The important role of information systems in a company is to support business processes so that they become more effective and efficient, but information technology performance factors are also important to know so that the contribution of information technology infrastructure in the company can be truly measured with certainty. This study was conducted to provide an overview of how to determine key performance indicators in performance measurement through the IT Balance Scorecard. The Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) approach was used to process the data, several respondents were asked to provide their opinions through a questionnaire built with the development of research instruments based on the IT Balance Scorecard measurement theory. The results of the study showed that there were 4 (four) new factors that could be used as key performance indicators related to the four perspectives in measuring IT Balance Scorecard performance, namely: quality of information activities, application usability, IT division support, and information system integration. In particular, the usability of the application system proved to be an important element that influenced application performance. However, existing applications are generally criticized for providing inadequate quality information. The impact of this study will increase understanding of information technology performance measurement because the formation of a picture of the current measurement model that can be used to determine better implementation strategies in the future.

Nearly the whole Indonesian Archipelago is threatened by earthquake hazards, both on a small and large scale. This indicates Indonesia's susceptibility to earthquakes, tsunamis, volcanic eruptions, and other geological calamities. With the assistance of other pertinent ministries and institutions, the National Disaster management Agency (BNPB) in Indonesia is in charge of carrying out disaster management at the national level. In order for mitigation to function effectively and efficiently, this research is vital since it is based on the establishment of an evaluation model for an urban knowledge management system in Indonesia. The goal of the project is to create an assessment model for Indonesian urban knowledge management systems that can be applied to the deployment of autonomous socialization programs for disaster mitigation. Factor analysis and regression analysis are the primary techniques used in this work. Regression analysis is used to create a model that can represent the current state of mitigation socialization and be used to develop implementation strategies in the future. Factor analysis is used to identify dominant factors in the implementation of knowledge management systems that support independent socialization.

Team management is essential to achieve common goals. Although it sounds important, many organisations do not have appropriate framework to support developing an effective teamwork. As a result, organisations face high dissatisfactions, poor quality of work and high turnover. The article takes a case study of Spectrum Radio-Frequency Monitoring (SRFM) department, Ministry of Communication and information, Pangkal Pinang, Riau. The SRFM has around 25 staff (divided into 6 task forces) are provided around 104 tasks to complete annually. There was no proper task management structure is found to manage those tasks. The stress level amongst staffs is quite along with dissatisfactions and high turnover. The article proposes improving collaboration mechanism by using MDA (gamification) method. The gamification is selected due to its popularity in promoting motivation and morale of staff in business. The outcome is expected to provide effective teamwork to reach common goals.

This study investigates the impact of a variety of mobile service quality dimensions on the e-satisfaction of customers in the Indonesian food and beverage mobile application sector. The data were collected from 400 active consumers of these applications through purposive sampling, utilising a quantitative methodology. The study identified critical service quality factors—application design, simplicity of use, ease of ordering, privacy, and contact—that have a substantial impact on the quality of mobile services. The research indicates that the most significant positive effects on the quality of mobile services are from enhanced application design and simplicity of use, with privacy and contact following closely behind. In contrast, the quality of the service is not substantially influenced by the convenience of ordering. Based on these findings, it is recommended that stakeholders in Indonesia's food and beverage sector concentrate on the enhancement of visual appeal, intuitive navigation, robust privacy measures, and accessible customer support in order to enhance customer satisfaction and experiences.

This research examines the impact of mobile service quality on customer e-satisfaction in Indonesia's food and beverage mobile application sector. Using a quantitative methodology, data were collected via questionnaires from 400 active users through purposive sampling. The study found that application design, ease of use, privacy, and contact significantly enhance mobile service quality. Improved service quality positively correlates with higher customer e-satisfaction. The research encourages stakeholders in Indonesia's food and beverage industry to focus on these quality dimensions to boost customer e-satisfaction.

The application of information technology in addition to making internal business processes more effective and efficient, is also to improve customer service. This role is important for companies to maintain the sustainability of information systems as a strategic tool for competitive advantage so system availability is absolutely essential. Research related to the Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP) needs to be carried out to see the readiness of a corporation to build a backup system in different places and locations. By using the method of factor analysis and regression analysis to form an evaluation model, it will obtain an overview of what factors must be considered and what the current conditions are. The results of the study show that there are Core Technical DRP, Organizational Preparation, and Costing factors which are the main variables in supporting DRP readiness. The conclusion from this study, through these three new factors a mathematical model can be built as a reference for improving DRP implementation in corporations.

The proliferation of data has become an inevitable consequence of the digital age as individuals across all domains increasingly rely on data for various purposes. Both companies and governments have a significant need for data. However, the sheer volume and complexity of this data, along with the potential risks associated with mishandling it, necessitate the establishment of a framework known as data governance. The primary objective of this research paper is to examine the factors that contribute to the effective implementation and utilization of Data governance. This study employs qualitative methods and adopts a systematic literature review approach to address the research inquiry: 'What are the important factors that determine the utilization of data governance technology?' Through the systematic literature review, a total of 41 key factors were identified from 20 research literatures that have been found to significantly impact the effective implementation of data governance. There are thirteen primary technological factors that hold significance in the realm of data governance. These factors encompass technology, application and use, storage of data, sharing, archiving, and preservation, big data algorithmic systems, data flow, deletion, diversity of data, mechanisms, size of data, control, and data integrity. © 2023 IEEE.

The Covid-19 virus with a very fast spread requires governments in every country to act quickly to prevent the spread of the coronavirus so that it does not spread quickly. The method that is mostly used is the contact tracing application, Indonesia applies this method by creating the PeduliLindungi mobile application which can track the position of people visiting a place by scanning a QR code. To ensure the successful implementation of the application, a user satisfaction evaluation is needed. This research was conducted by conducting a questionnaire survey to users of the PeduliLindungi application to determine the level of user satisfaction, the survey data was then processed using SmartPLS. The results of this study showed that all variables are positive. Two of them, usability and reliability have a significant effect on user satisfaction. It can be concluded that the user is satisfied with the PeduliLindungi application because the application has good usability and reliability. © 2022 IEEE.

This paper explores the development of a multilabel machine learning system for predicting both gender and age from human gait patterns. Gait analysis, a non-intrusive method of identifying subtle nuances in human movement, has proven to be a rich source of information related to demographic characteristics. The research extends beyond traditional single-label classification approaches, adopting a multilabel framework to simultaneously predict gender and age *** study evaluates various multilabel machine learning algorithms, with the Random k-labeLsets (RAKEL) algorithm demonstrating superior performance in predicting gender and age labels from human gait datasets. The accuracy of the algorithm can reach up to 87%. We also compared the multilabel approach with several multiclass algorithms such as Decision Tree, Random Forest, Gradient Boosting, K-Neighbors and XGBoost. However, when we also considering the training time, Classifier Chain algorithm showed the best trade off with the accuracy of 86% and the training time is twice faster than the RAKEL algorithm. © 2024 IEEE.

The growing focus on microcredentials emphasizes the urgent need for precise and widely accepted definitions, as existing uncertainties hinder their effective implementation. This research aims to investigate the comprehension of microcredentials definitions in the context of higher education by conducting a systematic literature review. The goal is to identify current definitions of microcredentials to facilitate standardization initiatives. Following The Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) methodology to systematically search in Scopus database within 2019-2024 resulting $\mathbf{9 4 0}$ articles, by removing the duplicates, $\mathbf{2 8 0}$ articles were initially reviewed, with 29 selected for detailed thematic analysis based on specific inclusion and exclusion criteria. By adapting the six phases of thematic analysis, selected articles were identified analyzed, organized, described, and themes found the data set were reported. Key findings reveal that, while a universally accepted definition is lacking, common themes emerge: microcredentials are competency-based, modular, portable, stackable, and often include quality assurance. These attributes highlight microcredentials as valuable for upskilling and reskilling in a flexible manner. The study concludes that establishing standard definitions can increase the recognition and utility of microcredentials across educational and professional sectors and recommends further research to strengthen core elements for consistency.
