In the rapidly urbanizing context of major cities such as Jakarta, the demand for efficient and rapid laundry services poses a considerable challenge, particularly within residential settings like boarding houses or dormitories in Central Jakarta, where access to communal laundry facilities is markedly constrained. Against this backdrop, laundry enterprises categorized under Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the service sector have witnessed significant growth. These services typically encompass the collection, washing, drying, folding, and delivery of laundry to the customer's domicile. Nevertheless, the burgeoning proliferation of laundry businesses has precipitated intensified competition within the sector, compelling these enterprises to devise strategies for customer retention and revenue augmentation. This research endeavors to delineate effective strategies and solutions to navigate the competitive landscape of the laundry industry. The study undertakes a meticulous evaluation of various machine learning algorithms, including Decision Tree, Logistic Regression, Naïve Bayes, Support Vector Machine, Random Forest, XGBoost, LightGBM, and CatBoost, based on their performance with unseen data. This evaluation employs a comprehensive set of metrics such as precision, recall, Fl-score, and ROC AUC to determine the efficacy of each model. The findings reveal that the CatBoost Classifier algorithm outperforms others, achieving a training accuracy of 95.9% and a testing accuracy of 85.7 % . The novelty of this study lies in its comprehensive comparison of multiple machine learning algorithms in the context of MSMEs in Jakarta's laundry sector, highlighting the superior performance of the CatBoost algorithm. Furthermore, the study contributes by demonstrating the practical application of these algorithms to improve customer retention strategies, enhance service quality, and optimize marketing tactics. QRIS is one of the payment methods that are commonly used in this digital era. It is based on QR Code with the purpose to solve challenges in other payment system. QRIS gives more advantages compared to other payment systems by offering ease and practicality. However, not all people sympathize with the advantages QRIS offers. Some people prefer to use the old payment method (cash), and it is affected by several factors. This research seeks to determine how performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, facilitating conditions, and perceived security affect users' preference of utilizing QRIS. For purposes of assessing its objective, quantitative approach was employed. The survey was distributed to the public that had experience using QRIS. SmartPLS 4 was used to assess 191 responses for model and structural metrics. As in result, effort expectancy and performance expectancy were not crucial to the respondents when adopting QRIS payment. On the other hand, facilitating condition, perceived security, and social influence significantly influence the QRIS utilization. This study offers better clarity to acknowledge the factors that affect users of QRIS. © 2023 IEEE.

Online loan is viewed as an alternative to banking but easier and provide direct connection between public and loan offerer. However, online security threats and scam are undermining the quality of online loan. This study aims to determine how the public views their privacy while using online loan applications, perceived risk, perceived security, and qualities on intention to apply online loan. In order to examine the intention, a quantitative survey method was adopted and survey questionnaire was sent to the public who had experienced and apply for online loan applications. 153 responses were received and analysed using IBM SPSS version 28 for demographic analysis and SmartPLS 4 for model and structural measurements. Results show that perceived security, service quality and system quality were not critical to the respondents when choosing online loan applications while perceived risk, information sharing, and privacy concern were critical. This study shows that general public believed that security and quality are part of the package when organization offered a product or service. Interestingly, while privacy, risk, and information are important, public felt that it is the duty of organization to take care of their interests. Future research should look into behavioural aspects of public risk, information sharing, and privacy concern to understand in-depth. © 2023 IEEE.

In today's rapidly evolving business landscape, digital transformation has become a strategic imperative for organizations seeking to maintain competitiveness. This case study delves into the intricacies of digital transformation, highlighting challenges that can hinder its successful implementation. The central problem explored is the emergence of obstacles during the transformation, stemming from employee attitudes, knowledge, and technical proficiency. This study addresses critical research questions to understand the human dimension of digital transformation. It investigates the relationships between employees' expectations, well-being aspirations, attitudes toward change, and technical support accessibility. By examining these issues, the study provides valuable insights into the role of human factors in digital transformation. The analysis, conducted using PLS-SEM at an 85% confidence level, reveals a significant connection. Employees' performance expectations shape their attitudes, influencing their intention to support digital transformation. Qualitative analysis underscores the importance of planning, training, participation, and support in digital transformation. Employees engaged in the process, with a deep understanding and positive performance expectations, exhibit favorable attitudes and are less resistant to change. Overall, this study contributes valuable guidance for organizations embarking on digital transformation journeys, offering strategies to overcome potential obstacles. © 2024 IEEE.

In light of the significance of the oil and gas industry in Indonesia's economic landscape, this study explores the competitive advantage of XYZ company, a private contractor in this sector, with a focus on the influence of innovation capabilities and transformational leadership. The oil and gas industry's transition from foreign management to state-owned enterprises (BUMN) has presented challenges for private contractors, necessitating a deeper understanding of factors contributing to competitive advantage. The research findings reveal that both innovation capabilities and transformational leadership independently exert a positive and significant impact on competitive advantage. Elevating innovation capabilities enhances XYZ company's competitiveness by fostering product and process innovation, while bolstering transformational leadership contributes to improved employee performance and motivation. Crucially, when innovation capabilities and transformational leadership are considered together, they jointly exert a positive and significant impact on competitive advantage. This underscores the importance of XYZ company's prioritizing the development of both aspects to maintain and enhance its competitive position in the industry. Recommendations for the company include persistently enhancing innovation efforts, improving leadership clarity through comprehensive job descriptions, and strengthening product or service offerings. Future research should consider additional independent variables and extend the study to different industries for a comprehensive understanding of competitive advantage determinants. © 2024 IEEE.

In online-based virtual worlds such as Metaverse, Online Games, and other online digital spaces, the virtual/digital goods (digital items / digital assets) are fundamental things that must be available to be able to do business & create an economy in the virtual world through monetization & transactions from these digital goods. This research focuses on summarizing and exploring the attributes used in digital goods in the virtual world by extracting attributes in digital goods from other related studies using the Systematic Literature Review methodology & PRISMA Framework comprehensively so that it can be a reference for developers in designing the properties and functions of digital goods in the virtual world that are being developed, which in this case will be in the form of an NFT in the future. Based on research that has been carried out, 3 essential metadata attributes have the most influence on transactions, number 1 Visual Design / Aesthetic (Representative), number 2 Effect (Utilities), and number 3 Statistics / Performance (Utilities) which must be considered in developing/making digital goods in the form of NFTs in the virtual world so that the value of digital goods can attract users to buy or transact them in the virtual world. © 2024 IEEE.

This research shows that social learning can be used to increase an organization's cybersecurity maturity level. Using a literature study and case study approach. Literature studies are used to identify social learning's key success factors (KSF) and challenges in general. Then, the case study was performed in the context of assessing the maturity level of information security using the NIST Cybersecurity framework at ABC Software House, a small-scale software development company in Indonesia. Assessment activities are performed through FGDs which then also identify the most relevant social learning' KSF to increase the organization's information security maturity level. Next, referring to the selected KSF, a process of identifying and mapping social learning' challenges was carried out. The integration of social learning can help organizations gain better focus and understanding in nontechnical contexts to increase their maturity level. This research highlights that integrating social learning with the NIST cybersecurity framework can provide organizations with better focus and perspective for formulating non-technical solutions. This study also enriches the existing literature on social learning in cybersecurity and offers practical insights for organizations looking to improve their cybersecurity resilience. © 2024 IEEE.

This research develops a conceptual model to understand the influence of digitalization on social learning, especially in the context of community empowerment. This model maps the relationship between factors that influence success, challenges faced, and variations in the use of digital platforms in social learning. By using a literature study approach, the research results show that effective communication, collaboration and empowerment are the main keys to the success of social learning in society. Key challenges identified include limited access to information, resource constraints, and digital literacy barriers, all of which require specific strategies to overcome. By examining the relationship between success factors, challenges, and use of digital platforms, this research provides new insights that support the development of more effective strategies for using digital technology to support social learning that leads to community empowerment. This research has great potential to increase people's access to learning opportunities and information, allowing them to be more active in the social learning process. © 2024 IEEE.

In this study, a combined approach using the Software Usability Measurement Inventory (SUMI) and the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) is employed to evaluate an e-commerce application's usability and user acceptance. Usability plays a significant role in shaping consumer satisfaction, while user acceptance is crucial for the application's success in a competitive market. This research explores how users interact with the platform, aiming to identify usability issues and factors influencing user acceptance. Key usability criteria, including visual appeal, information clarity, and ease of navigation, are analyzed alongside TAM constructs such as perceived usefulness and ease of use. The study's primary objective is to uncover the platform's strengths and weaknesses, providing insights into functionality, design, and user acceptance. By addressing identified usability concerns and understanding the factors driving user adoption, the research aims to enhance customer satisfaction and engagement. Ultimately, the findings are expected to guide the development of a more user-friendly interface, improving the e-commerce platform's overall effectiveness, user experience, and market competitiveness.

This study aims to assess the impact of mobile service quality on customer repurchase intention in Indonesia’s food and beverage mobile applications. The research identifies key dimensions such as application design, ease of use, privacy, and customer support and evaluates their influence on customer e-satisfaction and repurchase behavior. A quantitative approach was employed, utilizing purposive sampling to gather data from 401 active users of these applications. The analysis, conducted using Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS), revealed that these dimensions significantly enhance overall mobile service quality, which in turn positively affects customer e-satisfaction and repurchase intention. The findings underscore the importance of a minimalist and user-friendly design, robust privacy measures, and responsive customer support—particularly for Gen-Z users in Indonesia, where privacy concerns are increasingly prominent. This study contributes to the existing literature by providing insights specific to the Indonesian market and offering practical recommendations for the food and beverage industry to improve mobile service quality, thereby fostering stronger customer loyalty and increasing repurchase rates. The novelty of this research lies in its focus on the rapidly growing mobile app market in Indonesia, addressing unique regional challenges and opportunities. © 2024, Ital Publication.
