Stroke is an injury that affects the brain tissue, mainly caused by changes in the blood supply to a particular region of the brain. As consequence, some specific functions related to that affected region can be reduced, decreasing the quality of life of the patient. In this work, we deal with the problem of stroke detection in Computed Tomography (CT) images using Convolutional Neural Networks (CNN) optimized by Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO). We considered two different kinds of strokes, ischemic and hemorrhagic, as well as making available a public dataset to foster the research related to stroke detection in the human brain. The dataset comprises three different types of images for each case, i.e., the original CT image, one with the segmented cranium and an additional one with the radiological density's map. The results evidenced that CNN's are suitable to deal with stroke detection, obtaining promising results.

People involved in software development seek better ways of developing quality software. As software development is a collaborative activity dependent on technology and performed by group of people, the quality can be directly linked to the degree of collaboration and commitment of the development team. This research aims to identify and analyze software quality metrics that can measure software development team members' participation regarding their contribution in the project source code. Analyzing such information can contribute with software engineering project managers to conduct and better organize project development teams. To achieve this goal, we defined a set of quality metrics, applied them to open source code and analyzed them in other to evaluate members' contribution. Results show that it is possible to determine whether the team member contribution increase, decrease or had no influence on source code quality.

The objective of this study is to create a services design of E-Government system that can help Indonesian government to resolve some problems such as diversity platform and application. It is performed by identifying, evaluating, and combining information from several other studies which relevant with this study's research questions. Medical record (MedRec) of the patient is derived from several healthcare providers i.e. hospital, the national provider, and laboratories which contains personally identifiable information test yet referred to therapeutic procedures and medications of the patient. MedRec has been compiled and maintained by several providers thus resulting in separated and disseminated the data among the parties. Mostly, the MedRecs are stored in provider's database and the patients have no control to manage and access their data. Hence, in this paper, we propose a conceptual model for managing the data of medical record using blockchain technology in the peer-to-peer network with several protocols are embedded in the system. The proposed model aims to facilitate the patients in order to manage their data from various providers into a single view. Blockchain offers the promise of an immutable, single source of truth from multiple sources and facilitates a trust as well as validates an identity without the third-party involvement.

Game Relations and Functions are digital game-based learning in junior high school mathematics subjects. In this study will discuss how to use the game Relationships and Functions that have been designed using the Balanced Design method. The research method used was a quasi-experiment with the One group Pretest Post-test design. A total of 40 junior high school students were involved in this study to determine differences in student learning outcomes in the cognitive domain before and after using the Relationship and Function games. The instrument used is a type of multiple choice objective test of 20 questions with details of 8 questions related to relations material and 12 questions related to functions material. The results showed that there were differences in the improvement of student learning outcomes before and after using the game Relations and Functions in Mathematics subjects.

The high growth of companies in recent years has caused the transformation of local markets into global ones. The software industry is not stranger to this transformation and has been looking for effective ways to work in a distributed scenario. A critical activity in distributed projects concerns the assignment of tasks to remote teams. This is a multicriteria decision-making problem and can be supported by Verbal Decision Analysis approaches. This paper describes an approach based on Verbal Decision Analysis methods to aid decision on factors that influence the assignment of tasks to distrubuted teams. The approach is based on the ORCLASS and ZAPROS III-i methods. The first results showed that factors such as "low turnover rate" and "team maturity" are among those considered more important, and the factors "personal trust", "low labor cost", "cultural similarities" and "time zone" were considered less relevant in DSD context.
