The transmission of severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS CoV-2) in Indonesia is seen to be uncontrollably increasing that urges the government to leverage the capacity for the disease detections. Real-time polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR), rapid test and computed tomography (CT) scan are the most common methods to determine if one has been infected regardless of whether or not the common symptoms of such Corona Virus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) surface. Among these three, RT-PCR is considered the gold standard for qualitative and quantitative assessment of SARS CoV-2 detection. The present paper aims at elaborating the framework of Roche's RT-PCR machine employed specifically for SARS CoV-2 detection performed by Genetics Indonesia which is deemed to be efficient and relatively quicker than other detection kits. RT-PCR machine detected SARS Cov-2 with RNA amplification curve equals to 10 copies RNA below the cut off value of Crossing point (Cp) positive control. Also elucidated in the paper is the implementations of EAV RNA and LightCycler® 96 RT-PCR system through which analysis time, amounts of individual required sample, as well as the reagents, can be accordingly reduced.

Developing countries are currently experiencing rapid urbanization due to economic growth which resulted in large scale of residential constructions including condominium. Despite its contribution to the society welfare, condominium projects also create significant negative impacts on the environment through the consumption of non- renewable resources. Various methods, technologies as well as regulations have been employed to overcome the problem. However, the efforts to reduce the impacts, improve resource efficiency and promote sustainable construction were challenged by the fact that adopting sustainability will increase costs during investment phase, which is the main concern of most investors. In that respect, this paper was aimed to develop a dynamic hypothesis of sustainable construction which might be applicable for condominium project in developing countries, using a case study in Surabaya, Indonesia. system dynamic modelling was utilized to analyze the interrelationship among the controlling variables that influence system behavior of sustainable construction and project cost over a certain period. Variables were selected from previous literatures relevant to sustainable construction aspects. A questionnaire was then designed to collect experts’ perception on the influencing factors to sustainability in condominium projects. It included material and energy consumption, construction waste, lean construction method, use of green materials, indicators of sustainable construction and life cycle cost. The model obtained in this study was expected to be considered as a tool for improving sustainable construction while maintaining business objective in condominium project and formulating better policy to achieve economic, social and environmental sustainability target in the future.

Background: Little is known about whether machine-learning algorithms developed to predict opioid overdose using earlier years and from a single state will perform as well when applied to other populations. We aimed to develop a machine-learning algorithm to predict 3-month risk of opioid overdose using Pennsylvania Medicaid data and externally validated it in two data sources (ie, later years of Pennsylvania Medicaid data and data from a different state). Methods: This prognostic modelling study developed and validated a machine-learning algorithm to predict overdose in Medicaid beneficiaries with one or more opioid prescription in Pennsylvania and Arizona, USA. To predict risk of hospital or emergency department visits for overdose in the subsequent 3 months, we measured 284 potential predictors from pharmaceutical and health-care encounter claims data in 3-month periods, starting 3 months before the first opioid prescription and continuing until loss to follow-up or study end. We developed and internally validated a gradient-boosting machine algorithm to predict overdose using 2013–16 Pennsylvania Medicaid data (n=639 693). We externally validated the model using (1) 2017–18 Pennsylvania Medicaid data (n=318 585) and (2) 2015–17 Arizona Medicaid data (n=391 959). We reported several prediction performance metrics (eg, C-statistic, positive predictive value). Beneficiaries were stratified into risk-score subgroups to support clinical use. Findings: A total of 8641 (1·35%) 2013–16 Pennsylvania Medicaid beneficiaries, 2705 (0·85%) 2017–18 Pennsylvania Medicaid beneficiaries, and 2410 (0·61%) 2015–17 Arizona beneficiaries had one or more overdose during the study period. C-statistics for the algorithm predicting 3-month overdoses developed from the 2013–16 Pennsylvania training dataset and validated on the 2013–16 Pennsylvania internal validation dataset, 2017–18 Pennsylvania external validation dataset, and 2015–17 Arizona external validation dataset were 0·841 (95%

To maintain excellence in global hyper-competitive economies in the upcoming decades, manufacturers must improve the design, development, and distribution of subsequent product generations, production technologies, equipment, and processes. High-performance computing (HPC) solves the application of significant challenges using computer modeling, simulation, and analytical technology. By using HPC technology, products design will be faster, making and testing prototypes will save time, the production process can be simplified, the cost of innovation will decrease, and high-value innovation will be quickly developed. This study uses the PRISMA method, based on predetermined keywords and analyzes the algorithms, frameworks and programming languages and the processes that are most commonly used to optimize the Graphics Processing Unit (GPU). The results of this study can be a reference for future research on the implementation of High-Performance Computing (HPC) Application by combine modeling, simulation, and analysis. © 2018 IEEE.

Human Development Index (HDI) is a reference to how far the administration can develops their people. The development of a territory is related to a prosperity of the people. This research is focused on Human Development Index in West Java, a Province of Indonesia. Research identifies variables which are influence and very important to HDI and compares the model of CART and C5.0 algorithm based on HDI concept that has developed by United Nation (UN). Research uses 14 variables which are commonly used for measuring HDI and found that there are two variables that most influencing to HDI, MYS-index and EDU-Index. By knowing the MYS and EDU-Index research can predict and classify each territory to its HDI. Research could be conducted to predict HDI in the other territory. The results evaluated by measuring the accuracy and confusion matrix, 91.35 for CART algorithm and 90.80 for C5.0 algorithm. © 2018 IEEE.

Computational technology is an important thing that needed in the whole of human life. Along with the development of computer technology, there are a significant data created and wait to be processed; we will get more advantages if it well-processed, if not we will see the data explosion, the data is just a useless stack. Research mitigates the other research paper and makes a conclusion and a report by PRISMA method. The development of computer technology will support the development of an organization. Considering any factors in choosing the right and suitable high-performance computer resource due to our organization is a must. The existing high-performance computing forms are Supercomputer, Grid Computing, Cluster Computing, and Cloud Computing. Based on this work, the last form of high-performance computing, Cloud Computing is one of the most used forms thus we mitigate its advantages and disadvantages. Recently, to process this vast data, we must have a high-performance computer and to provide it, this is not a cheap resource.

BACKGROUND & AIMS:Patients with fatty liver disease may experience stigma from the disease or comorbidities. In this cross-sectional study, we aimed to understand stigma among patients with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD)/nonalcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH) and healthcare providers. METHODS:Members of the Global NASH Council created two surveys about experiences/attitudes toward NAFLD and related diagnostic terms: a 68-item patient and a 41-item provider survey. RESULTS:Surveys were completed by 1,976 patients with NAFLD across 23 countries (51% Middle East/North Africa [MENA], 19% Europe, 17% USA, 8% Southeast Asia, 5% South Asia) and 825 healthcare providers (67% gastroenterologists/hepatologists) across 25 countries (39% MENA, 28% Southeast Asia, 22% USA, 6% South Asia, 3% Europe). Of all patients, 48% ever disclosed having NAFLD/NASH to family/friends; the most commonly used term was "fatty liver" (88% at least sometimes); "metabolic disease" or "MAFLD" were rarely used (never by >84%). Regarding various perceptions of diagnostic terms by patients, there were no substantial differences between "NAFLD", "fatty liver disease (FLD)", "NASH", or "MAFLD". The most popular response was being neither comfortable nor uncomfortable with either term (56%-71%), with slightly greater discomfort with "FLD" among the US and South Asian patients (47-52% uncomfortable). Although 26% of patients reported stigma related to overweight/obesity, only 8% reported a history of stigmatization or discrimination due to NAFLD. Among providers, 38% believed that the term "fatty" was stigmatizing, while 34% believed that "nonalcoholic" was stigmatizing, more commonly in MENA (43%); 42% providers (gastroenterologists/hepatologists 45% vs. 37% other specialties, p = 0.03) believed that the name change to metabolic dysfunction-associated steatotic liver disease (or MASLD) might reduce stigma. Cancer is a term used to refer to a large set of diseases. The cancerous cells grow and divide and, as a result, they form tumours that grow in size. The immune system recognise the cancerous cells and attack them, though, it can be weakened by the cancer. One type of cancer treatment is chemotherapy, which uses drugs to kill cancer cells. Clinical, experimental, and theoretical research has been developed to understand the dynamics of cancerous cells with chemotherapy treatment, as well as the interaction between tumour growth and immune system. We study a mathematical model that describes the cancer growth, immune system response, and chemotherapeutic agents. The immune system is composed of resting cells that are converted to hunting cells to combat the cancer. In this work, we consider drug sensitive and resistant cancer cells. We show that the tumour growth can be controlled not only by means of different chemotherapy protocols, but also by the immune system that attacks both sensitive and resistant cancer cells. Furthermore, for all considered protocols, we demonstrate that the time delay from resting to hunting cells plays a crucial role in the combat against cancer cells. Copyright © 2020, The Authors. Currently, the growth of information and technology is rapid. It makes a lot of things in various fields including education becoming more effective and efficient. In education, one of its implementation which is a game is proven to be a useful tool to support conventional teaching methods and bring a more natural understanding of learning materials. Moreover, as a product of the popular culture in modern society, video game mirrors the general culture practice in real life and reflects it via its own culture inside the game. This makes a video game can give a contribution to the social construction of reality as it affects the player's view towards learning in real life and vice versa. From there, we see that there is an opportunity for learning about religion to be supported by its utilization to provide an interactive and fun learning experience. In this paper, we discuss how a video game is implemented to support religious learning. The game was developed with the scrum method where we surveyed to gather the user requirements before the design step. The game design was made by using the use case diagram and storyboard, and it was built using Unity version 2017.3.0f3.

This study aims to apply data mining techniques with cluster analysis on stock data registered in LQ45 in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The cluster analysis used in this method is k-means algorithm, the data in this research is taken from Indonesia Stock Exchange. The cluster analysis in this study analyzed the characteristics of data volumes and stock values, while the results in this study were presented in the form of cluster members visually. Therefore, this cluster analysis in this research can be used for quick and efficient identifier for each member of LQ45 index cluster based on share value for each cluster and its volume. The identification results can be used by beginner-level investors that begun to be interested in stock investments to help make informed decisions about stock trading on desired cluster groups. © 2018 IEEE.
