The purpose of this research is to propose a System Architecture to facilitate the IT Talent ecosystem using a service-oriented approach. The need for this is important to support digital transformation in the IT Talent ecosystem. Human resources in the IT field are one of the key factors in implementing IT in organizations. However, the availability of IT human resources has not been able to meet the needs and challenges of the organization in synergizing IT and business. Meanwhile, on the other hand, the qualifications of IT human resources do not meet the existing competency standards. In this research, we use a service-oriented system development method. It consists of three stages, such as (1). Analysis and Observation, (2). Analysis from an in-depth interview, and (3) System Architecture Design, which includes Analysis Features of the systems, Service Analysis and Identification, Specification of Architecture, and Layering. The novelty and findings of this research are a system architecture, which is called a middleware architecture, that can bridge entities in the IT Talent ecosystem to provide and use services to each other for support collaboration. In this study, we proposed a system architecture that acts as middleware to support collaboration and integration in the IT Talent ecosystem. We proposed TALENT-IT, which acts as a service bus mechanism. We used a service-oriented approach to develop this platform. The results of this study are: list of features, list of services, SOA layer, SOA architecture, and monetization feasibility and challenges. © Authors retain all.

The problems that exist in the field of art and culture preservation experienced by the arts and culture community side are the limitations on physical facilities for disseminating works, exchanging information between arts and culture communities, as well as the need to increase professionalism so that they can be independent in order to help improve the economy, where the role of regulation in this regard also affects this condition. Based on the facts above, this community requires an interaction model that is integrated with the use of information technology. This study uses a Soft System Methodology approach to create a model that is suitable for the arts and cultural community. The result is an ICI-based conceptual model for a local culture community. Forest fires have a significant impact on ecosystems and human life, especially in northern Thailand, where Chiang Mai is severely affected. Traditional methods for detecting forest fires have limitations, so there is a need for advanced simulation models. This research uses Agent-Based Modeling (ABM) to develop a forest fire simulation for Chiang Mai. The methodology involves collecting historical data, performing Multiple Regression Analysis, designing the simulation, and testing it. Data from 1998 to 2021, including temperature, relative humidity, wind speed/direction, burn area, and slope, were collected from various sources. Multiple regression analysis identified wind speed as the most significant factor affecting burn area. The forest fire simulation, designed using ZF Wang's spread model and tested with AnyLogic, showed that wind direction and speed are crucial in fire spread. The simulation accurately predicted high-risk areas, helping in proactive planning and response. This study confirms that wind is a critical factor in forest fire spread, providing a valuable tool for fire districts to improve preparedness and management. Future research should focus on refining the model with localized data and integrating real-time detection to improve its accuracy and applicability. © 2024 IEEE.

This study embarked on a rigorous examination of the factors driving user satisfaction and usage behavior in the context of telehealth applications. Utilizing a well- structured Google Form survey, distributed through an array of social media platforms, including WhatsApp, Discord, Instagram, and Line, the research gathered 251 responses. The purposive sampling technique was employed to ensure that the data captured the experiences of individuals who had actively engaged with telehealth services. One hypothesis, relating to the influence of Online Reviews, was found to be unsupported. This surprising result suggests that, contrary to expectations, the opinions and reviews shared online do not significantly affect users' satisfaction or their behavioral decisions in the context of telehealth applications. This finding highlights the need for a more nuanced understanding of the factors influencing user preferences and choices in this rapidly evolving sector. Conversely, other hypotheses examining factors such as Social Influence, Facilitating Conditions, Perceived Reliability, Price Value, and Purchase Intention were substantiated. The positive influence of these factors on customer usage behavior underscores their significance in shaping user experiences and satisfaction within the telehealth ecosystem. Furthermore, the study posits that facilitating conditions should be closely aligned with technological advancements, as this alignment is conducive to the development of enhanced application features. This insight suggests that telehealth providers should continuously innovate and integrate advanced technologies to ensure that the facilitating conditions meet the ever-evolving needs and expectations of users. © 2023 IEEE.

Digital disruption has entered the banking industry, especially since the era of the COVID-19 pandemic. To remain competitive, every bank must adjust to the digital age. Reputation has a direct impact on a bank’s performance, capacity to draw in new clients, and capacity to keep hold of current ones. Making choices about how to address the difficulties of adopting artificial intelligence must consider these issues (AI). The financial sector as a whole now has a way to meet client expectations for more creative, practical, and secure solutions thanks to artificial intelligence (AI). The bank can swiftly decide which channel to use at what time and what material to target consumers with by utilizing AI. Personalised Integrated Healthcare Monitoring System (PIHMS) has received major attention from the healthcare industry. With large population and strong growth of Indonesian middle class, PIHMS is certainly a big market for major healthcare providers. Although Indonesia has strong growth of middle-class, ironically, it is not supported with adequate physician ratio. Indonesian Ministry of Health (MoH) reported in 2020 the ratio of physicians per 1.000 patients is 0,62, far below WHO standard. As consequence, many Indonesian patients prefer to go abroad to have better healthcare services. The article supports the government's initiative to develop PIHM design by implementing IoT devices and blockchain networks. The use of PIHMS is essential to reach large patients that spread in remote areas, that suits to Indonesian condition. The article proposes PIHM based on blockchain solution (MedDApp) that enables to utilise IoT devices to carry out remote monitoring and medical consultation. The article examines the use of blockchain architecture to support developing data interchange between patients, healthcare providers and third parties such insurances and ministry of health (MoH). Data gatherings from respective stakeholders from Data and information Centre division (Pusdatin), MoH and state-own hospitals to support developing smart health care architecture (MedDApp). The MedDApp design is expected to provide secure access between patients with healthcare professionals and third parties (national insurance companies and researchers in MoH). The outcome of the article is expected to be used as a reference for major healthcare providers to provide better services for their large patients. © 2023 The Authors. Published by Elsevier B.V.

In the current day, digital transformation is imperative;both customer demand and market competitiveness are mostly driving that trend. The fourth industrial revolution has also affected the financial sector. One difficulty that has to be addressed is the desire from customers for quick and useful services. Traditional procedures need to be replaced with digital ones. Furthermore, banking organizations will have a competitive edge in the current market if they are successful in this digital transformation process. Successful transformation, however, does not happen by accident;in fact, the likelihood of completing this change is seen to be very low, necessitating rigorous planning for a company that is ready for the future. There are several components to the preparation in question, both internal and external. In this situation, the company's ability to combine and rearrange its resources quickly is essential for adapting to the ever-changing business environment. © 2024 IEEE.

This study investigates the impact of implementing a village digitalization app called Simpledesa on the acceleration and improvement of public services in Baturinggit Village, Karangasem, Bali, Indonesia. The study employs a mixed-methods approach, combining qualitative interviews with village officials and a quantitative survey of 111 villagers who used the Simpledesa app. The data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) to examine the influence of service improvement, efficiency, effectiveness, and functionality on village digitalization and the quality of public services. The results reveal that all hypothesized relationships, except for the link between service efficiency and village digitalization, were statistically significant. The findings suggest that village digitalization apps can enhance public service delivery by improving service quality, effectiveness, and functionality, even in resource-constrained rural contexts. The study contributes to the literature on e-government and public service innovation in developing countries and offers practical implications for village governments seeking to leverage digital technologies for better governance and service delivery.

This study examines the state of affairs now and what lies ahead in terms of technology from the viewpoint of pilot projects, which are crucial in promoting the adoption of Industry 4.0. The program culminates in the development of a dynamic platform designed to evaluate and contrast many customized solutions that cater to the distinct needs of enterprises. Industry 4.0 developments present a plethora of design options, but businesses must develop internal solutions that best fit their requirements, taking into account factors like safety, affordability, and the possibility of requiring specialist knowledge that may need to be outsourced. The platform, which is now in use, has a cloud-based system for tracking control loop performance (CLPM), which serves as an all-inclusive communication module that efficiently collects and manages data. The document provides specific technical information about the pilot-scale module's implementation, providing an overview of ongoing work. The project's scope has expanded to encompass the system's integration of new capabilities, including live data analysis, job supervision, and a CLPM scheme that can handle factories with dispersed operations across several regions. As such, the discussion delves into the platform's incremental evolution, emphasizing the progress made in the technologies utilized.
