After the Covid 19 pandemic, the property management industry is slowly starting to revive. Even though the occupancy rate has not returned to normal like the Covid19 pandemic, its growth is starting to move in a positive direction. The Covid19 pandemic has provided many lessons for all stakeholders in the property management industry. Digital transformation has become a part that has received important attention in the property management industry worldwide. With digital transformation in the property management industry, all stakeholders are expected to receive various benefits, directly or indirectly. The implementation of digital transformation will involve 6 components, namely: Strategy, Organization, Culture, Customer, People, and Technology. The implementation of digital transformation in the property management industry will require support from many parties, not only internal parties but also external parties. Technological developments, IoT, and demands from residents and property owners are challenges that must be answered by property managers. This systematic literature review will examine articles that have been published in the Scopus database regarding the development of digital transformation in the property management industry from various countries. The purpose of this SLR is to be able to see how the digital transformation trend and the application of its components are in the current property management industry.

In the world of education, learning management systems are currently widely used. The massively open online courses are accessible either via the web or mobile. The Learning Management System (LMS) is one of the learning media that is widely used today in online learning. An LMS with the use of a personalized recommendation system can provide items tailored to the interests and behavior of its users. Items in the recommendation system can be in the form of recommendations for learning models, ways of learning, learning patterns, or learning stages according to the characteristics and profile of the user. The purpose of this study is to identify opportunities for better online learning by utilizing a customized recommendation system based on the history of user interaction with the system, using several factors as determinants or variables. The method used is a review conducted from several stages. The result of this is knowing the factors that influence the user, and the opportunities that exist in the system recommendations on personalized development.

This research-to-practice paper describes developing and analyzing state-of-the-art smart boots created by combining CAD technology and advanced 3D printing techniques to attract students in bio-engineering and related fields. The primary objective of this innovative immobilization boot is to expedite fracture recovery phases through an ergonomic design to ensure optimal patient comfort during its use. Technological solutions are crucial in aiding the rehabilitation process for fractures caused by falls, heavy lifting, or rotational trauma. However, cost and comfort-related issues persist, underscoring the need for alternative approaches. This research addresses these challenges and delves into the broader implications of fracture treatment, catalyzing future projects and investigations in bioengineering. Additionally, this study serves as an educational tool that sparks the interest of high school and engineering students, promoting multidisciplinary collaboration in innovation. By involving students in specialized courses covering 3D design, human bone anatomy, biology, and materials science, this initiative empowers them to deepen their knowledge and develop new technologies to address bone injury problems. Material analyses include evaluating the type of material depending on the fracture site, such as PLA for printing and cotton and silicone gel for the midsection between the splint and the body. This research aims to advance our understanding of the type of fracture, the methods associated with their treatment, and tissue repair processes during bone callus formation. To summarize, this multidisciplinary approach drives advancements in bio-engineering and related fields, aiming to enhance patient outcomes and inspire students to pursue further research in bio-engineering and related fields. Affinity Propagation Method it is necessary to modify the algorithm by using Principal Component Analysis (PCA). PCA method is used to reduce the attributes or characteristics that are less influential on the data so that the most influential attributes are obtained to then be carried out the clustering process with Affinity Propagation. The comparison results of the PCA + AP grouping model have better performance than the conventional AP grouping model. This is justified because the number of iterations and clusters produced by the PCA + AP clustering model does not change and converges when there are 8 optimal cluster clusters. While the performance of conventional clustering models produces an optimal number of clusters from 14 clusters with a significant number of iterations. So it can be concluded that the PCA + AP grouping model is suitable for the Air Quality dataset because it produces an optimal number of clusters and iterations of 8 clusters. The comparison results of the PCA + AP grouping model have better performance than the conventional AP grouping model. This is justified because the number of iterations and clusters produced by the PCA + AP clustering model does not change and converges when the optimal number of clusters is 5 clusters. While the performance of conventional clustering models produces a suboptimal number of 10 clusters with a significant number of iterations. So it can be concluded that the PCA + AP grouping model is suitable for the Water Quality Status dataset because it produces an optimal number of clusters and 5 cluster repetitions. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

The area of oil palm plantations in Indonesia increased by 7% from 14 million ha in 2017 to 15 million ha in 2021. The vast land requires the support of effective and efficient management techniques to maintain sustainable productivity. The high-performance computing technologies, Internet of Things (IoT), Big Data, Artificial Intelligence, spatial modeling, and drones are the answers to these needs. This study aims to design an application that can obtain plantation image data and analyze the calculation of the number of oil palm trees. The image of oil palm plantations is obtained from processing photo data from drones through a mosaic and composite process. This study also employed Scrum and UML as a system model development method. The image of the oil palm plantation area is used to build a tree counting model using the Viola-Jones algorithm. The oil palm tree count information generated by this system can then be used by management for fertilizing, harvesting, and monitoring the condition of oil palm trees. © 2022 IEEE.

A vast number of spatiotemporal datasets collected from a wide range of sources has motivated scientists to develop effective approaches to identify interesting patterns hidden in these datasets. In this respect, kernel density estimators, which belong to a class of non-parametric estimators in statistics, have been widely exploited in recent years. With this background, we have developed a novel kernel density estimator aiming to provide accurate analysis results. According to the evaluation with a real spatiotemporal dataset, which collected emergency medical service records in a county in the United States, the proposed kernel density estimator can approximate the probability density function significantly more accurately than a conventional kernel density estimator. Furthermore, we have exploited the proposed kernel density estimator to identify interesting patterns hidden in the real spatiotemporal dataset.

Virtualization technologies are still growing bigger and faster. Despite the greatness of its advancement, the costume industry is still very accessible when it comes to real trials. Off-the-shelf stuff are inadequate details for the desired individual to assess its in-depth utility for each garment trying on for a second, including custom stuff are much harder to try out right away. To this end, 2D image-based 3D reconstruction inclusive of touchable-virtualized space is accessible easier to stuff details for mans' decision making in purchasing. We establish the overall end-to-end pipeline from reconstruction until visualization for one instance to be triable on its stuff for a moment. As an expectation, our proposed approach can bring objects into the experimental area and use them immediately without any obstacle.

The infection of Plasmodium vivax is relatively less virulent than the deathliest Plasmodium falciparum. However, it still can lead to a fatal case and often induces recurring malaria due to dormant parasites in the liver. Thus, the research to study the drug to treat Plasmodium vivax is essential, where the enzyme dihydroorotate dehydrogenase (DHODH) has recently become a new drug target. However, the drug-enzyme interaction study has only recently been conducted in Plasmodium falciparum (pfDHODH) due to the lack of the 3D structure of enzyme DHODH from Plasmodium vivax that is crucial for the study. Therefore, this study aimed to perform the modelling study of Plasmodium vivax DHODH (PvDHODH) to create a 3D structure as a basis for drug-protein interaction study in upcoming studies. Sequence pvDHODH (Accession: SCO68359.1) was used in homology modelling using Modeller 10.2 with the crystal structure of DHODH from DHODH (Accession: 7KZY) as a template. Overall, the model generated from the homology modelling was considered a good model, and the 3D structure was close to the native state according to several parameters, including DOPE score, GA341 score, QMEAN4 value, 3D-1D score, ERRAT2 score, and ProSA score. Ramachandran plot also revealed that almost all amino acids were distributed in the desirable and allowed area (99.1%), and only 0.9% were in generously allowed regions. Superimposition of the model with the template also indicated that the model has an almost similar structure and amino acids positioning, including in the binding pocket and active site. Therefore, the model can be used for downstream analysis in drug-protein interaction studies. Nevertheless, some improvements can still be performed to upgrade the quality of the model by deleting unaligned residues on the C-terminal and realigning the residues at the doubting site.

In life, various challenges and problems faced by deaf people such as communication skills and other problems, including emotional, mental, and societal development However, technology is needed that can help the process. This Smart Application try to build communication between the deaf to share thoughts in group chats, including getting information about the deaf, so that the communication learning process for the deaf becomes easier. The proposed model is using Unified Modeling Languages (UML) diagrams, such as case diagrams for the current proposed idea process and class diagrams for relational tables or database stores. In addition, the User interface (UI) is implemented in this research work, Personal Home Pages (PHP) as a web server programming and MySQL database as an open-source database.

Smoking habits in Indonesia has become a national health burden despite their huge contribution to national economics. With easy access to inexpensive cigarettes in Indonesia, the percentage of teenage smokers in Indonesia is very high. More than 70% of these smokers have tried to quit, but only approximately 5% have succeeded. These facts show the importance of developing precision stop smoking treatments. We proposed an information system design of smoking measurement questionnaire that is able to describe the characteristic differences between smokers and former smokers. This information system design was implemented in genetic service company's web-based application and is expected to help us extract the necessary variables to help us finding biomarkers associated with smoking cessation in our future study. The information system design has been developed by combining and modifying questionnaires from previous studies. The focus is on strategic variables and the compactness of the questionnaire, and it can be used by other researchers to describe the smoking dependency of their samples. The information system design has been tested on pilot respondents/customers and shows results that meet our expectations. © 2021 IEEE.
