In recent years, making computers understand the emotions of users is necessary because emotions are an important factor in human communication. Among many methods of recognizing emotions, EEG is widely used because it has high temporal resolution and it is impossible to disguise intentionally. However, it is necessary to acquire new user data and construct the personal Emotion recognition model since EEG varies widely among individuals. The conventional methods lack practicality because it builds a different model for every new user data. Our method builds a model in a single training using new user data. To reduce the number of new user data for training and to relieve the burden of EEG measurement, we adapt existing user data. We absorb the individual differences in EEG between a new user and existing users by domain adaptation using a small number of new user data and construct a model by deep neural networks. From the experiments, we confirmed that the proposed method performs as well as the conventional methods, even though it is built with single training using new user data. © 2022 The Institute of Electrical Engineers of Japan.

Social media has now become a place for others to exchange information in the form of writing, photos, videos, and audio. Social media has become a place for humans to interact from all over the world. In the use of social media, attractive professional information is conceptualized as access to relevant information and opening up better career opportunities. User content about work and choosing personal information compilation strategies consistently predict information usefulness. This study discusses the effect of using a linked-in application on the success of its users in the professional world. It is hoped that it can provide insight into the use of this recruitment application, making it easier for users to find work. The research model used in this research is quantitative. The survey was conducted on connected users in Indonesia using an online questionnaire, and the data collected was analyzed using PLS-SEM. Of the 68 respondents who took the survey, it can be said that all research models have a positive relationship with the successful use of the linked-in platform. © 2022 IEEE.

A significant number of cloud storage environments are already implementing deduplication *** to the nature of the cloud environment,a storage server capable of accommodating large-capacity storage is *** storage capacity increases,additional storage solutions are *** leveraging deduplication,you can fundamentally solve the cost ***,deduplication poses privacy concerns due to the structure *** this paper,we point out the privacy infringement problemand propose a new deduplication technique to solve *** the proposed technique,since the user’s map structure and files are not stored on the server,the file uploader list cannot be obtained through the server’s meta-information analysis,so the user’s privacy is *** addition,the personal identification number(PIN)can be used to solve the file ownership problemand provides advantages such as safety against insider breaches and sniffing *** proposed mechanism required an additional time of approximately 100 ms to add a IDRef to distinguish user-file during typical deduplication,and for smaller file sizes,the time required for additional operations is similar to the operation time,but relatively less time as the file’s capacity grows.

Business Process Modeling and Analysis are activities of intense decision-making. Business process decisions documentation is often considered as a tedious task, which is usually skipped or performed inadequately. As a consequence, the rationale underlying decisions become hard to recover from unstructured documents. It can easily get lost when only stored in the stakeholders' minds and implicit in models built. In order to minimize losing rationale about decisions and to optimize business process analysis, this paper proposes an approach to organize and document business process decisions and rationale. This proposal relies on design rationale and comprises a model and a process of capturing business process analysis information. It can be seen as an application of rationale management within business process management, as a way to improve reasonability and maintainability of business process models. Accordingly, the proposal allows better analysis of business process problems, assessment and validation of alternative solutions, as well as the reuse of decisions in business process analysis and modeling following sessions. © 2012 ACM.

This paper presents a lightweight Deformable DETR detection method under the condition that the current wearing mask data set has a small number of samples, and the hardware conditions are limited. Traditional target detection has many problems, such as invalid and slow pixel candidate frame, too much RPN output redundancy, too few adjustable super parameters, and complex model adjustment. In this paper, a deformable DETR target detection method is proposed, and the effect of small target detection is good. Compared with other models, it achieves better performance, reduces the training time by 10 times, and greatly improves its fast convergence, computing, and storage efficiency. © 2022 IEEE.

Traditional disease surveillance systems depend on outpatient reporting and virological test results released by hospitals. These data have valid and accurate information about emerging outbreaks but it's often not timely. In recent years the exponential growth of users getting connected to social media provides immense knowledge about epidemics by sharing related information. Social media can now flag more immediate concerns related to outbreaks in real time. In this paper we apply the long short-term memory recurrent neural network (RNN) architecture to classify tweets conveyed influenza-related information and compare its performance with baseline algorithms including support vector machine (SVM), decision tree, naive Bayes, simple logistics, and naive Bayes multinomial. The developed RNN model achieved an F-score of 0.845 on the MedWeb task test set, which outperforms the F-score of SVM without applying the synthetic minority oversampling technique by 0.08. The F-score of the RNN model is within 1% of the highest score achieved by SVM with oversampling technique. © 2017 AFNLP

Since the emergence of Pokémon Go in 2016, the world has been introduced to Augmented Reality (AR) games. Many IT companies have begun developing augmented reality (AR) games due to the great commercial potential in this industry. Certain products may have managed to remain viable in the market, while others were forced to close due to one or two factors. Since the emergence of Pokémon Go, no other game has managed to surpass its unprecedented success. The company responsible for developing Pokémon Go has decided to shut down one of their games due to a lack of consumer interest. The technology of augmented reality (AR) is consistently associated with the concept of immersion. Immersion is a key aspect of the game that allows users to deeply engage and feel fully involved in the experience. This study will employ a quantitative methodology, utilising a questionnaire that will be distributed to and completed by those who have engaged in augmented reality (AR) games. The data will be analysed using Smart PLS to examine the impact of user experience on immersion, which in turn influences intention. After gathering over 200 participants by spreading google form questionnaires and doing data analysis, the findings indicate that only a few aspects of user experience, namely Brand Experience and User Need Experience, have an impact on reasons. Niantic, the developer of Pokémon Go, was unable to replicate their success with a similar augmented reality game called Harry Potter: Wizards Unite. The initial release occurred on June 21, 2019, and the shutdown took place on December 21, 2021. In the beginning, they shown a profound enthusiasm for the game but were unable to sustain it, much as Pokémon Go. According to Niantic CEO John Hanke, the primary reason for the game's shutdown was its immersion. In this paper, we consider a scheduling issue for parcel delivery and pickup services by a truck-drone last-mile delivery system. We are given a single carrier truck and multiple identical drones to serve a finite set of customers. The single carrier truck plays the role of a mobile depot for the drones, and it visits several stops in a given order of them. The given order of stops constitutes a fixed truck route, and the carrier truck is allowed to launch (resp., to retrieve) a drone to (resp., from) a customer at a stop. For each sortie of a drone, the launching stop and the retrieving stop must be the same. The load capacity of a drone is limited to one, and for a sortie of a drone at a stop, there are three options: (i) only deliver a parcel to a customer, (ii) only pick up a parcel from a customer, and (iii) deliver a parcel to a customer, and then pick up a parcel from a customer. The scheduling problem asks to find an assignment of customers to drones with sortie options and a choice of a truck stop for each sortie in the assignment. The objective is to minimize the total duration of the carrier truck over all the stops, which is equivalent to minimizing the makespan. In this paper, we first propose an extended integer program for the case with both delivery and pickup services from an existing one for the case with delivery service only. We also conduct numerical experiments to demonstrate the solution quality of the proposed integer program by utilizing an integer programming solver, and report the results. © 2024 IEEE.
