information security risk is of utmost importance and a crucial concern, particularly within a clinical laboratory responsible for managing sensitive public health information. Various endeavors have been undertaken by institutions to tackle this pressing challenge effectively. This research seeks to develop a computer-based decision model for assessing information security risks. The model is scientifically constructed using the fuzzy logic method as its core approach and designed through an object-oriented approach. Impressively, the model successfully simulates 31 risk scenarios with an accuracy rate of 93.55%. © 2023 IEEE.

Achieving brand loyalty is one of the main objectives for businesses in the highly competitive and dynamic market of today. This study investigates the connections between social media marketing activity, brand commitment, and brand experience in a local cosmetics market. Responses from 275 users of cosmetics were gathered using a structured questionnaire, and structural equation modeling was used to evaluate a conceptual framework. For a specific cosmetic brand under consideration (Somethinc), the investigation shows that brand experience mediates the connection between social media marketing and brand commitment among consumers. The article deepens our understanding of the Social Media Marketing Activities (SMMAs) construct by examining how brand commitment is positively impacted by SMMA and how brand experience mediates this relationship. The results from our sample lend credence to the idea that creating SMMA influences consumer commitment either directly or indirectly through brand experience. The current study investigates the impact of SMMA on brand experience and loyalty while taking into consideration the expanding relevance and importance of such activities as well as its symbolic benefits. In recent research, the size, share, growth, segmentation, trend, industry forecast, and key players in the Indonesian cosmetics market were thoroughly discussed. However, little study has been done on Indonesia's competitiveness in the cosmetics sector. According to this study, managers should maximize SMMA and the brand experience dimension to increase brand commitment and foster long-term relationships. © 2023 IEEE.

The application of information technology in addition to making internal business processes more effective and efficient, is also to improve customer service. This role is important for companies to maintain the sustainability of information systems as a strategic tool for competitive advantage so system availability is absolutely essential. Research related to the Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP) needs to be carried out to see the readiness of a corporation to build a backup system in different places and locations. By using the method of factor analysis and regression analysis to form an evaluation model, it will obtain an overview of what factors must be considered and what the current conditions are. The results of the study show that there are Core Technical DRP, Organizational Preparation, and Costing factors which are the main variables in supporting DRP readiness. The conclusion from this study, through these three new factors a mathematical model can be built as a reference for improving DRP implementation in corporations. © 2023 The Authors. Companies or organizations usually use key performance indicators (KPI) as indicators to determine their performance. The company's performance achievements are reflected in the set indicators that will describe the overall performance, as well as higher education institutions can also set key performance indicators, to see their performance achievements. The use of e-learning as a tool to support teaching and learning processes to be more effective and efficient is an example of which performance needs to be measured. This article discusses how the process of developing key performance indicators is carried out through the stages of designing questionnaires and distributing questionnaires to students, data is processed using the method of factor analysis to obtain the main indicators determining performance and the method of regression analysis is also used to build performance models. obtain KPI determinants, and then develop KPI models. The results show that there are indicators of sharing knowledge, managing knowledge, understanding knowledge, and utilization knowledge as performance measurement indicators. © 2023 IEEE.

Relationship with customers is one of the most crucial factors in business continuity and development. Many current businesses have started delving into Customer Relationship management (CRM) to establish and maintain their sales and customer relationships. This research was conducted on one retail company that implements CRM but experiencing a gap in their unit sales performance between their targeted sales and the realization. This study aims to analyze the gaps causing factors using Factor Analysis Method, constructing a suitable regression model, and proposing the company's necessary strategy. The research was conducted quantitatively using a questionnaire from 264 respondents. The result of this study showed that there are five causing factors which are CRM Reliability, Underutilization of CRM, CRM Capability, CRM Unpreparedness, and Customer Relation Quality, as well as forming a regression model of the company's CRM performance. © 2023 IEEE.

Virtual Reality is a computer-programmed environment where the user can feel and immerse themselves in their surroundings with scenes and objects that appear to be real but actually fake. Right now, Virtual Reality technology is starting to become more popular not only by the people who use it for entertainment purposes, but also popular for the business companies. During the Covid-19 Pandemic, all businesses in Tourism like Taman Safari Indonesia were having trouble getting visitors. Not only that, there are also visitors who couldn't visit the park due to their locations being far away from the park locations. In this study, the researchers will implement this Virtual Reality into the Taman Safari Bogor Tour Business in order to increase their visitors by using enterprise architecture. The researchers at this study used the Essential Enterprise Architecture framework model, because in the Essential Enterprise Architecture framework, it helps explain the Business Architecture, information System Architecture, and the information Technology Architecture that will be needed in the Virtual Reality implementation phase. With the implementation of the Virtual Reality Tour into the Taman Safari Indonesia Tourism Industry, it could helped solve the low visitors come due to Covid-19 Pandemic and also gives an opportunity to gather more visitors who lives far away from the park locations including visitors from other country. © 2022 IEEE.

In the era of industry 4.0 developments of technology is needed in various sectors. The hotel sector also needs application technology especially in promotion to reach more new customers. The internet and social media are most places used for media promotion and looking for any information including hotel information and reservation. This thing shows that information system is needed to support business processes. Enterprise Architecture also needed for adapt business process functional to be more effective. Besides that from the amount of data and information scattered on the internet and social media will be very useful if we could make use of it. So the role from big data technology is to collect, store and analyze data in order to make the data have value for hotel company. This research will discuss about enterprise architecture using the Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF) with apply Big Data technology. Steps taken are designing architecture business, architect system information and information technology architecture. This design aim for produce business processes and information systems more effective and efficient. Based on the problems in the cases described previously, the implementation of big data technology in the hospitality sector is very helpful for management to be able to improve and improve business processes and technology. The hotel also gets the results of analytical data that are very useful for developing services and product products from the hotel that can attract tourists which will have an impact on increasing hotel revenue. © 2022 IEEE.

This study aims to determine the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on ticket sales flight at *** company. This is because the number of people infected with the Corona Virus is increasing more and more days making it difficult for people to travel during the pandemic. This research belongs to the type of quantitative research due to the data collection method used is a questionnaire method. The population of this study was taken randomly using a questionnaire that where the determination of the object is done by random sampling method. The method used is factor analysis and regression analysis for the model to be built. The results show that at the *** company there has been a decline in air ticket sales due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The results of the study indicate that there are Smart online booking, Product convinience, Excellent services and Easy access that need to be a concern for the *** online travel agency. The success of the *** online travel application can be carried out by maintain the Smart online booking, Product convinience, Excellent services and then increase the forth factor Easy access. © 2022 IEEE.

The rules for studying from home during the COVID-19 pandemic 'forced' schools in Indonesia to conduct distance learning. The change from the face-to-face learning system to online learning has surprised schools, especially teachers. The school must quickly make a decision about the application that will be used as a distance learning tool. The decision to use the application is in the hands of the principal, but the success of using the application depends on the acceptance and use of each individual as a user. One of support application for distance learning is Streamyard. This study trying to determine the user behavioral on the use Streamyard application. The success of using the application, among others, is based on its user behavior. Using the modified UTAUT2 model, this study will analyse the factors that influence the user behavioral intention of the Streamyard application by 40 teachers at Canisius Junior High School Jakarta as case study. The research was conducted by distributing questionnaires with the four Linkert scales. Five variables to be tested are performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, facilitating conditions, habit, behavioral intention, and use behavior, with the moderating variable age. The results of data processing using the SmartPLS3.0 application show that users' behavior is not influenced by their behavioral intention to continue using the Streamyard application. Social influence and habit significantly influence behavioral intention, while age positively moderates habit on behavioral intention. © 2022 IEEE.

Technology is developing rapidly coupled with globalization and the industrial era 4.0 makes everything turn digital, one of which is in the field of urban agriculture (urban farming). In this study, we collect data using interview and observation. We used UML approach for analyze and design the system. Then, we proposed system architecture. After that, we create user interface and develop prototype also. We create the system that can be integrate between mobile application and web application. The results of this study are system architecture, web application and mobile application. It can to make easier for the user to monitor their plants. This research will focus on designing cloud databases and connections between microcontrollers, databases, websites and mobile applications with the aim of monitoring plants in real time. The conclusion in this study is the IoT Urban Farming system can be implemented and integrated between mobile and web application. IoT Urban Farming system can be supported by Cloud database. © 2022 IEEE.
