Mechanical keyboard industry has been growing rapidly as the product changes from only a functional device to a hobby in the community. This study aims to reveal which factors influence purchase intention for mechanical keyboard business based on the use of Instagram social media. This study used a quantitative method by distributing questionnaire to 103 respondents who are following Harakeebs Instagram account as one of the sellers of mechanical keyboards. The data was analyzed using SEM approach with SmartPLS application. The results showed that several variables studied affect the purchase intention and that availability of information does not have a significant impact on brand reputation and brand trust. The results are crucial to help the company to develop its business and raise the purchase intention of the customers.

Achieving brand loyalty is one of the main objectives for businesses in the highly competitive and dynamic market of today. This study investigates the connections between social media marketing activity, brand commitment, and brand experience in a local cosmetics market. Responses from 275 users of cosmetics were gathered using a structured questionnaire, and structural equation modeling was used to evaluate a conceptual framework. For a specific cosmetic brand under consideration (Somethinc), the investigation shows that brand experience mediates the connection between social media marketing and brand commitment among consumers. The article deepens our understanding of the Social Media Marketing Activities (SMMAs) construct by examining how brand commitment is positively impacted by SMMA and how brand experience mediates this relationship. The results from our sample lend credence to the idea that creating SMMA influences consumer commitment either directly or indirectly through brand experience. The current study investigates the impact of SMMA on brand experience and loyalty while taking into consideration the expanding relevance and importance of such activities as well as its symbolic benefits. In recent research, the size, share, growth, segmentation, trend, industry forecast, and key players in the Indonesian cosmetics market were thoroughly discussed. However, little study has been done on Indonesia's competitiveness in the cosmetics sector. According to this study, managers should maximize SMMA and the brand experience dimension to increase brand commitment and foster long-term relationships.

Modern healthcare systems demand comprehensive information systems but face obstacles during adoption. Organizational and structural complexity, especially decentralized systems, challenges the integrated management and sharing of data across information systems. Interoperability is critical to address these issues effectively in heterogeneous and distributed environments. However, different medical terminology hinders interoperability within health information systems. To address this, a systematic literature review examined various medical terminology standards for national interoperability. From 790 articles, 12 were selected according to PRISMA guidelines with inclusion and exclusion criteria. Standard health terminology is critical to achieving interoperability, and many countries have adopted it, although some have required adaptation to accommodate local contexts. Data models, governance, and maintenance of standards are equally important in achieving national interoperability. In addition, standardized health terminology promotes consistency and uniformity in terminology, which is beneficial for decision-making by stakeholders in the health system. © 2023 IEEE.

Since Covid outbreak in 2020, Indonesian Ministry of Health (MoH) has intensively embraced digital transformation initiatives in healthcare management and decision-making process. The latest healthcare digital transformation roadmap 2024, has emphasized the use of AI technology in data analytics and support policy making. The article examines the use of common Machine Learning (AI) algorithms, such as: Logistic Regression, Random Forest, Support Vector Machine (SVM), Decision Tree, and XGBoost. The article applies these algorithms to analyse the common diseases faced by Indonesian such as Measles, Malaria, Leprosy, and Diphtheria. Those diseases are classical diseases, however, still infecting many people in large areas. The article takes a case study of national health profile within period 2017–2022, to study the data model of those diseases. The outcome of the article is expected to be used for further policy making.

Air pollution makes it worse in populated regions. Indonesia's major cities are also impacted by air pollution. Due to rising traffic, material consumption by vehicles, industrial growth, land burning, and garbage collection, air quality has altered significantly. Accurate measurement and classification of air quality are required. Results of accurate classification aid in forming governmental regulations. To reach the criteria for livable air quality, we intend to manage controls. Some of the characteristics of air pollution include particulate (PM10) or PM25, sulfides (in the form of SO2), carbon monoxide (CO), ozone (O3), and nitrites (NO2). Using the XGBoost algorithm and synthetic minority oversampling (SMOTE) methods based on the Air Pollution Standard Index (ISPU) category, this study seeks to uncover factors that affect air quality. XGBoost, an ensemble machine learning approach built on a decision tree and applying a gradient reinforcement framework, is the classification algorithm in use. Air quality categorization has been tested and shown to work with the XGBoost algorithm. The dataset used in this study is air quality in 2021 which was collected by the Jakarta Environmental Ministry The proposed classification model will be evaluated using the Repeated k-fold cross-validation method for objective results. The results of the study prove that SMOTE and XGBoost have better performance than using only the XGBoost method in predicting air quality, where the overall accuracy value of SMOTE with XGBoost is 99.60%, The overall precision value is 99.60%, the overall recall value is 99.60% and the overall f1-score is 99.60% and the overall ROC AUC value is 99.96%. The overall SMOTE method with the proposed XGBoost has given better performance in air pollution prediction. © 2022 IEEE.

Companies or organizations usually use key performance indicators (KPI) as indicators to determine their performance. The company's performance achievements are reflected in the set indicators that will describe the overall performance, as well as higher education institutions can also set key performance indicators, to see their performance achievements. The use of e-learning as a tool to support teaching and learning processes to be more effective and efficient is an example of which performance needs to be measured. This article discusses how the process of developing key performance indicators is carried out through the stages of designing questionnaires and distributing questionnaires to students, data is processed using the method of factor analysis to obtain the main indicators determining performance and the method of regression analysis is also used to build performance models. obtain KPI determinants, and then develop KPI models. The results show that there are indicators of sharing knowledge, managing knowledge, understanding knowledge, and utilization knowledge as performance measurement indicators.

The implementation of Online Learning to date has made students accustomed to using technology in the learning process which will also change the habit of using student preferences in the learning process in choosing non-print information sources because of the ease of access. The thing that is very important at this time during the Covid-19 pandemic and the learning process at home is that the most accessible source of information is via the internet or non-print, so that it is very possible for students' preferences for information sources to change from print to non-print will increase, sources of information Online is the main source of information used amidst social and physical restrictions during the Covid-19 pandemic. This study focuses on the e-learning platform that is implemented in area of the Thousand Islands DKI Jakarta using a theoretical framework to evaluate e-learning performance. The method used is factor analysis used to find factors that built the success of implementation and regression analysis to build an e-learning evaluation model. The results obtained indicate that there are a number of main factors, namely intelligent content, content development, content governance, content innovation which can then be used to build mathematical models that describe the current system performance and predictions in the future, and can be used to build a system development plan in the future with the value is 7.540 (from a scale of 0.000 - 10.000) © 2022 IEEE.

Relationship with customers is one of the most crucial factors in business continuity and development. Many current businesses have started delving into Customer Relationship management (CRM) to establish and maintain their sales and customer relationships. This research was conducted on one retail company that implements CRM but experiencing a gap in their unit sales performance between their targeted sales and the realization. This study aims to analyze the gaps causing factors using Factor Analysis Method, constructing a suitable regression model, and proposing the company's necessary strategy. The research was conducted quantitatively using a questionnaire from 264 respondents. The result of this study showed that there are five causing factors which are CRM Reliability, Underutilization of CRM, CRM Capability, CRM Unpreparedness, and Customer Relation Quality, as well as forming a regression model of the company's CRM performance.

To achieve the target of implementing an electronic learning system or known as e-learning, it is necessary to evaluate the performance of the system on a regular basis. In response to this challenge, schools using the system have substantially increased the use of the system, through initiatives to disseminate information to teachers and students to use e-learning and support the teaching and learning process in every subject in the school. Careful evaluation of the acceptability and suitability of the technology is essential to ensure the implementation of the system and the continuity of the effective learning process. This study aims to evaluate the performance of e-learning implemented in the Kepulauan Seribu region of DKI Jakarta. The method used is factor analysis that can be used to find factors in successful implementation and regression analysis to build an e-learning evaluation model. The results obtained indicate that there are several main factors, namely system availability, instructor style, learning culture, helpdesk response and the latest technology can then be presented in the form of a mathematical model that can explain the performance of the system that is currently running with a value of 5.765 (from a scale of 0.000 -10,000), and can be used to build a system development plan in the future with a value of 8,328 (on a scale of 0.000 -10,000) © 2022 IEEE.

Financial technology-based institutions have grown tremendously in the last five years. Due to its strong growth, Indonesian Financial Service Authority (FSA) such as OJK, has many difficulties to supervise their operations.
