SMEs are small and medium-scale businesses that play an important role in the country’s economy. However, SMEs have many limitations that hinder their development. Limitations in knowledge, finance, technology, marketing, and human resources are fundamental problems that hinder the development of SMEs. Several efforts have been made to help SMEs develop their businesses, one of which is a partnership program with large companies. Large companies can provide support in terms of financing, training, marketing, and product development to SMEs as part of corporate social responsibility (CSR) and also involve the government. However, currently there is no monitoring mechanism that provides transparent and valid information regarding collaboration activities involving SMEs, large companies, and the government. Thus, the aim of this research is to build a blockchain model to increase the transparency of information on collaboration/ partnership activities involving SMEs, large companies, and the government. The research uses a qualitative approach through a literature review to identify SME partnership problems. Literature reviews are also used to study the concept of blockchain technology, which can be adopted as a solution to SME partnership problems. The research result is a model for adopting blockchain technology to support SME partnerships. The research results also present examples of SME partnership data simulations using the Fabric Hyperledger framework.

This study aims to envision the future of banking and the FinTech industry collaboration by the triggers for change based on trends watching in current conditions. Envisioning is the ability to describe the impact of changes in the business environment caused by the various trigger changes observed in trend watching. The current conditions and the triggers of change based on trend-watching are issues and considerations in envisioning collaboration between banking and the Fintech industry. The research methodology uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The study surveyed 100 respondents, each representing the banking and FinTech sectors, who understand the issues related to the collaboration of the two industries. In addition, to complement the survey data, this study also conducted Focus Group Discussions and In-depth Interviews as a qualitative approach. The study's results by analyzing current conditions and triggers of change based on trend watching will represent a picture of the future of banking and FinTech industry collaboration. This research will expect a significant contribution to government regulations/policies and a positive contribution and support on the IT/IS side, especially in applied technology and architecture/business models for collaboration in the future of collaboration banking and the FinTech Industry that follow. © 2022 IEEE.

This paper reviews the latest trends and challenges in implementing digital twin technology. A digital twin is a tool used in various industries to improve efficiency, optimize processes, and enable advanced analysis. The review involved searching major research databases and search engines for articles published between 2018 and 2023. The findings reveal several important trends, including the development of different types of digital twin dimensions, each with its own advantages and limitations. The benefits of digital twin implementation include improved decision-making, increased productivity, and operational efficiency. However, there are challenges, such as data integration, security and privacy concerns, a lack of standardization, and the need for experts to effectively design and operate digital twins. The implications of these trends and challenges are discussed regarding their impact on the successful adoption and implementation of digital twin technology. The review also highlights the need to address these challenges and explore new approaches for maximizing the benefits of digital twin technology. Overall, this comprehensive review is a valuable resource for researchers, practitioners, and organizations seeking to understand the current landscape, identify areas for improvement, and make informed decisions when implementing digital twin technology. © 2023 IEEE.

Forest fires have a significant impact on ecosystems and human life, especially in northern Thailand, where Chiang Mai is severely affected. Traditional methods for detecting forest fires have limitations, so there is a need for advanced simulation models. This research uses Agent-Based Modeling (ABM) to develop a forest fire simulation for Chiang Mai. The methodology involves collecting historical data, performing Multiple Regression Analysis, designing the simulation, and testing it. Data from 1998 to 2021, including temperature, relative humidity, wind speed/direction, burn area, and slope, were collected from various sources. Multiple regression analysis identified wind speed as the most significant factor affecting burn area. The forest fire simulation, designed using ZF Wang's spread model and tested with AnyLogic, showed that wind direction and speed are crucial in fire spread. The simulation accurately predicted high-risk areas, helping in proactive planning and response. This study confirms that wind is a critical factor in forest fire spread, providing a valuable tool for fire districts to improve preparedness and management. Future research should focus on refining the model with localized data and integrating real-time detection to improve its accuracy and applicability. © 2024 IEEE.

An information system is an important part in an organization to support business processes and to achieve its vision and mission. This study aims to assess the impact of mobile service quality on customer repurchase intention in Indonesia’s food and beverage mobile applications. The research identifies key dimensions such as application design, ease of use, privacy, and customer support and evaluates their influence on customer e-satisfaction and repurchase behavior. A quantitative approach was employed, utilizing purposive sampling to gather data from 401 active users of these applications. The analysis, conducted using Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS), revealed that these dimensions significantly enhance overall mobile service quality, which in turn positively affects customer e-satisfaction and repurchase intention. The findings underscore the importance of a minimalist and user-friendly design, robust privacy measures, and responsive customer support—particularly for Gen-Z users in Indonesia, where privacy concerns are increasingly prominent. This study contributes to the existing literature by providing insights specific to the Indonesian market and offering practical recommendations for the food and beverage industry to improve mobile service quality, thereby fostering stronger customer loyalty and increasing repurchase rates. The novelty of this research lies in its focus on the rapidly growing mobile app market in Indonesia, addressing unique regional challenges and opportunities. © 2024, Ital Publication. In general, public or private organizations or companies have used information-based technology as a support to improve business performance to be more effective and efficient in order to achieve a company's business goals. Given the large contribution of information technology in the application of hotel applications as a supporting information system, it is a vital system that must avoid risks that can hinder and cause harm to the hotel management business processes. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out risk management using the COBIT 5 framework to manage possible risks that may occur based on the APO12 (Manage Risk) domain. From the evaluation results of the data obtained through observation and interviews as well as the calculation of the results of the questionnaire based on 6 APO12 subdomains, the results of the risk management level capability assessment in hotel applications are still at level 3 or have reached the level of established process with the target to be achieved at level 4 resulting in a gap of 1 level. Based on the results obtained, it is necessary to propose recommendations that can be used by hotels in improving the application of information technology risk management so that in the future it can achieve the expected target level so that the APO12 level of capability can increase and become more optimal. © 2023 IEEE.

People with hearing loss in this world have not received much serious attention from the authorities. This makes these sufferers confused in choosing learning media to interact with and isolated from their social environment. This application was created to help people with hearing loss to be noticed and understood from the way they communicate using sign language through the mobile application called Assistant for the Deaf, which has many features such as registration, interactive videos, sign language translator, forums, customer service, library, information, history, events, donations, and shops. The application is designed using use case diagrams and class diagrams modeling the database, and the implementation used Android Studio and MySQL database. © 2022 IEEE.

Education stands out as one of the most impactful applications of the metaverse, holding immense potential for the future. Within the realm of satellite communication system science education, the integration of immersive learning through the metaverse adds a layer of interest and interactivity to the teaching and learning process. Numerous design and evaluation techniques have been employed in a growing body of research, aiming to understand how immersive learning via the metaverse can effectively contribute to specific educational objectives. Hence, this research is dedicated to delving into the development of an immersive learning metaverse model for the science of satellite communication systems. The research contributes a model that advocates for a holistic learning approach by integrating metaverse technology, VR, the 6E Instructional Process Model, and the MSLQ evaluation instrument. The objective of this model is to enhance the efficiency, effectiveness, and interactivity of learning within the field of satellite communication systems science.

Every industry will adopt technology to carry out its operations so that progress can occur. However, one industry is the urban agriculture industry, which is a sure thing in modernization (smart farming). Therefore, the Internet of Things must also be integrated into smart farming to advance the agricultural industry which will be created as a training system with the IoT framework making it easier for the public to learn more about the measurement levels of each plant. This is made possible using monitoring systems for various variables, including temperature, sunlight, humidity, CO2, and air quality. However, the authors focus on conducting a special monitoring system for water media by detecting the pH level and water temperature. This system uses an IoT sensor that is connected to a hardware device (microcontroller) and the internet which can be accessed via a website or mobile application. The community will use the concept and manufacture of this tool to help smart farming in urban areas, which will be explored and practiced
