The development of technology in financial sector has change the monetary transaction system in the world. Currently, there are many banks provide services in digital banking because it is convenience to the users and, it has simplifies the movement and less time required compared to non-digital banking transaction. However, the side back of the digital banking to users are such as many frauds committed through digital banking, leaks or theft of users' data, when top-up balances are held up, interruptions when making transfers, and others. According to the OJK, with this digital transformation, cyber security attacks have increased by up to 86.70%. Therefore, it is important to seek and examine the awareness of digital banking users related to the risk and security of digital banking. 104 respondents participated in the self-administered questionnaire and we used a descriptive analysis to measure the level of awareness of risk and security of using digital banking. The descriptive results shows that more than 75% of respondents agree and are aware that digital banks have a fairly high-security risk, when doing top-ups there are frequent interruptions or pending, and the account is easy to access by anyone who knows our account. In addition, more than 15% of respondents feel that traditional banks have a higher risk, and fraud that occurs in digital banks does not occur often. The results of the study provides a preliminary information to the reader about the awareness of the digital banking in the context of Greater Jakarta. © 2023 IEEE.

The technological revolution had a significant impact on people's lifestyles. With the development of technology, more and more social media are being created. Social media that is now widely used, namely Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, etc. is one indication of the increasing use of the internet and people's need for online shopping. Currently, almost all social media have implemented live streaming and even shop features, which can increase usage and consumption rates, especially for Generation Z. Generation Z has an open way of thinking and likes instant things, including shopping. Apart from the convenience provided by social media, various impacts help Generation Z in making purchasing decisions. Therefore, this research was conducted to find out whether the role of social media can help Generation Z in making purchasing decisions, with the risks that exist in social media. With a sample of 300 respondents including Generation Z, who make purchasing decisions online, this research was collected through a quantitative survey method. The results of the questionnaire data will be analyzed using IBM SPSS version 28, while the model and structural measurements are analyzed using SmartPLS 4. The results of data collection show that Generation Z, in making purchasing decisions, does not care about the risks involved. Perceived risks are considered insignificant, but the theory holds that it is significant to consumers. Therefore, future research should consider whether the role of social media use in Generation Z has a different risk perception. © 2023 IEEE.

In this study, a combined approach using the Software Usability Measurement Inventory (SUMI) and the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) is employed to evaluate an e-commerce application's usability and user acceptance. Usability plays a significant role in shaping consumer satisfaction, while user acceptance is crucial for the application's success in a competitive market. This research explores how users interact with the platform, aiming to identify usability issues and factors influencing user acceptance. Key usability criteria, including visual appeal, information clarity, and ease of navigation, are analyzed alongside TAM constructs such as perceived usefulness and ease of use. The study's primary objective is to uncover the platform's strengths and weaknesses, providing insights into functionality, design, and user acceptance. By addressing identified usability concerns and understanding the factors driving user adoption, the research aims to enhance customer satisfaction and engagement. Ultimately, the findings are expected to guide the development of a more user-friendly interface, improving the e-commerce platform's overall effectiveness, user experience, and market competitiveness.

The use of ChatGPT as a tool has recently increased in higher education due to its numerous benefits. However, its positive and negative impacts have been debated by several experts. Therefore, it is necessary to measure user satisfaction when using ChatGPT in higher education. User information Satisfaction (UIS) will be measured in this study. The study utilizes a modified model based on previous research that centers around seven important factors that influence effective use of ChatGPT. The model aims to guide educators and learners in overcoming common challenges such as plagiarism and ensuring ethical use of AI. The study employed a structural equation model to test the UIS, using Partial Least Squares and SmartPLS 4 software. The study reveals that there are four independent variables: completeness, precision, timeliness, and convenience, and one dependent variable: satisfaction. The results indicate that completeness, precision, and convenience are the primary factors that influence customer satisfaction. This differs slightly from previous research, which did not find timeliness to be a significant factor in customer satisfaction. These findings suggest a need for a cautious approach to integrating ChatGPT into higher education to avoid compromising the quality and integrity of education. These insights underscore the importance of ensuring that ChatGPT-generated content is not only accurate and relevant but also delivered promptly.

The advancement and application of information technology have provided significant benefits to society. Complete and quality information is needed to achieve efficiency and make it easier for people to find the right and trusted vacation partner. One way that can be done is to create an information system to find vacation companions or travel companions to travel to the same destination at the same time. This study aims to design and build a mobile application. Travemate is a mobile application that helps travelers find the right and trustworthy friends or partners to travel to the same destination. The development of this information system is expected to help the community, especially solo travelers, reduce the time spent looking for the right partner or traveler who meets their criteria. This application is built using a mobile apps platform that can be installed on devices connected to the internet via smartphones and also with the features available on travemate to facilitate and optimize user activities in finding partners for their travels so that with this application, all activities will be easy, fun, and efficient. In the long term, the application programs we create can touch people all over the world, making it easier for people to find friends to travel with. © 2022 IEEE.

In today's environment, financial knowledge is vital and should be possessed by everyone. Numerous people are financially disadvantaged as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. This serves as a reminder of the critical nature of financial investment in the future. However, many Indonesians, particularly students, are still unfamiliar with capital market investing. In reality, investing in the stock market can provide a variety of benefits, including financial security, capital appreciation, and passive income. Financial literacy concerns can result in a lack of financial awareness among pupils. Indeed, financial literacy is widely available online and can be accessed at any time and from any location. We employed a quantitative method with a non-experimental research design for this study. A questionnaire survey is used to obtain data. The goal of this study is to determine whether there is a correlation between student interest in capital market investment and their digital financial literacy. As a result, extensive action is required to increase student interest in the capital market, which is precisely what this study wants to do. According to our findings, students who have access to digital financial and investment information have increased their financial literacy and developed a greater interest in investing in the capital market. Individuals are also encouraged by social media trends to try their hand at investing in the stock market. Additionally, students prefer to invest in stocks and mutual funds over other investing options. © 2023, The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd.

The rapid development of technology and ease of information today greatly affects all aspects of life. During the COVID-19 pandemic, technology played an important role in maintaining community activities continued smoothly despite being hampered by several health policies during the COVID-19 pandemic. Many phenomena develop with new technologies in several fields, one in the economic field is e-commerce. E-commerce is a site that makes it easier for buyers to get the goods desired by the community, as well as the various interesting promos that are the attractiveness of the community to constantly shop in e-commerce so that the community applies consumptive behavior. So that the problem that will be discussed in this study is the development of e-commerce technology that affects people’s behavior in shopping which tends to be consumptive and hedonic. The purpose of this study is to determine the impact or effect of the use of e-commerce on consumptive behavior during the pandemic period and provide an overview of the potential regarding e-commerce in the future. This research method is quantitative. The data collection technique used for this study is to use a questionnaire. Thus, this research is expected to minimize the negative impacts that can be caused by the increasing consumptive behavior of society during the pandemic and provide wise e-commerce use. People’s perspectives and behaviors altered in a variety of ways during the pandemic period, most notably in areas related to health, environment, and most notably waste management. Many people still prefer to work from home and this in turn leads to a large accumulation of garbage without having any proper means of disposal. As a result, the garbage area will serve as a breeding ground for illness. Garbage is usually composed of a residual waste generated from a product or object that has outlived its useful life, but can still be recycled into a valuable item. On this basis, the solution is to use a waste bank;it is a collection point for sorted garbage. It is claimed that using a waste bank can help in preventing the garbage accumulation. The main purpose of this study is to determine the contribution of the waste bank to end garbage accumulation. The information gathered through a review of the literature and direct interviews with multiple informants. According to the findings of the literature review, waste banks can provide a variety of benefits to users, as well as the community and surrounding environment. The proposed research study's findings show that the changes in community activity patterns contribute to an increase in garbage, and that the community plays an important role in waste control. From the performed research study, it is evident that m any individuals are interested about garbage banks and their benefits based on this presumption. © 2023, The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd.

ITS is a method of teaching that uses technology to give lessons without the need for an instructor to be there. A systematic literature review (SLR) was conducted in this research to identify the components of an intelligent tutoring system, and the results are presented. The method used in this literature review is the prism method. The steps in the prism method are slr protocol, search for literature, select literature, summarize evidence and disseminate results. The slr protocol stage, it consists of determining a research question, searching for scientific reference sources with the keyword intelligent tutoring system, then sorting out the appropriate articles and making final conclusions. This article gives a detailed look at how the intelligent tutoring system changed over time during the pandemic epoch. Our contribution is complete information on the components of ITS in times of epidemic at universities, with the goal of improving their learning and practical use of the technology. © 2024 IEEE.

This study investigates the impact of implementing a village digitalization app called Simpledesa on the acceleration and improvement of public services in Baturinggit Village, Karangasem, Bali, Indonesia. The study employs a mixed-methods approach, combining qualitative interviews with village officials and a quantitative survey of 111 villagers who used the Simpledesa app. The data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) to examine the influence of service improvement, efficiency, effectiveness, and functionality on village digitalization and the quality of public services. The results reveal that all hypothesized relationships, except for the link between service efficiency and village digitalization, were statistically significant. The findings suggest that village digitalization apps can enhance public service delivery by improving service quality, effectiveness, and functionality, even in resource-constrained rural contexts. The study contributes to the literature on e-government and public service innovation in developing countries and offers practical implications for village governments seeking to leverage digital technologies for better governance and service delivery.
