Potential exports from Indonesia's economy include agricultural products. Red chilies, especially the curly red chili, are one possible horticultural product that might be produced. For the longest time, the process of sorting chili by various firms in the processing sector, chili exporters, and chili farmers has traditionally been done manually and includes several human resources as the decision-maker. The process of sorting chili manually has many disadvantages, such as the long time required, human visual limitations, and the psychic conditions of the observer. The development of machine learning image processing technology makes it possible to sort agricultural products and plantations automatically. One of the deep machine learning methods techniques is VGG16 models from the Convolutional Neural Network method which currently has the most significant result in image recognition is VGG16 models. The classification accuracy value obtained is 93.3% with kernel size 3x3 and batch size 32 at epochs 50 using the RGB input image. © 2023 IEEE.

XYZ Store is an online retailer that offers Rhea Health Tone (RHT), a supplement that helps build immune system strength. Until now, the shop has never contemplated grouping customers and distinguishing successful transactions from failed ones. The research aims to categorize consumers to determine which are purchasing RHT from local retail outlets. It is possible to create a distinction between successful and failed transactions. We have got two datasets to tackle. Tokopedia, an Indonesian marketplace, shared transaction data from its platform spanning three months and 26 days. The second dataset provides additional details, such as the outcomes of the transactions and their dates between September 2020 and June 2021. The purchase data is segmented into five data sets depending on the different locations where data is collected, and the characteristics of the customer base are determined through cluster analysis. This study will help to make market tactics more adaptable via the use of its findings. Based on the results classifications, we figured out that our data had been prepared poorly, which caused an imbalance in data. A better result, more accuracy, and a higher AUC might have been achieved had we prepared adequately. © 2023 IEEE.

Technology is required to be a solution in dealing with various fields that are negatively affected by the spread of the Covid-19 virus, one of which is in the health sector. There is a change in people's behavior who previously did not exercise to Started the habit of exercising during the pandemic and exercising at home (home workout) became the most popular type of exercise done. There are so many Home workout Application has been developed with their unique features but this makes people have to open many applications according to their needs so it is less effective. This research aims to design service oriented architecture model for home workout applications in this case Call a 'sehatin' application, that can help people to use various features in one integrated platform, The method used in designing the service oriented architecture (SOA) model uses the Domain Driven Design (DDD). The results obtained are the integration of several integrated home workout applications, the system can provide services according to the applications needed, so that the applications can be used by the public to access data service in a situation more efficient. © 2023 IEEE.

Any pandemic such as Covid-19 forces government's policy to limit people's mobility. It impacted to motorcycle workshop's operational and delaying customers in maintaining their motorcycle quality. Overcoming the situation, workshop business has to choose high value of their customers to optimize their service capacity. This can be done by using customer segmentation. Using segmentation approach, it becomes easier to provide services to targeted specific people with fit offering service package. This study presents customer segmentation using Recency, Frequency and Monetary model. K-Means Clustering is used to study motorcycle customer behavior and validated using Davies Bouldin Index. The clustering result can be used to target high potential customers and deliver motorcycle service for them. © 2023 IEEE.

Indonesia is a country with the highest e-commerce adoption in Southeast Asia with a contribution of up to 50%. The growth of e-commerce has a domino effect on other industries such as the shipping industry (logistic). During the Covid19 pandemic, the purchases within e-commerce have increased tremendously. However, due to the large-scale social restriction and rules imposed by the government, the process of sending packages took longer than the standard delivery. With the increasing number of shipments and so do the shipping problems. This occurs due to the lack of shipping updates that provided by logistics and e-commerce for the buyers. The proposal utilizes the use of Internet of Things (IoT) tracking device to eliminate mishandling delivery purposes. Customers enable to track their packages in real-time and speed up the claims immediately with the couriers or return the product to the nearest dropping point © 2023 IEEE.

Presidential elections in Indonesia are held every five years as part of political and democratic activities to elect Indonesia's future leaders. Currently, the presidential election process is supported by a conventional information system that collects vote count results per region and accumulates them in stages at the national level. The data and information produced by this system are at high risk of being manipulated. Several cases in the 2024 Indonesian presidential election show a lot of fraud by manipulating the vote count results. Several studies propose the use of a system based on blockchain technology to increase transparency and security in collecting vote count results in the presidential election in Indonesia. However, the vast territory of Indonesia, spread over several islands with hundreds of millions of voters, makes blockchain technology inefficient for presidential elections in Indonesia. Thus, the problem statement of this research is how the concept of blockchain sharding can increase the efficiency of applying blockchain technology to presidential elections in Indonesia. The research uses a qualitative approach with a literature review regarding blockchain technology-based systems to support presidential elections in Indonesia and the concept of blockchain sharding. The research output is a blockchain sharding adoption model to increase the efficiency of adopting blockchain technology for the presidential election in Indonesia. The paper also includes simulations with the Hyperledger. © 2024 IEEE.

BPR XYZ is one of the BPR (Rural Bank) located in West Java - Indonesia, that has two primary businesses, which are: (1) collecting funds from customers in the forms of savings and deposits and (2) providing loans to customers. BPR XYZ successfully disbursed approximately more than IDR 300 billion micro-loans to the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprise (MSME) segment and will keep increasing gradually in 2022. Their Non-Performing Loan (NPL) rate in 2021 was above 5% (five percent), more significant than the national standard, and most likely to increase in 2022. This happens because many of their MSME customers cannot pay the debt. This study will conduct predictive analysis using Naïve Bayes and K-Nearest Neighbors algorithm (K-NN) to predict the NPL. From our experiments using historical data and five classes of NPL, we found that naïve bayes do not perform well, with average accuracy just only 19%;meanwhile, K-NN obtains a performance of 59%. Random Forest gained 52%, and SVM with 48%. We tried to restructure the NPL classification label to only two classes with these results. We got better results where K-NN algorithm gained the best performance with an accuracy level of 74%. © 2023 IEEE.

This study investigates the impact of a variety of mobile service quality dimensions on the e-satisfaction of customers in the Indonesian food and beverage mobile application sector. The data were collected from 400 active consumers of these applications through purposive sampling, utilising a quantitative methodology. The study identified critical service quality factors - application design, simplicity of use, ease of ordering, privacy, and contact - that have a substantial impact on the quality of mobile services. The research indicates that the most significant positive effects on the quality of mobile services are from enhanced application design and simplicity of use, with privacy and contact following closely behind. In contrast, the quality of the service is not substantially influenced by the convenience of ordering. Based on these findings, it is recommended that stakeholders in Indonesia's food and beverage sector concentrate on the enhancement of visual appeal, intuitive navigation, robust privacy measures, and accessible customer support in order to enhance customer satisfaction and experiences. © 2024 IEEE.

The growing focus on microcredentials emphasizes the urgent need for precise and widely accepted definitions, as existing uncertainties hinder their effective implementation. This research aims to investigate the comprehension of microcredentials definitions in the context of higher education by conducting a systematic literature review. The goal is to identify current definitions of microcredentials to facilitate standardization initiatives. Following The Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) methodology to systematically search in Scopus database within 2019-2024 resulting 940 articles, by removing the duplicates, 280 articles were initially reviewed, with 29 selected for detailed thematic analysis based on specific inclusion and exclusion criteria. By adapting the six phases of thematic analysis, selected articles were identified analyzed, organized, described, and themes found the data set were reported. Key findings reveal that, while a universally accepted definition is lacking, common themes emerge: microcredentials are competency-based, modular, portable, stackable, and often include quality assurance. These attributes highlight microcredentials as valuable for upskilling and reskilling in a flexible manner. The study concludes that establishing standard definitions can increase the recognition and utility of microcredentials across educational and professional sectors and recommends further research to strengthen core elements for consistency. © 2024 IEEE.

SMEs, as part of the country's economic driver, make a significant contribution to increasing the country's economic growth by absorbing labour and developing development results. However, SMEs experience many obstacles in developing their businesses, and one of the problems is financial limitations. Several efforts have been made to strengthen SMEs' finances, but financial assistance cannot help SMEs develop their businesses. The cause is weak supervision over the use of funds originating from government assistance or other institutions, so that these funds are not used effectively to develop SME businesses. Thus, the aim of this research is to increase transparency in the monitoring of MSME financial assistance using blockchain technology. The adoption of blockchain technology for MSME financial assistance involves creating a consensus about the source and use of financial assistance stored in smart contracts. All stakeholders must be registered as blocks that will join the blockchain network. The research uses a qualitative approach through a literature review to analyse phenomena and identify problems with financial assistance for MSMEs. The result of this research is a model for adopting blockchain technology to increase transparency in the use of financial assistance for SMEs. The research results also show examples of data simulations using the Hyperledger framework. The research conclusion shows that the application of blockchain in the distribution of funds for SMEs can increase transaction transparency for the government, banks, and SMEs. © 2024 IEEE.
