Capital market transactions provide an opportunity for investors to acquire ownership of company shares and capital gains, as well as dividends. However, alongside the benefits, there are risks of capital loss and liquidation, leading to stress and depression due to profit targets and decision-making errors. To mitigate the risk of decision-making errors in investment, data analysis is needed, including sentiment analysis, which influences stock prices. This study aims to develop a new deep learning model to classify Indonesian public opinion on JCI stocks, especially the Energy sector, obtained from the Twitter social media platform. The model will perform sentiment analysis and categorize opinions as negative, neutral, or positive. We created a dataset that was trained using Bidirectional Encoder Representations from Transformers (BERT) to summarize the analysis of public sentiment above so that it can assist investors in studying public sentiment as a reference for investing with a yield precision of 76%, Recall of 77%, and F1-score on 76%. © 2023 IEEE.

This research explores the vital role of penetration testing in cybersecurity, specifically its alignment with ISO 27001:2022, COBIT 2019, and NIST CSF standards in the context of crypto asset exchange management. These sectors grapple with rapidly evolving threat landscapes, necessitating robust cybersecurity strategies. However, the integration of penetration testing with these standards remains underexamined. Through a comprehensive approach, including literature reviews, surveys, case studies, and interviews, this study investigates the incorporation of penetration testing into an organization's cybersecurity. It unveils the current state of penetration testing practices, interprets ISO 27001:2022, COBIT 2019, and NIST CSF perspectives, and pinpoints integration challenges and opportunities. This study offers practical insights and best practices for integrating penetration testing into cybersecurity frameworks by emphasizing alignment. It underscores the importance of aligning penetration testing with information security standards in the crypto asset exchange management sector, enhancing security, proactively identifying vulnerabilities, and effectively mitigating risks in the context of growing crypto asset importance. This research provides invaluable guidance for safeguarding digital assets in this evolving domain. © 2023 IEEE.

Rapid development in vehicular technology has caused more automated vehicle control to increase on the roads. Studies showed that driving in mixed traffic with an autonomous vehicle (AV) had a negative impact on the time headway (THW) of conventional vehicles (CVs) (i.e., driven by humans). To address this issue, there is a need to equip CV with visual advanced driver assistance systems (ADASs) that helps the driver maintain safe headway when driving near AVs. This study examines the perception of drivers using visual ADAS and their associated risk while driving behind the AV at constant and varying speeds. The preliminary results showed that while visual ADAS could help drivers keep the safe THW, it could affect drivers' ability to react to emergencies. This implies that visual modality alone might not be sufficient and therefore requires some other feedback or intelligent transport systems to help drivers maintain safe driving in a mixed-Traffic condition. © 2022 Elsevier B.V.. This study examines the pivotal role of red teaming within the context of cybersecurity drill tests, focusing on its contribution to enhancing Indonesia's cyber defenses. Through a detailed analysis, this research examines Red Teaming's capacity to elevate organizational readiness against cyber threats, identify latent vulnerabilities, and ensure compliance with Indonesia's rigorous cybersecurity regulations. Key findings revealed the profound effect of red teaming on fortifying cybersecurity protocols, showing its capability to discover and effectively counteract security vulnerabilities. This study positions Red Teaming as an essential strategy in the array of cybersecurity practices, offering valuable insights into its application and impact on meeting regulatory standards. E-learning was disrupted by a new concept of education named microlearning that carried various digital learning materials in convenient learning paths that were customizable according to users' necessity by using digital application. The competitive advantage of microlearning has been published but caused ubiquitous bias definition. This study aims to identify and analyze fundamental components of existing microlearning research and implementations in e-learning platforms. 42 research articles from SCOPUS database were collected from 2018 to 2022. They were reviewed to discover fundamental components of microlearning that must be considered in its implementations. The result of this study uncovered 'Content's variety' the most fundamental components. In contrast, this study finds that advance technology is the least discussed but required in supporting specific usage of microlearning. Limitation of this study lies on the determination of database and keyword usage and the methodology. This study recommends to consider combination of microlearning components to concept a specialized microlearning for sustainable quality education. © 2023 IEEE.

computer vision has been used in many areas such as medical, transportation, military, geography, etc. The fast development of sensor devices inside camera and satellite provides not only red-greed-blue (RGB) images but also multispectral dataset with some channels including RGB, infrared, short-wave, and thermal wave. Most of the dataset is panchromatic (black and white) and RGB, for example Google Map and other satellite-based map applications. This study examines the effects of multispectral dataset for semantic segmentation of land cover. The comparison between RGB with band 2 to band 7 of Landsat 8 Satellite shows an improvement of accuracy from 90.283 to 94.473 for U-Net and from 91.76 to 95.183 for DeepLabV3+. In addition, this research also compares two well-known semantic segmentation methods, namely U-Net and DeepLabV3+, that shown that DeepLabV3+ outperformed U-Net regarding to speed and accuracy. Testing was conducted in the Karawang Regency area, West Java, Indonesia. © 2023 IEEE.

Real-time monitoring remains a challenge in providing accurate information, especially in the case of urban flood inundation disasters. The accuracy of data for disaster risk reduction has a positive impact on reducing the loss of livelihood or the regional economy. Understanding flood levels and their impact on urban areas can be crucial information for flood mitigation and effective urban planning. The research aims to conduct a rapid monitoring investigation for flood inundation detection in Makassar City, Indonesia, using Sentinel-1 SAR image data and assess the exposure of urban building areas to flooding. By identifying flood inundation areas using backscatter values, it was determined that Tamalanrea District exhibits a high density and is prone to flooding as a result of urban expansion. Additionally, Biringkanaya District, which is adjacent to Tamalanrea, was also impacted by the flood. The most severely affected area was found to be Tamalanrea District, with an inundation area covering 73,114 m2. It also recorded the highest extent of built-up area affected by flooding, reaching 29,475 m2. © The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd. 2024.

The gender gap in science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) fields highlights significant research opportunities, particularly in examining the employability of female graduates. This study introduces a novel machine learning framework integrating Clustering and Multi-target Classification to analyze employment waiting time and job linearity among women STEM alumni. Using K-Means Clustering and Multi-Target Logistic Regression, the framework achieved a classification accuracy of 77% and a silhouette score of 0.61, demonstrating its effectiveness in predictive analysis. Beyond these results, the framework offers a robust methodology for integrating Clustering with Classification, enabling a nuanced understanding of the employability challenges faced by women in STEM. This approach identifies key patterns in employment data, paving the way for targeted interventions and actionable insights. Furthermore, the findings aim to inform data-driven policymaking and future research to improve employability outcomes. This work contributes to addressing systemic challenges and fostering gender diversity in STEM careers while enhancing opportunities for women.

This article examines the incorporation of the Shopping Assistance Automatic Suggestion (SAAS) model into Virtual Reality (VR) environments in order to improve the online shopping experience. The SAAS model employs sophisticated deep learning methods to offer customized product recommendations, which are conveyed by non-player characters (NPCs) via voice-based interactions. Our goal is to develop an interactive shopping experience that replicates real-life interactions by integrating AI-powered recommendations with immersive VR technology. We gather and standardize data from several open commerce databases, such as Amazon Product and Customer Reviews. The SAAS model, in conjunction with GPT-3, BERT, and T5, undergoes training and testing to evaluate its effectiveness across multiple criteria. The results demonstrate that the SAAS model surpasses other models in delivering contextually aware and pertinent recommendations. The integration process outlines the specific steps involved in capturing, processing, and transforming user interactions in virtual reality (VR) into vocal suggestions provided by non-player characters (NPCs). This strategy improves customization and utilizes the immersive features of virtual reality to effectively engage people. The results of our research establish a higher standard for e-commerce, with the goal of enhancing the user experience of online purchasing by making it more instinctive, engaging, and pleasurable. © 2024 by the authors.

Classification of Indonesian crops is a critical task in developing farming and getting more understanding of agriculture. However, there is no clear task in classifying types of crops in Indonesia. Transfer learning has been used successfully in a variety of image classification applications. Thus, in this paper, we collected images of Indonesian crops from the internet randomly and proposed a classification by using transfer learning of deep learning with four pre-trained models: EffficientNet- B0, ResNet18, VGG19, and AlexNet. In the experiment, augmentation techniques such as random horizontal flip, random vertical flip, and random affine were utilized to prevent the network from overfitting. The result found that EfficientNet-B0 outperformed other models with an accuracy of 82.55. Then, the model struggled to distinguish between crops in the same family. According to the results, although transfer learning can work well to classify images of Indonesian agricultural crops, some improvements are still required to address existing issues.
