Currently, the growth of information and technology is rapid. It makes a lot of things in various fields including education becoming more effective and efficient. In education, one of its implementation which is a game is proven to be a useful tool to support conventional teaching methods and bring a more natural understanding of learning materials. Moreover, as a product of the popular culture in modern society, video game mirrors the general culture practice in real life and reflects it via its own culture inside the game. This makes a video game can give a contribution to the social construction of reality as it affects the player's view towards learning in real life and vice versa. From there, we see that there is an opportunity for learning about religion to be supported by its utilization to provide an interactive and fun learning experience. In this paper, we discuss how a video game is implemented to support religious learning. The game was developed with the scrum method where we surveyed to gather the user requirements before the design step. The game design was made by using the use case diagram and storyboard, and it was built using Unity version 2017.3.0f3.

Road transportation is the most popular transportation in Thailand, which the top two highest traffic are the region-to-region highways;and then inter-city highways. Therefore, the regular maintenance is required to maintain the good condition due to road safety. The most significant process of bridge inspection procedures is sub structure inspection, which requires visual inspection as an initial step. This process is used to quick determine the damage severity i.e. appearance and crack that may cause damage to the structure strength. The current process requires that the experienced maintenance engineer to be on the field in order to visual inspect and estimate whether the maintenance is required. Yet, due to the limitation of number of expert engineers to be on the field, the photo verification is introduced to assist them so that they are no need on every inspection site. However, using human to verify has no standard and uncontrollable. They need to have experience and good knowledge. As well as it is highly depended on individual decisionmaking skill. Thus, in this paper, the deep learning technique will be presented to assist the expert for quality inspection process of bridge sub structure images. That is using image enhancement and then image splitting and overlapping for image pre-processing. After that applying CNNs for object classification. As a result, the total accuracy is 89% based on 3926 dataset.

This review presents a comprehensive perspective on the genomic surveillance of SARS-CoV-2 in Taiwan, with a focus on next-generation sequencing and phylogenetic interpretation. This article aimed to explore how Taiwan has utilized genomic sequencing technologies and surveillance to monitor and mitigate the spread of COVID-19. We examined databases and sources of genomic sequences and highlighted the role of data science methodologies in the explanation and analyses of evolutionary data. This review addressed the challenges and limitations inherent in genomic surveillance, such as concerns regarding data quality and the necessity for interdisciplinary expertise for accurate data interpretation. Special attention was given to the unique challenges faced by Taiwan, including its high population density and major transit destination for international travelers. We underscored the far-reaching implications of genomic surveillance data for public health policy, particularly in influencing decisions regarding travel restrictions, vaccine administration, and public health decision-making. Studies were examined to demonstrate the effectiveness of using genomic data to implement public health measures. Future research should prioritize the integration of methodologies and technologies in evolutionary data science, particularly focusing on phylodynamic analytics. This integration is crucial to enhance the precision and applicability of genomic data. Overall, we have provided an overview of the significance of genomic surveillance in tracking SARS-CoV-2 variants globally and the pivotal role of data science methodologies in interpreting these data for effective public health interventions.

Recently, the Indonesian government requires auditors, the need for auditors around 40,000 auditors in 2016, currently has only about 10,800 auditors, however, the lack of the auditors impacting the risk of financial loss for the state. Referring to the problem, this experimental research was conducted. The experiment of the research was conducted two times and the audit topic is a compliance audit in the year 2017 and year 2018. The goal of this research is to know, can the stakeholder act as an IT and general compliance auditor? The experiment was conducted by 8 university students in 2017 and 19 university students in 2018, and the supporting tools of audit activities the university student use the smartphone to capture the object as evidence. The experiment results with descriptive method show university students can act as an auditor and found several pieces of evidence that might cause future impact to the institution.
