In this paper, we exploit caches on intermediate nodes for QoE enhancement of multi-view video and audio transmission over ICN/CCN by controlling the content request start timing of consumers. We assume the selected single viewpoint transmission method; a consumer receives video and audio streams of a requested viewpoint. We perform a simple experiment with two consumers. When the consumers play video and audio with the time difference, we assess the effect of cached content by the former consumer's request on the output quality of the latter consumer. We deal with two types of viewpoint change strategies for the former consumer, which affect the efficiency of cache utilization. From the assessment results, we see that cache utilization has an important factor in enhancing QoE.

This research seeks to develop a computer-based decision model for assessing information security risks. Text summarization is a natural language processing (NLP) technique in artificial intelligence that has been studied in recent years. Every document containing text is tested to get a good summary result. In producing a good summary, proper accuracy is required; therefore, various techniques and methods are used, and another challenge is the use of language in the documents being tested. Various types of documents have been used as research for text summarization, including scientific documents, so researchers are interested in studying them more intensely to get the state of the art in research. This research was conducted to review previous research using literature studies from various publications that published research on text summarization in scientific documents. The researcher collected data from several publishers who had published this type of research from 1988 to 2023 quarter 1 and obtained three hundred and eleven articles, then the researcher analyzed the data using the Kitchenham method to get the right literature to answer the research question. Thirty-seven articles were selected for further in-depth analysis. In addition, the researcher found some interesting findings beyond the research question, including other techniques used to solve the text summarization problem and other types of output that are not commonly produced so that it can increase knowledge in researching text summarization.

In this paper, we propose a switching scheme of GCR Block Ack and GCR Unsolicited Retry, standardized in IEEE 802.11aa, according to network conditions for video and audio groupcast over wireless LANs. We utilize three transmission modes in the proposed method: GCR Block Ack with four retries, GCR Block Ack with two retries, and GCR Unsolicited Retry with twice transmission. The proposed method is compared with the three individual methods by computer simulation under various network conditions to evaluate application-level QoS. We then assess QoE by a subjective experiment. We show that the proposed method can choose an appropriate mode and achieve better QoE than the individual methods.

This research explores the optimization of digital talent in advanced industries, particularly in the context of rapid digital transformation. Despite the increasing importance of digital talent for gaining a competitive edge, several challenges persist. In Indonesia, for example, there is a significant shortage of digitally skilled workers, with the World Bank reporting a gap of 9 million skilled individuals over the past 15 years. Additionally, artificial intelligence (AI) is expected to impact 9.5 million jobs, further exacerbating the demand for digital skills. Furthermore, the employability of graduates remains low, largely due to inadequate training, poor language proficiency, and limited cultural sensitivity. Many companies face difficulties in finding qualified individuals, quickly upskilling their workforce, and fostering an innovative organizational culture. This study seeks to evaluate the factors influencing digital talent performance in the context of these challenges. It examines seven key variables: digital readiness, digital technology adoption, relevance of AI, digital skills, individual performance, problem-solving ability, and overall digital talent performance. Hypotheses were tested using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Data was collected from 378 participants, primarily students with STEM backgrounds, in the Jabodetabek area of Indonesia in November 2024. The findings reveal that all hypotheses are significant, with results indicating that user satisfaction and the perceived value of digital talent in Indonesia have a notable impact on continued usage intentions in digital roles.
