Research in the development of Hepatitis C disease prediction is increasingly developing, especially using machine learning models which is able to make predictions quickly and accurately. In this study, a comparison of several classification methods was carried out by also applying feature reduction, NCA. In this study, a comparison of performance was carried out if the data was entered into the NCA feature extraction method with KNearest Neighborhood (KNN) and Support Vector Machine (SVM) and a comparison of performance if the data did not use the NCA feature extraction method. The performance comparison metrics used in the study were accuracy, sensitivity, specification, Matthews Correlation Coefficient (MCC), and Kappa value. The highest accuracy (99.36%), sensitivity (91.94%), specification (99.67%), MCC $(0.895)$ and the best Kappa value $(0.889)$ were obtained in the KNN-NCA prediction method.

This work demonstrates the development of a prototype system that could improve urban and digital accessibility for People with Disability - PwD. The research involves using an academic questionnaire to enable a wider perspective of the central subject and assessing the effectiveness of the proposed solution. The main goal is to help social integration and make the future solution implementable for smart cities through an experiment in an academic campus. The dissertation is related to technological and social issues that might be used as a resource by researchers, public or private bodies interested in more profound studies. The document recognizes the lack of studies on this subject, especially in Brazil because there are few available articles. The prototype system is designed to tackle the issues faced by persons with disability in urban settings through platforms, applications and mobile phones as it proposes a comprehensive set of solutions when addressing accessibility for PwDs. In turn, this research fosters knowledge advancements in the field of urban accessibility and provides vital recommendations for developing inclusive technologies and policies.

Virtual Reality (VR) has received attention since the trend of the Metaverse came after the pandemic era. Several studies look into how Virtual Reality can be used in higher education. because all the research comes from the education field. However, previous research is too narrow in using technology, but not the area, impact, and challenges of Virtual Reality itself. Therefore, the systematic literature review (SLR) from 2016 to 2022 is discussed in this work to research how discipline, impact, and challenges of Virtual Reality in Higher Education. From 702 papers retrieved, and 214 candidates, to determine the applicability of the study question, 62 papers were chosen. The result shows that most discipline areas are still in computer science, followed by education and public health. Most reports said Virtual Reality is still highly impacted in solving the problem, especially in public health and education. However, there are still some pitfalls: the challenge of using The Head Mounted Device makes Virtual Reality-Induced symptoms and effects (VRISEs) such as Cyber sickness, simulator sickness, Motion sickness, dizziness, and physical discomfort. The implication of the SLR will be considered for academic purposes in preparing for the Metaverse era, especially in higher education. © 2022 IEEE.

The rapid development of technology makes many changes that occur in the community in carrying out daily activities, one of which is the use of online-based applications to support community activities in Jakarta. This study aims to build applications to support community activities in the field of futsal sport, namely ordering Android-based sports arenas. This ordering application consists of Home, Schedule, sparring, profile, info, and ordering. This application makes it easier for people to find information about the sports arena and make it easier to order sports fields anytime, anywhere, so they can increase profits for the sports arena business. This mobile application was applied with android studio and using MySQL for the database. Hopefully, creating this mobile application will reduce the number the crime rate committed by youth and expand their friendship not only around their house or school but for future development it is possible to run a competition that can be held at the provincial level, or at the national level and possibly even at the South East Nation country (ASEAN) level which involving several ASEAN countries. © 2021 IEEE.

This paper discusses the possibility of a better smart city implementation with the Jakarta Information App. Our App will be a one-stop go platform where people could access new information regarding the city live and instantaneously, the information contained is not just from an average news report, but people from social media or communities can also contribute in giving up to date news 24/7. In order to create this app, some processes are done to dive deeper into Jakarta's core infrastructure, the way of living, and the society behind the city. Jakarta Information App's goals are to connect the people everywhere at any time or place;it is not just an average social media app, its main objective is to be some hub for the city, it is an a2-way connected dots, the city with the people and also the reverse. The proposed system has been modeled with a use case diagram to design the business process and using the class diagram to model the database model diagram. The user interface has been designed as a means of communication between the user and the system. © 2021 IEEE.

This research focuses on the use of machine learning methods, especially Random Forest, in designing tuberculosis drugs more effectively and efficiently. The research process begins with the creation of a QSAR (Quantitative Structure-Activity Relationship) model using a dataset from ChEMBL that includes compounds with activity against Mycobacterium tuberculosis. This model aims to predict the pIC50 value, which is an indicator of a compound's biological activity as a tuberculosis drug. The results of the Random Forest model showed high accuracy, which is 92%. This accuracy indicates that the model has a good ability in predicting the effectiveness of compounds against Mycobacterium tuberculosis. With this result, the developed model can be used as an auxiliary tool in the discovery of tuberculosis drugs and can be further developed to increase the effectiveness in drug research.

Apart from the core competency, learning in the organization also brings students opportunities to improve their soft skills. Good soft skills can help students when working in a company with many people. Students can get soft skills by participating in various non-academic activities such as new student orientation, Student organization, seminar, and workshop. Airport runway designs must consider wind climatology to reduce the potential for crosswind and tailwind events that can cause accidents and aircraft delays. The large potential of crosswind and tailwind on a runway at the airport is very detrimental to aircraft passengers and airlines. Therefore, it is necessary to know the potential of crosswind and tailwind on the runway of Soekarno Hatta Airport and find the right parameters for the approximate direction and speed of the wind on the airport runway. Analysis was carried out using the direction and wind speed data from the Soekarno Hatta meteorological station in 2007-2017 to determine the potential for crosswind and tailwind on the runway of Soekarno Hatta airport and run a Weather Research and Forecasting (WRF) weather model to determine the parameterization of the right weather model for wind forecast at Soekarno Hatta airport. The highest maximum crosswind component in the 2007-2017 period occurred in August 30.53 knots, while the highest maximum tailwind of 25 knots occurred in January for a 250-degree runway and 24 knots occurred in August for a 070-degree runway. The potential for crosswind and tailwind is different every month. The scheme produces forecasts of wind direction and speed with a strong level of correlation with observations of wind direction and speed from the Soekarno Hatta meteorological station, the correlation value is 0.61. The most significant social impact of plane delays is time loss for passengers. While the economic impact on one of the crosswind events at Soekarno Hatta airport was an economic loss for one airline of US $ 43,392. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI) represents a significant milestone in the development of artificial intelligence, bringing sophisticated AI capabilities into daily life and work. As we approach the era of Hyper Intelligence (Hyper-I), a variety of critical challenges and emerging issues have come to light, ranging from computational complexity to ethical concerns. This paper explores the evolution of AI from the perspective of human learning, comparing machine and human intelligence, and identifying key considerations for the development of future AI systems. It also highlights the growing importance of regulating advanced AI models, such as Reinforcement Learning-based Long-Term Planning Agents, to ensure that Hyper-I remains under human control. Additionally, the paper discusses the computational complexity of transformer-based models, their applicability to intractable problems, and their role in cognitive building systems and resource-constrained environments through TinyML. By analyzing these pressing challenges, this work provides insights into the future of AI and the path toward responsible innovation in generative and hyper-intelligent systems.
