finite element electromagnetic field simulation of a practical model in which the electromagnetic field is analyzed with effects of external circuits. To solve the linear system of equations efficiently, we introduce two preconditioning techniques recently proposed for Krylov subspace method. One is folded preconditioning and the other is A-phi block IC preconditioning. The A-phi block IC preconditioning is also one of folded preconditioning methods. Through practical simulation models, we examine these preconditioning techniques and confirm their effectiveness. Furthermore, we present a strategy for selecting the appropriate preconditioning technique, focusing on the magnitude of nonzero elements in non-diagonal blocks of the coefficient matrix. © 2013 The Institute of electrical Engineers of Japan.

Currently, the discussion about smart city becomes a trend topic in which the development of the Internet of Thing (IoT) is used in various sectors including in the manufacturing sector where the Indonesian government is intensively increasing the capacity and production quality. The use of IoT in both smart manufacture and smart city become an interesting thing topic for research and the combination of the new technology Blockchain, may proof the reliability of data. Trust, transparent, secure, real time online process as a new phenomenon to merge IoT with Blockchain technology into smart manufacturing technology. However, for maintaining quality and sustainability, required technology governance so the achievement of implementation can be done well. This research uses the method called Systematic Literature Review (SLR) find the Blockchain adoption factors for Smart Manufacturing Technology Governance and the research conducted on several reputable publications. The result found, there are 35 adoption success factors found from the adoption of blockchain technology into smart manufacture industry. The influence of the technology governance process in smart manufacture industry increase sustainability, realtime and accurate decision making for the industry. © 2018 IEEE.

This paper presents a comparison among different strategies to coordinate the use of heterogeneous wireless sensors aimed for area surveillance. The heterogeneity among the sensor nodes is related to their sensing and mobility capabilities. The goal of the strategies is to provide coordination among the different nodes, in order to make the wireless sensor network perform its missions with higher efficiency. Strategies combine advantages of bio-inspired and utility-based approaches to coordination. Simulations of scenarios with different characteristics were performed and the results are compared and analyzed. © 2010 IEEE.

Universities can employ information technology as one means of achieving their goals and objectives. Universities can get advantages from information technology, such as effective resource management and information management for decision-making. However, don't forget that the campus must consider what technology is appropriate to assist them achieve their goals, particularly in the current industrial era 4.0 where technology is available with many different choices. The campus requires an enterprise architecture in order to design, manage, and coordinate information technology infrastructure, applications, and processes strategically and thoroughly. The adoption of enterprise information system architecture (EA) is also intended to improve the quality of services provided to internal and external stakeholders. In this case, Enterprise Architecture can help an organization to match its information technology resources with business processes and strategies to achieve their goals. This research was conducted using TOGAF ADM, also known as the Open Group Architecture Framework Architecture Development Method. This method offers best practices for creating enterprise architecture and emphasizes several steps that include creating an architectural vision, information systems, business architecture modeling to help XYZ campus manage all their information technology. © 2023 IEEE.

The A-φ formulation, which is widely used in electromagnetic analysis, leads to a redundant linear system of equations that includes a substantial number of redundant degrees of freedom (DOF). We can derive a redundancy-reduced linear system of equations by eliminating the redundant DOF, thereby decreasing the computation costs per iteration for iterative solvers, such as the incomplete Cholesky conjugate gradient (ICCG) solver. This does not, however, result in a reduction in total computation time, due to significant convergence deterioration. In this paper, we present a solution to this problem in the form of folded preconditioners. First, the theorem presented reveals that, for any preconditioned Krylov subspace method for the original redundant linear systems, we can derive the equivalent Krylov subspace method for the redundancy-reduced linear systems by using the corresponding folded preconditioner. As an uncomplicated example, the standard ICCG solver for the original redundant systems has exactly the same convergence property as the CG solver for the redundancy-reduced systems using the folded variant of the IC preconditioner (the folded IC preconditioner). Furthermore, we discuss efficient computational procedures for the folded preconditioners and the design of Krylov subspace algorithms using the preconditioners. A sample full-wave analysis demonstrates the good performance of a newly developed solver, the conjugate orthogonal conjugate gradient (COCG) method with the folded IC preconditioner. The new solver not only lowers the computation costs per iteration by reducing the number of DOF, but also completely avoids the convergence deterioration. © 2009 IEEE.

In HV equipment, the most critical and valuable components used is transformers. Power transformers should go through standard diagnostic tests to identify deterioration or to avoid the emergence of defects that might possibly cause severe failure. Frequency Response Analysis already proven to be a promising tool in diagnostic techniques that make use of this understanding to find such changes. FRA has so far been used to detect deformation in transformers by observing changes in the frequency response curve, despite a limited understanding of what caused the changes in the initial case. Several FRA methods have been implemented recently all around the world, primarily for transformer deformation detection and diagnosis. Nonetheless, there is now an increasing amount of research focused on determining specifically the type and degree of deformation in a transformer by looking at its FRA response curve. It is very important to refer to the guidance given in the recently published IEC, IEEE, SPLN, and CIGRE standards to ensure the accuracy of the analysis of the frequency response results. An approach for transformer diagnostics is discussed in this research by doing a comparative analysis with four study cases related to various physical phenomena and examining the cross-combined between standards and field FRA results. Four FRA measurement cases are taken from the experience in PLN, namely: Tayan (water contamination), Sanggau (transformers relocation), Sambas (rebuilding transformer foundation), and Cianjur (earthquake). The evaluation results indicate that the IEEE and IEC diagnostic standards have an assessment that is closest to the actual condition that is influenced by variations in wide band frequency measurement. © 2023 IEEE.

Amorphous indium gallium zinc oxide (a-IGZO)-based thin film transistors (TFTs) are increasingly becoming popular because of their potential in futuristic applications, including CMOS technology. Given the demand for CMOS-compatible, ultra-scaled, reliable, and high-performing devices, we fabricate and analyze scaled-channel a-IGZO-TFTs with an optimal double-gate structure, a thin nanosheet-based channel, and an effective high- κ dielectric namely HfO2. The reliably reported double gate IGZO nanosheet TFTs (DG-IGZO-NS-TFTs) are tested under positive and negative bias stress at variant temperatures, and the resulting modulations are analyzed critically. The reported DG-IGZO-NSTFTs exhibit a negative side threshold voltage shift (Δ Vth) accompanied by an increase in Ion/Ion(0) under negative bias temperature stress (NBTS) at elevated temperatures, which indicates the presence of additional charges. An anomalous negative side shifting of the Vth is observed under positive bias temperature stress (PBTS), where diffused hydrogen atoms are identified as introducing excess n-type carriers into the channel and causing the observed Δ Vth. The spectroscopic analysis is performed to establish evidence for the assumed mechanisms, and the role of individual gates is investigated in the context of performance variance under temperature-bias stress. Moreover, the partial reversibility of the stress-induced degradation is experimentally established and methodically discussed. Overall, the reported results offer a comprehensive understanding of scaled-channel DG-NS-IGZO-TFTs, which help shape performance-enhancement strategies, control degradation mechanisms, and define appropriate application scenarios. © 2013 IEEE.

Microsatellite instability (MSI) is a pivotal genetic marker influencing the efficacy of immunotherapy in colorectal cancer. Traditional MSI examination often requires additional genetic or immunohistochemical tests, whereas histology images, widely available in colorectal cancer diagnosis, offer a valuable alternative for MSI prediction. Although Transformer-based models have demonstrated promising outcomes in predicting MSI from histology images, they are hampered by traditional local attention mechanisms that struggle to capture long-range interdependencies and establish a comprehensive global receptive field. In this study, we introduce DiNAT-MSI, a novel framework for histology-based MSI prediction that incorporates the Dilated Neighborhood Attention Transformer (DiNAT). This model enhances global context recognition and substantially expands receptive fields, all without additional computational burden. Our results demonstrate that DiNAT-MSI achieves a superior patientwise AUROC compared to ResNet18 and Swin Transformer, along with commendable explainability. Our work not only illustrates a more accessible diagnostic tool for leveraging histological data but also underscores the potential of Transformerbased models with sophisticated attention designs in advancing precision medicine for colorectal cancer patients. © 2024 IEEE.
