Purpose - This study aims to identify and analyze the main themes, the countries, the destination category, and the current trend regarding Smart Tourism research through a systematic literature review (SLR). Methodology- The research is based on a systematic review of the literature using the kitchenham method combined with the PRISMA method and focuses on smart tourism destination articles published between 2018 and 2021. Findings- The authors summarize the result, which is the main themes came out with seven clusters;the countries, there are eighteen countries spread over five regions worldwide;the destination category found three categories which are cultural heritage attractions, special events, and museums;the current trends there are top five keywords that become trends based on previous study literature review namely: Smart Tourism Destinations, Tourist Experiences, Tourism Industry, ICT, and DMOs. The originality of the research- The study provides the SLR method to investigate the main themes, the countries, the destination category, and the current trend regarding Smart Tourism research. This finding helps build a complete understanding of smart tourism destination implementation comprehensively. © 2022 IEEE.

An Energy-Efficient Intrusion Detection Offloading Based on DNN for Edge Computing

To improve the accuracy of Deep Neural Networks (DNNs) applied to Network Intrusion Detection systems (NIDS) researchers often increase the complexity of their designed model. Given the processing limitations of resource-constrained devices, researchers have proposed offloading the NIDS task to the cloud. However, simultaneously ensuring energy efficiency and detection accuracy remains a challenge. This paper proposes a DNN-based NIDS through early exits that operate following an energy-efficient edge-computing architecture implemented twofold. Firstly, we propose a DNN-based NIDS employing multi-objective optimization for efficient inference and computation offloading. It is designed to perform the classification task at the edge device and configured to proactively offload events to the cloud when additional processing capabilities are required. Our insight is to utilize multi-objective optimization to identify the optimal balance between accuracy and energy efficiency in task offloading. Secondly, the final DNN branch performs classification with a reject option to ensure reliability when analyzing new network traffic patterns, while calibration adjusts the model's confidence values to enhance generalization. The rejection mechanism allows the model to accept only its most confident classifications enhancing the model's generalization capabilities. Experiments conducted with our proposal's prototype through a new intrusion dataset encompassing one-year-long network traffic with over 7TB of data attested to our proposal's feasibility. It can reduce the edge device's energy consumption and processing costs to only 1%, while maintaining accuracy. This is achieved while demanding the offloading of only 10% of network events to the cloud, optimizing resource utilization across both the edge and cloud infrastructures. © 2014 IEEE.

The use of multiobjective optimization procedures for control tuning has been constantly explored, presenting satisfactory results, and generating significant contributions to control engineering. In this way, the field of robust control can benefit significantly from the integration of multiobjective optimization design procedures for robust Proportional-Integral-Derivative (RPID) controller synthesis, enabling innovative solutions to complex control challenges. Due to this fact, this paper explores an approach to utilize multiobjective optimization algorithms in a simplified procedure, considering uncertain systems in the form of interval plants with uncertain poles, the Kharitonov theorem is used to obtain a region of stability as search space for the multiobjective algorithm, being the optimization process performed over a nominal system model. Two numerical cases and a flexible actuator model were used to demonstrate the procedure for RPI synthesis, resulting in robustly stable controllers with optimized performance over error and control signal effort measures.

Organizations face an urgent need to become faster, more efficient, and more successful in their commercial operations, given the current state of technological evolution and the arrival of Industry 4.0. Many businesses have adopted the idea of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems to achieve this goal. The ERP system is expected to increase worker productivity, improve business performance to maximize profitability and profits, and provide accurate and up-to-date data and information to management and stakeholders. This research aims to find new variables related to integration problems in the use of ERP systems. Using the SPSS statistical program, the data collected will be examined using quantitative exploratory factor analysis (EFA). Data processing then includes collecting demographic information from respondents, reliability testing, conducting the Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin (KMO) test, testing using an anti-image matrix, and deriving new factors using a rotation component matrix. This research seeks to identify new elements underlying ongoing integration problems in ERP system implementation. The research results show several reasons for underlying integration problems and offer in-depth information to management that can be used to analyze and evaluate the ERP system in their company appropriately in the future so that the company's performance becomes superior to the competition. © 2024 IEEE.

Text summarization is a natural language processing (NLP) technique in artificial intelligence that has been studied in recent years. Every document containing text is tested to get a good summary result. In producing a good summary, proper accuracy is required;therefore, various techniques and methods are used, and another challenge is the use of language in the documents being tested. Various types of documents have been used as research for text summarization, including scientific documents, so researchers are interested in studying them more intensely to get the state of the art in research. This research was conducted to review previous research using literature studies from various publications that published research on text summarization in scientific documents. The researcher collected data from several publishers who had published this type of research from 1988 to 2023 quarter 1 and obtained three hundred and eleven articles, then the researcher analyzed the data using the Kitchenham method to get the right literature to answer the research question. Thirty-seven articles were selected for further in-depth analysis. In addition, the researcher found some interesting findings beyond the research question, including other techniques used to solve the text summarization problem and other types of output that are not commonly produced so that it can increase knowledge in researching text summarization. © 2023 IEEE.

In online-based virtual worlds such as Metaverse, Online Games, and other online digital spaces, the virtual/digital goods (digital items / digital assets) are fundamental things that must be available to be able to do business & create an economy in the virtual world through monetization & transactions from these digital goods. This research focuses on summarizing and exploring the attributes used in digital goods in the virtual world by extracting attributes in digital goods from other related studies using the Systematic Literature Review methodology & PRISMA Framework comprehensively so that it can be a reference for developers in designing the properties and functions of digital goods in the virtual world that are being developed, which in this case will be in the form of an NFT in the future. Based on research that has been carried out, 3 essential metadata attributes have the most influence on transactions, number 1 Visual Design / Aesthetic (Representative), number 2 Effect (Utilities), and number 3 Statistics / Performance (Utilities) which must be considered in developing/making digital goods in the form of NFTs in the virtual world so that the value of digital goods can attract users to buy or transact them in the virtual world. © 2024 IEEE.

Recently, the disruption of blockchain technology has changed the business world, including supply and use of electrical energy. The article addresses the advantages of blockchain technology to a national utility company to act both roles as producer and consumer (prosumers) of electricity to maximize all electricity capacity. The prosumer role encourages the collaboration of independent small and medium utility producers in a business ecosystem to assist managing national wide electricity distribution. The article uses the Blockchain 2.0 framework that links all parties in prosumer role in smart contract mechanism. Participants in the system enable to exchange their data transactions in open platform collaboration easily and securely. The outcome of the article is expected to invite more startups to participate to assist national utility company in efficiently manage electricity investment and distribution. © 2022 IEEE.

Blockchain is one of the products born from the rapid development and growth of technology which is common in Industry 4.0. However, Indonesia has not implemented blockchain in the government sector until now, even though this is an important thing to create a safe and transparent system for its citizens and to improve technological development in Indonesia so that it can always keep up with the times. Even though Blockhain technology can be used in the design of any system, including the creation of a Surat Keterangan Catatan Kepolisian (SKCK) because the use of blockchain in SKCK can help secure the data of every resident. The research method used is descriptive analysis of the results of the various literatures studied. The purpose of this research is to design a system for making Police Record Certificates (SKCK) by utilizing blockchain technology using an Enterprise Architecture approach. From here it is analyzed using several diagrams such as Use Cases and Flowcharts to be able to describe the needs and business processes of an SKCK system. The conclusion of this research is that Blockchain implementation is very necessary because Blockchain implementation can make SKCK data and information more secure and verifiable using immutable hashes. © 2022 IEEE.

The real estate market in Indonesia is currently undergoing a downturn due to a variety of issues, including potential purchasers being unable to find houses that meet their criteria, a lack of time to do home assessments due to the pandemic, and the difficulties of transporting furnishings to new residences. Because development is one of the sectors that affect national economic growth, these issues must be addressed. The purpose of this research is to create an Enterprise Architecture design for the real estate market that incorporates Internet of Things (IoT) technology. The methodology for this research includes observation, data gathering and interviews which addressed the real estate industry's difficulties and demands, followed by designing the proposed business application and Enterprise Architecture Framework. This research found an Enterprise Architecture (EA) design for the real estate business that incorporates IoT technology. © 2022 IEEE.

Mechanical keyboard industry has been growing rapidly as the product changes from only a functional device to a hobby in the community. This study aims to reveal which factors influence purchase intention for mechanical keyboard business based on the use of Instagram social media. This study used a quantitative method by distributing questionnaire to 103 respondents who are following Harakeebs Instagram account as one of the sellers of mechanical keyboards. The data was analyzed using SEM approach with SmartPLS application. The results showed that several variables studied affect the purchase intention and that availability of information does not have a significant impact on brand reputation and brand trust. The results are crucial to help the company to develop its business and raise the purchase intention of the customers. © 2024 IEEE.
