In this era, people often overeat, make parties or events, where there are excessive availability of food. As well as shops or restaurants that sell food, has ready-to-eat foods that only lasts one day and then treated as expired food. Often this precious food is thrown in the trash, and meanwhile, many destitute people cannot eat enough per day. Therefore, this research paper aims to mobilize people who overeat and donate their excess food that can still be consumed to those in need. This smartphone application is equipped with activities such as registering for new donors who want to join the mobile application and logging in for donors who are already registered in the mobile application. Donors can monitor couriers taking photos of recipients with food donated from donors. In addition, donors can select the food category for donation and input amount, track the donated food that the courier has picked up, and send it to the recipient. This mobile application is also equipped with donors to share experiences, ideas, and views based on topics created by staff and available threads. © 2022 IEEE.

Many studies have focused on classifying lung nodules in CT scans, primarily utilizing 2D approaches. However, CT scans are inherently 3D representations, which presents challenges for traditional convolutional neural networks (CNNs) designed for 2D images. In this work, a novel combination of 3D transfer learning and batch oversampling was adopted to classify benign and malignant lung nodules using the Lung Nodule Analysis - Intelligent Systems in Medical Imaging (LUNA22-ISMI) dataset. The preprocessing pipeline consisted of excluding indeterminate labeled nodules, clamping patches to the lung window, extracting nodule regions based on diameter, and applying z-score normalization. Batch oversampling with augmentation was implemented for the training set. Multiple models pre-trained on ImageNet with weights adapted for 3D were evaluated using a five-fold cross-validation setup. Notably, EfficientNetB1 achieved the highest overall and balanced metrics on the test sets, surpassing 90% in sensitivity, specificity, precision, and accuracy, highlighting its potential for binary classification of lung nodules. https://***/nheryanto/luna22

Simulation-based learning is one of the most powerful tools to support the educational process. This learning offers an opportunity to learn based on experiences that are very similar to real-world environments. In the context of logistics, which can be considered a complex system, significant efforts are required to enhance students' understanding and practical skills. For that reason, simulations are used so that benefits such as skills and knowledge in the field of logistics can be achieved. However, there are currently several challenges in developing simulation-based learning in higher education. These challenges include the need for simulations that are appropriate for the current learning context, where the students are generally from Generation Z, and how to improve their learning quality in the era of Industry 4.0. To address these challenges, more suitable simulations need to be developed, and higher education institutions must carefully examine how to develop them, including identifying the essential components in the development of simulations for logistics learning. In this research, a systematic literature review using the PRISMA method and also creating a conceptual model of simulation that better meets the current needs of logistics education will be proposed. The results of this research can be used as a basis for developing updated simulations to better prepare students for the challenges of Industry 4.0.

YOLOS-MCI: Automating Microservices Coupling Index Calculation using Vision Transformers

Microservice Architectures (MSA) provide flexibility and scalability in software development. However, accurately measuring the level of interdependence among Microservices continues to be a difficult task. Precisely evaluating this connection is essential for efficient MSA design, maintenance, and future development. Conventional techniques for assessing Microservice coupling are frequently done by hand, require a significant amount of time, and are susceptible to mistakes. This impedes the capacity to make well-informed judgments regarding the integration and adjustment of services. This study introduces a new method for automating the computation of the Microservice Coupling Index (MCI) by utilizing the You Only Look at One Sequence (YOLOS) object identification technique in combination with Vision Transformer (ViTs) technology. YOLOS is utilized for identifying constituents within Unified Modeling Language (UML) Component Diagrams, facilitating precise classification and effective assessment of coupling. The model exhibits varying performance over multiple Intersection over Union (IoU) thresholds and object sizes, with an average precision (AP) of 0.406 over IoU values ranging from 0.50 to 0.95. The maximum precision is achieved at an IoU of 0.50, with an AP of 0.709. The model demonstrates good performance in identifying smaller components, especially when evaluated at a 0.75 IoU threshold. However, it faces challenges in detecting small items, suggesting potential areas for improvement in future iterations. Initial results indicate that this automation greatly decreases the need for manual, labor-intensive tasks and enhances the precision of measuring coupling in MSA, hence facilitating effective decision-making in service integration and modification. Automating the computation of the coupling index has the potential to significantly influence the design and management of durable and readily controllable microservice architectures.

Capital market transactions provide an opportunity for investors to acquire ownership of company shares and capital gains, as well as dividends. However, alongside the benefits, there are risks of capital loss and liquidation, leading to stress and depression due to profit targets and decision-making errors. To mitigate the risk of decision-making errors in investment, data analysis is needed, including sentiment analysis, which influences stock prices. This study aims to develop a new deep learning model to classify Indonesian public opinion on JCI stocks, especially the Energy sector, obtained from the Twitter social media platform. The model will perform sentiment analysis and categorize opinions as negative, neutral, or positive. We created a dataset that was trained using Bidirectional Encoder Representations from Transformers (BERT) to summarize the analysis of public sentiment above so that it can assist investors in studying public sentiment as a reference for investing with a yield precision of 76%, Recall of 77%, and F1-score on 76%. © 2023 IEEE.

This research explores the vital role of penetration testing in cybersecurity, specifically its alignment with ISO 27001:2022, COBIT 2019, and NIST CSF standards in the context of crypto asset exchange management. These sectors grapple with rapidly evolving threat landscapes, necessitating robust cybersecurity strategies. However, the integration of penetration testing with these standards remains underexamined. Through a comprehensive approach, including literature reviews, surveys, case studies, and interviews, this study investigates the incorporation of penetration testing into an organization's cybersecurity. It unveils the current state of penetration testing practices, interprets ISO 27001:2022, COBIT 2019, and NIST CSF perspectives, and pinpoints integration challenges and opportunities. This study offers practical insights and best practices for integrating penetration testing into cybersecurity frameworks by emphasizing alignment. It underscores the importance of aligning penetration testing with information security standards in the crypto asset exchange management sector, enhancing security, proactively identifying vulnerabilities, and effectively mitigating risks in the context of growing crypto asset importance. Rapid development in vehicular technology has caused more automated vehicle control to increase on the roads. Studies showed that driving in mixed traffic with an autonomous vehicle (AV) had a negative impact on the time headway (THW) of conventional vehicles (CVs) (i.e., driven by humans). To address this issue, there is a need to equip CV with visual advanced driver assistance systems (ADASs) that helps the driver maintain safe headway when driving near AVs. This study examines the perception of drivers using visual ADAS and their associated risk while driving behind the AV at constant and varying speeds. The preliminary results showed that while visual ADAS could help drivers keep the safe THW, it could affect drivers' ability to react to emergencies. This implies that visual modality alone might not be sufficient and therefore requires some other feedback or intelligent transport systems to help drivers maintain safe driving in a mixed-Traffic condition. © 2022 Elsevier B.V.. This study examines the pivotal role of red teaming within the context of cybersecurity drill tests, focusing on its contribution to enhancing Indonesia's cyber defenses. Through a detailed analysis, this research examines Red Teaming's capacity to elevate organizational readiness against cyber threats, identify latent vulnerabilities, and ensure compliance with Indonesia's rigorous cybersecurity regulations. Key findings revealed the profound effect of red teaming on fortifying cybersecurity protocols, showing its capability to discover and effectively counteract security vulnerabilities. This study positions Red Teaming as an essential strategy in the array of cybersecurity practices, offering valuable insights into its application and impact on meeting regulatory standards. E-learning was disrupted by a new concept of education named microlearning that carried various digital learning materials in convenient learning paths that were customizable according to users' necessity by using digital application. The competitive advantage of microlearning has been published but caused ubiquitous bias definition. This study aims to identify and analyze fundamental components of existing microlearning research and implementations in e-learning platforms. 42 research articles from SCOPUS database were collected from 2018 to 2022. They were reviewed to discover fundamental components of microlearning that must be considered in its implementations. The result of this study uncovered 'Content's variety' the most fundamental components. In contrast, this study finds that advance technology is the least discussed but required in supporting specific usage of microlearning. Limitation of this study lies on the determination of database and keyword usage and the methodology. This study recommends to consider combination of microlearning components to concept a specialized microlearning for sustainable quality education. © 2023 IEEE.

Real-time monitoring remains a challenge in providing accurate information, especially in the case of urban flood inundation disasters. The accuracy of data for disaster risk reduction has a positive impact on reducing the loss of livelihood or the regional economy. Understanding flood levels and their impact on urban areas can be crucial information for flood mitigation and effective urban planning. The research aims to conduct a rapid monitoring investigation for flood inundation detection in Makassar City, Indonesia, using Sentinel-1 SAR image data and assess the exposure of urban building areas to flooding. By identifying flood inundation areas using backscatter values, it was determined that Tamalanrea District exhibits a high density and is prone to flooding as a result of urban expansion. Additionally, Biringkanaya District, which is adjacent to Tamalanrea, was also impacted by the flood. The most severely affected area was found to be Tamalanrea District, with an inundation area covering 73,114 m2. It also recorded the highest extent of built-up area affected by flooding, reaching 29,475 m2. © The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd. 2024.
