Crowdfunding has become a popular term these days, and people usually do crowdfunding to raise a certain amount of money for a specific cause. There are already many popular crowdfunding portals in Indonesia where people can send support to anyone with money. When talking about crowdfunding, most people probably think of providing support to others in need, for example, those who are sick and poor. However, crowdfunding is not always like that. Crowdfunding can be applied to any field, especially in the creative industries, as the people in this report will discuss. If you do not know it beforehand, the creative industry sometimes struggles with copyright and online piracy issues. These problems will soon be very detrimental to the artists as creators. Another problem often sought is the artists themselves, especially those still amateurs. They are often hesitant to share their works and promote themselves because they do not know-how. In this case, crowdfunding application development will be necessary to facilitate all artists and content creators (such as content creators, vloggers, or even game developers) to gain support from their fans and promote themselves to become more popular. © 2022 IEEE.

Crop Yield Analysis and Prediction is a fast-expanding discipline that is critical for optimizing agricultural methods. A lack of trustworthy data is one of the challenges in estimating crop yields. We develop predictive models for 22 different fruits and vegetables data. The goals of this study are to create accurate and interpretable crop recommendation models. We used multiple machine learning (ML) models for multi-class crop production prediction to fulfill our research goal. We thoroughly examined the influence of climate and nutrient factors on crop yield, considering their complex interactions. To improve the dataset, augmented data techniques were applied. Configuring the parameters and fine-tuning the hyperparameters is our technique to increase the model performance. Furthermore, we employ explainable artificial intelligence (XAI) techniques and interpretability tools like Shapley Additive exPlanations (SHAP) to improve the interpretability of our prediction model. Our findings reveal that the XGBoost model has the best performance model with 99.86% accuracy, followed by SVM Poly Kernel with 99.32% and Random Forest with 98.82%. Feature selection and analysis are emphasized, particularly in regional agricultural contexts. This study contributes to the creation of accurate and interpretable crop recommendation models while also addressing the issue of untrustworthy data, providing useful insights for optimizing agricultural practices. © 2023 IEEE.

Companies or organizations usually use key performance indicators (KPI) as indicators to determine their performance. The company's performance achievements are reflected in the set indicators that will describe the overall performance, as well as higher education institutions can also set key performance indicators, to see their performance achievements. The use of e-learning as a tool to support teaching and learning processes to be more effective and efficient is an example of which performance needs to be measured. This article discusses how the process of developing key performance indicators is carried out through the stages of designing questionnaires and distributing questionnaires to students, data is processed using the method of factor analysis to obtain the main indicators determining performance and the method of regression analysis is also used to build performance models. obtain KPI determinants, and then develop KPI models. The results show that there are indicators of sharing knowledge, managing knowledge, understanding knowledge, and utilization knowledge as performance measurement indicators. © 2023 IEEE.

Generalized-linear dynamical models (GLDMs) remain a widely-used framework within neuroscience for modeling time-series data, such as neural spiking activity or categorical decision outcomes. Whereas the standard usage of GLDMs is to model a single data source, certain applications require jointly modeling two generalized-linear time-series sources while also dissociating their shared and private dynamics. Most existing GLDM variants and their associated learning algorithms do not support this capability. Here we address this challenge by developing a multi-step analytical subspace identification algorithm for learning a GLDM that explicitly models shared vs. private dynamics within two generalized-linear time-series. In simulations, we demonstrate our algorithm's ability to dissociate and model the dynamics within two time-series sources while being agnostic to their respective observation distributions. In neural data, we consider two specific applications of our algorithm for modeling discrete population spiking activity with respect to a secondary time-series. In both synthetic and real data, GLDMs learned with our algorithm more accurately decoded one time-series from the other using lower-dimensional latent states, as compared to models identified using existing GLDM learning algorithms. © 2024 Neural information processing systems foundation. E-learning was disrupted by a new concept of education named microlearning that carried various digital learning materials in convenient learning paths that were customizable according to users' necessity by using digital application. The competitive advantage of microlearning has been published but caused ubiquitous bias definition. This study aims to identify and analyze fundamental components of existing microlearning research and implementations in e-learning platforms. 42 research articles from SCOPUS database were collected from 2018 to 2022. They were reviewed to discover fundamental components of microlearning that must be considered in its implementations. The result of this study uncovered 'Content's variety' the most fundamental components. In contrast, this study finds that advance technology is the least discussed but required in supporting specific usage of microlearning. Limitation of this study lies on the determination of database and keyword usage and the methodology. This study recommends to consider combination of microlearning components to concept a specialized microlearning for sustainable quality education. © 2023 IEEE.

In this era, people often overeat, make parties or events, where there are excessive availability of food. As well as shops or restaurants that sell food, has ready-to-eat foods that only lasts one day and then treated as expired food. Often this precious food is thrown in the trash, and meanwhile, many destitute people cannot eat enough per day. Therefore, this research paper aims to mobilize people who overeat and donate their excess food that can still be consumed to those in need. This smartphone application is equipped with activities such as registering for new donors who want to join the mobile application and logging in for donors who are already registered in the mobile application. Donors can monitor couriers taking photos of recipients with food donated from donors. In addition, donors can select the food category for donation and input amount, track the donated food that the courier has picked up, and send it to the recipient. This mobile application is also equipped with donors to share experiences, ideas, and views based on topics created by staff and available threads. © 2022 IEEE.

Relationship with customers is one of the most crucial factors in business continuity and development. Many current businesses have started delving into Customer Relationship Management (CRM) to establish and maintain their sales and customer relationships. This research was conducted on one retail company that implements CRM but experiencing a gap in their unit sales performance between their targeted sales and the realization. This study aims to analyze the gaps causing factors using Factor Analysis Method, constructing a suitable regression model, and proposing the company's necessary strategy. The research was conducted quantitatively using a questionnaire from 264 respondents. The result of this study showed that there are five causing factors which are CRM Reliability, Underutilization of CRM, CRM Capability, CRM Unpreparedness, and Customer Relation Quality, as well as forming a regression model of the company's CRM performance. © 2023 IEEE.

Monitoring of vehicle conditions is needed as one of the securities in driving because one of the accident rates is negligence in checking the condition of the vehicle. This study aims to help reduce the level of accidents and increase human awareness for vehicle conditions, especially minibus type vehicles. The system works to provide information on the condition of vehicles sourced from the Engine Control Unit (ECU). ECU data cars are obtained by SNIP traffic broadcast message and ask for data directly at the ECU. The car can provide vehicle information using a Canbus communication protocol through the OBD-II socket. Vehicle information can be seen by users through the website in real time. Based on the evaluation from the user side, this system provides ease of monitoring vehicle conditions because it can be accessed via the internet using various kinds of devices. © 2023 The Authors. SfM can reconstruct the 3D shape of an object with high accuracy if there are many feature points on the surface to be measured. However, in the field of architecture, there is a problem that building surfaces are beautifully preserved and the shape cannot be reconstructed because of the small number of feature points. In this study, we proposed a method to improve the measurement accuracy of SfM by projecting a random pattern on a wall surface and distributing a large number of feature points. Experiments confirmed that the measurement accuracy was as good as that of a laser scanner. © 2023 Architectural Institute of Japan. All rights reserved.

This paper first provides an overview of the English pronunciation learning support tool. The tool aims to use "accent-modified speech that retains the learner’s voice quality" as the "target speech." We propose a new conversion model based on conventional methods for this accent conversion. Specifically, we improve the conventional LSTM-based DNN model for accent conversion by adopting a transformer-based model. Our experiments investigated the model’s ability to handle the unique katakana pronunciation characteristic of Japanese speakers. The results confirmed the effectiveness of the proposed conversion method, although challenges remain, such as the scarcity of Japanese speech data and the need to improve the accuracy of speaker identity retention.
