Indonesia is currently the 8th largest fruit-producing country in the world with production reaching 24.9 million tons per year (World Fruit Map Data) and is supported by various supporting environmental factors such as soil suitable for the needs of fruit plants that can growth, agrarian soil conditions and other factors. However, currently many farmers are harvesting fruit but the results are many that do not meet standards such as lack of water content, soil conditions, or other things. For this reason, regular control is needed so that it can benefit farmers and also make it easier for them to farm fruit. One way that can be done is to use a fruit sensor to monitor the condition of the fruit and take action if something happens to the condition of the fruit or the plant. By implementing an IoT service system as an application that can improve the quality of fruit produced from these plants.

Since the numerous developments in information and Communication Technology (ICT) in recent years, there more internet use is common. Currently, traditional higher education is influenced by internet education. An issue raised in this research is the need to compare online and hybrid learning in the post-COVID-19 era using the right media to offer learning opportunities that can support student learning more effectively than either platform alone can. So that the purpose of this study is expected to be able to find out what impact is given when carrying out hybrid learning to higher education institution students during the Pandemic. This study used qualitative research methods to limit the research to the assumptions and characteristics of a qualitative approach. Based on the results of the questionnaires distributed to 100 respondents, the conclusion was that hybrid learning was more efficient than online learning. More and more higher education institutions are interested in creating hybrid learning, programs, and degrees because of the potential benefits.

Nowadays, the usage of web courses for learning activities is very popular among students. Through online learning, students don't have to go to school to learn. Especially during the COVID-19 pandemic, online learning activities have increased significantly. Therefore, this study aims to determine the factors that influence students to use web courses as learning tools and the effectiveness of online learning. An online questionnaire is used to gather data from respondents of different ages and education levels. Structural equation modeling (SEM) was performed to assess the study hypotheses. The results show that academic achievement (AA) is influenced by web course information adoption (IA) as a learning tool. information adoption (IA) is influenced by information usefulness (IU). Source credibility (SC) and information quality (IQ) both influence information usefulness (IU), while information language (IL) does not. information quality (IQ) is influenced by intrinsic, contextual, and accessibility information quality. This study adds to the literature by empirically testing and theorizing the effects of free websites as a learning tool on the academic achievement of Indonesian students who are studying in bilingual surroundings. This research shows that Indonesian High School and University student feel helped with the development and use of free online learning websites or software that is available in Indonesia so they are able to use it to develop their soft skills, even help them reach academic goals.

The development of the era that makes technology more sophisticated and makes it easier for humans to interact with each other remotely, namely social media which has had several impacts on human life. One of the impacts is the ease in upholding justice carried out by social media users/the public in ongoing cases. Action that embodies treating all people with fairness, respect, dignity, and generosity are namely social justice. The methods that are used to find research models are doing literature review and combining the existing models. Influence is when someone does something and people are following someone to do that. The social media intensity or how often people using their social media are related to the influence of social media to social justice because when people using social media often, they might be also seeing cases of social justice in social media more often. The more often they see the more they are likely to see the cases and speak up if needed. This research is using the SmartPLS software to help analyze the research model to data to know the valuable result Partial Least Squares - Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method. This research also uses online questionnaires as a survey to collect data and analyze the data that has been collected. The result from data collecting is 126 respondents. The data show that there are 2 significant paths: Personality Traits on Social Media Intensity and Other-User Engagement Behavior on Social Media Intensity, where Personality Traits were the most significant variables.

Product innovation plays a crucial role in the film business, especially in the highly competitive and uncertain landscape of the entertainment sector. To stay ahead of the competition, filmmakers, investors, and OTT services need to continuously innovate and create successful movies and shows. The film business is a multi-billion-dollar entertainment sector with significant hazards. The excessive costs of production still do not guarantee the success of a movie or show. To overcome this uncertainty, machine learning technology can be used to predict the success of a film. Currently, people are starting to watch movies and TV shows on the over-the-top (OTT) services. Netflix is an OTT service that has a lot of subscribers. With such a large business opportunity in this industry, it would be better if the stakeholders could predict the success of a film earlier, so filmmakers, investors, and OTT services will benefit from it, such as by saving costs. Therefore, this study's purpose is to find the best model for predicting the success of Netflix movies and shows using various attributes, namely type, release year, age certification, runtime, genre, production country, IMDB vote, TMDB popularity, TMDB score, and Top Movie (The class label generated from IMDB score, which classifies a movie to be successful (“Yes”) if the score is ≥ 8 and unsuccessful (“No”) if the score is <8). This paper applied Random Forest, Naive Bayes, and k-Nearest Neighbors machine learning algorithms for predicting the success of a movie or show. This study shows the comparison of the measurements of the three algorithms without and with SMOTE. The best algorithm in this case is Random Forest with 81.59% Accuracy, 87.41% Precision, 73.82% Recall, 91.30% AUC, and 79.48% F1-Score.

The 2011 flood in Thailand exposed significant vulnerabilities in industrial areas, highlighting the necessity for enhanced disaster risk management through Area-Business Continuity management (Area-BCM). This preliminary study focuses on identifying how stakeholders rely on information from each other to improve disaster preparedness and response. The research involves systematically identifying Area-BCM stakeholders and designing interview questions, which are evaluated by experts using the Index of Item-Objective Congruence (IOC) to ensure relevance and clarity. All interview questions surpassed the IOC threshold of 0.5, confirming their effectiveness in capturing information interdependencies. Expert feedback led to refinements in the questions, underscoring the importance of tailored data collection. This initial plan provides a critical foundation for understanding information interdependence and highlights the importance of well-designed data collection methods. The findings have significant implications for developing more resilient disaster management strategies in industrial areas, emphasizing the need for precise and relevant stakeholder communication to enhance Area-BCM effectiveness. © 2024 IEEE.

Today, online travel agency (OTA) platform is the ideal choice for people to book their travel needs. Currently, there are many OTA brands with various attractive offers and features. One feature that is often used is gamification. This study aims to analyze whether gamification in OTA can affect customer loyalty by examining the utilization of gamification on Traveloka, ***, and. The gamification components which are the tested are tasks, games, points, and levels. The information was gathered through an online questionnaire emailed to respondents in Indonesia who utilize gamification on Traveloka, ***, and. This study employed PLS-SEM as a data validation system and the Bootstrapping method using SmartPLS to test our hypothesis. According to the findings of this study, the Point influences Utilitarian Value whereas the Level influences Hedonic Value. It was also established that utilitarian and hedonic values had a substantial impact on satisfaction and loyalty. Through this result, the implementation of point and level of gamification in the OTA application can affect customer loyalty.

The information system is a strategic tool for the goals but is considered not optimal because there are indications that long-term target strategies have not been achieved. it is necessary to identify the factors that influence this success so that a model can be built that describes the achievement of the company's strategic objectives. The research was conducted with a quantitative approach through an analysis of data using factor analysis and regression analysis. The results of the study show three factors that influence strategic goals in companies, namely Leadership & Organizational, Goals Visualization, and Enterprise-wide Awareness.

Education stands out as one of the most impactful applications of the metaverse, holding immense potential for the future. Within the realm of satellite communication system science education, the integration of immersive learning through the metaverse adds a layer of interest and interactivity to the teaching and learning process. Numerous design and evaluation techniques have been employed in a growing body of research, aiming to understand how immersive learning via the metaverse can effectively contribute to specific educational objectives. Hence, this research is dedicated to delving into the development of an immersive learning metaverse model for the science of satellite communication systems. The research contributes a model that advocates for a holistic learning approach by integrating metaverse technology, VR, the 6E Instructional Process Model, and the MSLQ evaluation instrument. The objective of this model is to enhance the efficiency, effectiveness, and interactivity of learning within the field of satellite communication systems science.

Organizations face an urgent need to become faster, more efficient, and more successful in their commercial operations, given the current state of technological evolution and the arrival of Industry 4.0. Many businesses have adopted the idea of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems to achieve this goal. The ERP system is expected to increase worker productivity, improve business performance to maximize profitability and profits, and provide accurate and up-to-date data and information to management and stakeholders. This research aims to find new variables related to integration problems in the use of ERP systems. Using the SPSS statistical program, the data collected will be examined using quantitative exploratory factor analysis (EFA). Data processing then includes collecting demographic information from respondents, reliability testing, conducting the Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin (KMO) test, testing using an anti-image matrix, and deriving new factors using a rotation component matrix. This research seeks to identify new elements underlying ongoing integration problems in ERP system implementation. The research results show several reasons for underlying integration problems and offer in-depth information to management that can be used to analyze and evaluate the ERP system in their company appropriately in the future so that the company's performance becomes superior to the competition.
