Technology is developing rapidly coupled with globalization and the industrial era 4.0 makes everything turn digital, one of which is in the field of urban agriculture (urban farming). In this study, we collect data using interview and observation. We used UML approach for analyze and design the system. Then, we proposed system architecture. After that, we create user interface and develop prototype also. We create the system that can be integrate between mobile application and web application. The results of this study are system architecture, web application and mobile application. It can to make easier for the user to monitor their plants. This research will focus on designing cloud databases and connections between microcontrollers, databases, websites and mobile applications with the aim of monitoring plants in real time. The conclusion in this study is the IoT Urban Farming system can be implemented and integrated between mobile and web application. IoT Urban Farming system can be supported by Cloud database. © 2022 IEEE.

In the era of industry 4.0 developments of technology is needed in various sectors. The hotel sector also needs application technology especially in promotion to reach more new customers. The internet and social media are most places used for media promotion and looking for any information including hotel information and reservation. This thing shows that information system is needed to support business processes. Enterprise Architecture also needed for adapt business process functional to be more effective. Besides that from the amount of data and information scattered on the internet and social media will be very useful if we could make use of it. So the role from big data technology is to collect, store and analyze data in order to make the data have value for hotel company. This research will discuss about enterprise architecture using the Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF) with apply Big Data technology. Steps taken are designing architecture business, architect system information and information technology architecture. This design aim for produce business processes and information systems more effective and efficient. Based on the problems in the cases described previously, the implementation of big data technology in the hospitality sector is very helpful for management to be able to improve and improve business processes and technology. The hotel also gets the results of analytical data that are very useful for developing services and product products from the hotel that can attract tourists which will have an impact on increasing hotel revenue. © 2022 IEEE.

This study aims to determine the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on ticket sales flight at *** company. This is because the number of people infected with the Corona Virus is increasing more and more days making it difficult for people to travel during the pandemic. This research belongs to the type of quantitative research due to the data collection method used is a questionnaire method. The population of this study was taken randomly using a questionnaire that where the determination of the object is done by random sampling method. The method used is factor analysis and regression analysis for the model to be built. The results show that at the *** company there has been a decline in air ticket sales due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The results of the study indicate that there are Smart online booking, Product convinience, Excellent services and Easy access that need to be a concern for the *** online travel agency. The success of the *** online travel application can be carried out by maintain the Smart online booking, Product convinience, Excellent services and then increase the forth factor Easy access. © 2022 IEEE.

The rules for studying from home during the COVID-19 pandemic 'forced' schools in Indonesia to conduct distance learning. The change from the face-to-face learning system to online learning has surprised schools, especially teachers. The school must quickly make a decision about the application that will be used as a distance learning tool. The decision to use the application is in the hands of the principal, but the success of using the application depends on the acceptance and use of each individual as a user. One of support application for distance learning is Streamyard. This study trying to determine the user behavioral on the use Streamyard application. The success of using the application, among others, is based on its user behavior. Using the modified UTAUT2 model, this study will analyse the factors that influence the user behavioral intention of the Streamyard application by 40 teachers at Canisius Junior High School Jakarta as case study. The research was conducted by distributing questionnaires with the four Linkert scales. Five variables to be tested are performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, facilitating conditions, habit, behavioral intention, and use behavior, with the moderating variable age. The results of data processing using the SmartPLS3.0 application show that users' behavior is not influenced by their behavioral intention to continue using the Streamyard application. Social influence and habit significantly influence behavioral intention, while age positively moderates habit on behavioral intention. © 2022 IEEE.

In a computer supported cooperative work (CSCW), data consistency between collaborating users is a crucial issue. Based on the type of the application, ensuring data consistency can be a lengthy process that takes time and affects the system’s performance. In most 3D application, terrain data are massive due to its size. Exchanging this data may be expensive and may cause significant delay. In a real-time collaborative terrain editor, this issue becomes more significant due to terrain data exchange is consistently occurred between collaborating users. We present a solution to perform a conflict-free dynamic terrain data exchange in a real-time collaborative terrain editor. Our objective is to develop a method that able to ensure data consistency amongst collaborating peers in real-time manner. The main idea of our method is to split the terrain into smaller patches and synchronize the changes efficiently by only exchanging the modified patches. We applied our solution to a collaborative terrain editor application to test its performance in a real-time collaborative editing session. The tests were done in multiple scenarios, using different patch model, brush size (in the terrain editor), and connection setup between server and collaborating clients. The result shows that our protocol is capable to maintain data consistency between collaborating clients in a real-time terrain edition session. The delay is varied and highly depends on the data size and client-server environment setup. The overall test shows that it is possible to perform a collaborative terrain editing with an acceptable response time delay. In this paper, we present our proposed method, the implementation, and the result data from the test. © 2022 Slovene Society Informatika. All rights reserved.

In the current era, many AI chatbot applications are widely used by people. One of the most popular among these is ChatGPT. Due to its application-based platform, ChatGPT has received a large volume of user feedback. This study aims to analyze these user comments through sentiment analysis with also implementing a combination of machine learning and deep learning models. For traditional machine learning the models are such as Random Forest, Support Vector Machine, Decision Tree, Naive Bayes, XGBoost, and CatBoost. Meanwhile, for the deep learning this study implementing BERT, RoBERTa, XLNet, and GPT- 2. The dataset used in this study is qualitative and was sourced from Google Play Web. Each of the model will perform and evaluated by the accuracy, precision, F1-Score, and recall. This study finds that the GPT-2 model, as one of the deep learning approaches, provided the best performance in this study because can prove excellent performance, efficiency, effectiveness and accuracy compared to other existing models

This research explores the optimization of digital talent in advanced industries, particularly in the context of rapid digital transformation. Despite the increasing importance of digital talent for gaining a competitive edge, several challenges persist. In Indonesia, for example, there is a significant shortage of digitally skilled workers, with the World Bank reporting a gap of 9 million skilled individuals over the past 15 years. Additionally, artificial intelligence (AI) is expected to impact 9.5 million jobs, further exacerbating the demand for digital skills. Furthermore, the employability of graduates remains low, largely due to inadequate training, poor language proficiency, and limited cultural sensitivity. Many companies face difficulties in finding qualified individuals, quickly upskilling their workforce, and fostering an innovative organizational culture. This study seeks to evaluate the factors influencing digital talent performance in the context of these challenges. It examines seven key variables: digital readiness, digital technology adoption, relevance of AI, digital skills, individual performance, problem-solving ability, and overall digital talent performance. Hypotheses were tested using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Data was collected from 378 participants, primarily students with STEM backgrounds, in the Jabodetabek area of Indonesia in November 2024. The findings reveal that all hypotheses are significant, with results indicating that user satisfaction and the perceived value of digital talent in Indonesia have a notable impact on continued usage intentions in digital roles. © 2024 IEEE.

After the COVID-19 pandemic, broadband internet utilization is predicted to continue to grow and experience a significant increase. The pandemic has changed how people work, study, communicate, shop, and carry out many aspects of daily life. Research reported that since 2018, research on broadband internet has continued to increase until now. This quantitative study examines the impact of the four critical variables on the link between attitude, availability, pricing, and quality of service (QoS) on broadband internet customer satisfaction using the Structural Equation Model approach and the Partial Lease Square technique. Three hundred and sixty-one citizen respondents in DKI Jakarta Province were collected using the snowball sampling method facilitated by Google Forms. At the same time, the COVID-19 post-pandemic was still ongoing in Indonesia. Through rigorous statistical analysis, the results show that customer satisfaction with broadband internet services is influenced by all factors, from attitude towards broadband Internet, broadband Internet availability, broadband Internet price, and service quality. The implications of this research are significant for service providers. They provide actionable insights for developing effective strategies to improve customer satisfaction and increase broadband internet subscriptions. © 2023 IEEE.

Since the emergence of Pokémon Go in 2016, the world has been introduced to Augmented Reality (AR) games. Many IT companies have begun developing augmented reality (AR) games due to the great commercial potential in this industry. Certain products may have managed to remain viable in the market, while others were forced to close due to one or two factors. Since the emergence of Pokémon Go, no other game has managed to surpass its unprecedented success. The company responsible for developing Pokémon Go has decided to shut down one of their games due to a lack of consumer interest. The technology of augmented reality (AR) is consistently associated with the concept of immersion. Immersion is a key aspect of the game that allows users to deeply engage and feel fully involved in the experience. This study will employ a quantitative methodology, utilising a questionnaire that will be distributed to and completed by those who have engaged in augmented reality (AR) games. The data will be analysed using Smart PLS to examine the impact of user experience on immersion, which in turn influences intention. After gathering over 200 participants by spreading google form questionnaires and doing data analysis, the findings indicate that only a few aspects of user experience, namely Brand Experience and User Need Experience, have an impact on reasons. Niantic, the developer of Pokémon Go, was unable to replicate their success with a similar augmented reality game called Harry Potter: Wizards Unite. The initial release occurred on June 21, 2019, and the shutdown took place on December 21, 2021. In the beginning, they shown a profound enthusiasm for the game but were unable to sustain it, much as Pokémon Go. According to Niantic CEO John Hanke, the primary reason for the game's shutdown was its immersion. Recently, the disruption of blockchain technology has changed the business world, including supply and use of electrical energy. The article addresses the advantages of blockchain technology to a national utility company to act both roles as producer and consumer (prosumers) of electricity to maximize all electricity capacity. The prosumer role encourages the collaboration of independent small and medium utility producers in a business ecosystem to assist managing national wide electricity distribution. The article uses the Blockchain 2.0 framework that links all parties in prosumer role in smart contract mechanism. Participants in the system enable to exchange their data transactions in open platform collaboration easily and securely.
