This manuscript provides an overview of building a mathematical model to formulate the conditions of a company's knowledge management system that is currently running. Tight competition in the business world makes efforts to seek innovation from several knowledge assets owned by organizations to maximize the use of intangible asset resources available to each individual and organization. Through optimal management, a competitive advantage will be obtained for the company by obtaining innovative ideas based on knowledge management theory. The use of factor analysis methods can be used to look for determining factors for the success of implementing a knowledge management system (KMS) and regression analysis methods can also be used to build mathematical models. The research results provide strategies to improve success factors in KMS implementation and contribute to the development of more effective and efficient implementation strategies for knowledge management and organizational goals toward corporate competitive advantage.

ITS is a method of teaching that uses technology to give lessons without the need for an instructor to be there. A systematic literature review (SLR) was conducted in this research to identify the components of an intelligent tutoring system, and the results are presented. The method used in this literature review is the prism method. The steps in the prism method are slr protocol, search for literature, select literature, summarize evidence and disseminate results. The slr protocol stage, it consists of determining a research question, searching for scientific reference sources with the keyword intelligent tutoring system, then sorting out the appropriate articles and making final conclusions. This article gives a detailed look at how the intelligent tutoring system changed over time during the pandemic epoch. Our contribution is complete information on the components of ITS in times of epidemic at universities, with the goal of improving their learning and practical use of the technology. © 2024 IEEE.

This research was conducted in Indonesia during a sampling period from February to October 2024. This study successfully collected data from 444 participants, predominantly situated in Jakarta. This research utilizes purposive sampling. It classifies individuals based on gender, occupation, monthly income, educational background, age, and housing location. This study assesses societal awareness of climate change and the propensity to adopt behavioural intentions for utilizing E-commerce to support green consumption. Adopting green products has been essential in mitigating the growing global climate change issue. The results of this research can significantly assist businesses, professionals, and scholars dedicated to employing sustainable practices to combat climate change. In contemporary society, individuals predominantly rely on social media. Consequently, it can function as a conduit for enhancing knowledge of environmental concerns. Prior studies demonstrate that Generation Z generally allocates an average of 6 to 7 hours daily to interact with various social media sites, such as YouTube, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, and Facebook. Individuals today depend on digital channels as their principal source of information. Moreover, the utilization of user-generated content on digital platforms can affect and encourage users to participate in specific behaviours or make targeted acquisitions. This research aims to illustrate the significant impact of user-generated content in enhancing environmental awareness, acknowledging its intrinsic potential. Consequently, it is essential to promote society's shift towards sustainable products.

In response to the challenges posed by these complex supply chains, businesses are turning to Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions that leverage cloud accounting. However, because cloud accounting relies on Industry 4.0 technologies, it is perceived as an expensive endeavor that necessitates a complete overhaul of existing business processes. This perception has led to hesitation among companies, especially those in developing countries, to invest in cloud accounting technology without clear and promising benefits and incentives. This paper's primary objective is to identify both the drivers that encourage and the barriers that hinder the adoption of cloud accounting. This knowledge can help companies and policymakers understand how to address these challenges effectively or provide the necessary incentives to promote adoption. Intriguingly, it is observed that for each identified barrier, corresponding drivers that could potentially mitigate these obstacles are also present. This finding suggests a disconnect between academic research and its practical application in the industry. In light of this disconnection, the paper emphasizes the need for future research to focus on bridging the gap between academia and industry. Furthermore, it suggests that future studies should explore the relationship between these drivers and barriers and their impact on a company's performance. Ultimately, the paper underscores the importance of understanding the dynamics of cloud accounting adoption to harness its full potential for businesses in this rapidly evolving technological landscape. © 2023 IEEE.

Technology advancement generates new opportunities to make current business flow simpler and efficient, especially in P2P lending business model. Many companies create online digital platforms to promote new customer experience as marketplace or mediator between lender and borrower to make it easier to interact with each other's. Often transactions that happen inside the platform is not transparent that many lenders accidentally lend their money to problematic borrowers, resulting the lender cannot get their money on time. The purpose of this research is to design a smart contract system in marketplace lending using blockchain technology. The lack of lender control and trust in P2P lending platforms to select the right borrowers can be overcome by implementing blockchain systems and smart contracts. The findings of the field study and literature review show that not only blockchain and smart contracts can provide lenders with better information when selecting borrowers to carry out various transparent transactions, but also speed up the lending business process itself. In the blockchain system, all historical data is stored and thus can improve the process of checking data in the system. Implementing a blockchain and smart contract system on a P2P lending platform can increase trust, reduce delays and be more transparent.

Along with the rapid development of technology, payment systems in transactions keep changing. The role of cash as a means of payment began to be replaced by a more efficient form of non-cash payment such as electronic money (E-Money). The use of E-Money in Indonesia has increased significantly. The purpose of this research is to find out as well as analyze factors that support or influence someone to use E-Money. The research method used in this research is quantitative method questionnaires distributed online by using Google Form tools. The sample includes 100 E-Money users across any city in Indonesia. The study result explains that attitude toward behavior, subjective norm, and perceived behavior control are factors in influencing the use of E-Money. © 2022 IEEE.

The technological revolution had a significant impact on people's lifestyles. With the development of technology, more and more social media are being created. Social media that is now widely used, namely Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, etc. is one indication of the increasing use of the internet and people's need for online shopping. Currently, almost all social media have implemented live streaming and even shop features, which can increase usage and consumption rates, especially for Generation Z. Generation Z has an open way of thinking and likes instant things, including shopping. Apart from the convenience provided by social media, various impacts help Generation Z in making purchasing decisions. Therefore, this research was conducted to find out whether the role of social media can help Generation Z in making purchasing decisions, with the risks that exist in social media. With a sample of 300 respondents including Generation Z, who make purchasing decisions online, this research was collected through a quantitative survey method. The results of the questionnaire data will be analyzed using IBM SPSS version 28, while the model and structural measurements are analyzed using SmartPLS 4. The results of data collection show that Generation Z, in making purchasing decisions, does not care about the risks involved. Perceived risks are considered insignificant, but the theory holds that it is significant to consumers. Therefore, future research should consider whether the role of social media use in Generation Z has a different risk perception. © 2023 IEEE.

The development of technology in financial sector has change the monetary transaction system in the world. Currently, there are many banks provide services in digital banking because it is convenience to the users and, it has simplifies the movement and less time required compared to non-digital banking transaction. However, the side back of the digital banking to users are such as many frauds committed through digital banking, leaks or theft of users' data, when top-up balances are held up, interruptions when making transfers, and others. According to the OJK, with this digital transformation, cyber security attacks have increased by up to 86.70%. Therefore, it is important to seek and examine the awareness of digital banking users related to the risk and security of digital banking. 104 respondents participated in the self-administered questionnaire and we used a descriptive analysis to measure the level of awareness of risk and security of using digital banking. The descriptive results shows that more than 75% of respondents agree and are aware that digital banks have a fairly high-security risk, when doing top-ups there are frequent interruptions or pending, and the account is easy to access by anyone who knows our account. In addition, more than 15% of respondents feel that traditional banks have a higher risk, and fraud that occurs in digital banks does not occur often. The results of the study provides a preliminary information to the reader about the awareness of the digital banking in the context of Greater Jakarta. © 2023 IEEE.

Potential exports from Indonesia's economy include agricultural products. Red chilies, especially the curly red chili, are one possible horticultural product that might be produced. For the longest time, the process of sorting chili by various firms in the processing sector, chili exporters, and chili farmers has traditionally been done manually and includes several human resources as the decision-maker. The process of sorting chili manually has many disadvantages, such as the long time required, human visual limitations, and the psychic conditions of the observer. The development of machine learning image processing technology makes it possible to sort agricultural products and plantations automatically. One of the deep machine learning methods techniques is VGG16 models from the Convolutional Neural Network method which currently has the most significant result in image recognition is VGG16 models. The classification accuracy value obtained is 93.3% with kernel size 3x3 and batch size 32 at epochs 50 using the RGB input image.

Community Development (Comdev) program is one of the key activities that needs to be undertaken by all higher education institutions. Comdev is designated to maximize knowledge transfer from academicians to communities and industries. Comdev endeavors typically involve a wide spectrum of stakeholders, including lecturers, students, local communities, corporate entities, and government bodies. Each stakeholder has a different interest, and in many cases, collaboration does not work well. Collaboration, at times, encounters roadblocks due to differing interests and levels of commitment. Some lecturers and students may not take the Comdev project seriously and only viewed it as a mere obligation, which can negatively impact results. This research discusses an innovative solution to address this challenge: Creating a Community Development (Comdev) system infused with gamification using the MDA framework. By incorporating gamification, community development programs can be more exciting and engaging, motivating individuals to actively participate. Additionally, it offers a real-time, data-driven system for monitoring program progress, helping program coordinators identify areas that require attention or improvement, ultimately contributing to more efficient and effective community development initiatives.
