Since the emergence of Pokémon Go in 2016, the world has been introduced to Augmented Reality (AR) games. Many IT companies have begun developing augmented reality (AR) games due to the great commercial potential in this industry. Certain products may have managed to remain viable in the market, while others were forced to close due to one or two factors. Since the emergence of Pokémon Go, no other game has managed to surpass its unprecedented success. The company responsible for developing Pokémon Go has decided to shut down one of their games due to a lack of consumer interest. The technology of augmented reality (AR) is consistently associated with the concept of immersion. Immersion is a key aspect of the game that allows users to deeply engage and feel fully involved in the experience. This study will employ a quantitative methodology, utilising a questionnaire that will be distributed to and completed by those who have engaged in augmented reality (AR) games. The data will be analysed using Smart PLS to examine the impact of user experience on immersion, which in turn influences intention. After gathering over 200 participants by spreading google form questionnaires and doing data analysis, the findings indicate that only a few aspects of user experience, namely Brand Experience and User Need Experience, have an impact on reasons. Niantic, the developer of Pokémon Go, was unable to replicate their success with a similar augmented reality game called Harry Potter: Wizards Unite. The initial release occurred on June 21, 2019, and the shutdown took place on December 21, 2021. In the beginning, they shown a profound enthusiasm for the game but were unable to sustain it, much as Pokémon Go. According to Niantic CEO John Hanke, the primary reason for the game's shutdown was its immersion. In online-based virtual worlds such as Metaverse, Online Games, and other online digital spaces, the virtual/digital goods (digital items / digital assets) are fundamental things that must be available to be able to do business & create an economy in the virtual world through monetization & transactions from these digital goods. This research focuses on summarizing and exploring the attributes used in digital goods in the virtual world by extracting attributes in digital goods from other related studies using the Systematic Literature Review methodology & PRISMA Framework comprehensively so that it can be a reference for developers in designing the properties and functions of digital goods in the virtual world that are being developed, which in this case will be in the form of an NFT in the future. Based on research that has been carried out, 3 essential metadata attributes have the most influence on transactions, number 1 Visual Design / Aesthetic (Representative), number 2 Effect (Utilities), and number 3 Statistics / Performance (Utilities) which must be considered in developing/making digital goods in the form of NFTs in the virtual world so that the value of digital goods can attract users to buy or transact them in the virtual world. © 2024 IEEE.

After the COVID-19 pandemic, broadband internet utilization is predicted to continue to grow and experience a significant increase. The pandemic has changed how people work, study, communicate, shop, and carry out many aspects of daily life. Research reported that since 2018, research on broadband internet has continued to increase until now. This quantitative study examines the impact of the four critical variables on the link between attitude, availability, pricing, and quality of service (QoS) on broadband internet customer satisfaction using the Structural Equation Model approach and the Partial Lease Square technique. Three hundred and sixty-one citizen respondents in DKI Jakarta Province were collected using the snowball sampling method facilitated by Google Forms. At the same time, the COVID-19 post-pandemic was still ongoing in Indonesia. Through rigorous statistical analysis, the results show that customer satisfaction with broadband internet services is influenced by all factors, from attitude towards broadband Internet, broadband Internet availability, broadband Internet price, and service quality. The implications of this research are significant for service providers. They provide actionable insights for developing effective strategies to improve customer satisfaction and increase broadband internet subscriptions. © 2023 IEEE.

Purpose - This study aims to identify and analyze the main themes, the countries, the destination category, and the current trend regarding Smart Tourism research through a systematic literature review (SLR). Methodology- The research is based on a systematic review of the literature using the kitchenham method combined with the PRISMA method and focuses on smart tourism destination articles published between 2018 and 2021. Findings- The authors summarize the result, which is the main themes came out with seven clusters;the countries, there are eighteen countries spread over five regions worldwide;the destination category found three categories which are cultural heritage attractions, special events, and museums;the current trends there are top five keywords that become trends based on previous study literature review namely: Smart Tourism Destinations, Tourist Experiences, Tourism Industry, ICT, and DMOs. The originality of the research- The study provides the SLR method to investigate the main themes, the countries, the destination category, and the current trend regarding Smart Tourism research. This finding helps build a complete understanding of smart tourism destination implementation comprehensively. © 2022 IEEE.

A number of attempts have already been implemented formally to solve road traffic congestion. However, the objective strategy type of road traffic engineering could not be proven truly. Try and error is one inefficient way in road traffic engineering to degrade the level of congestion. The study was conducted to propose a new service-oriented model (SOM) that combines fuzzy-logic and water flow algorithm methods (called FWFA). The method combination was operated as the main method to construct the decision model for selecting the objective strategy in road traffic engineering. Also, service-oriented architecture (SOA) is realized to implement such a constructed model practically. The Model can suggest the most optimal strategy decision in road traffic engineering. Here, a main traffic road of Juanda in area Ciputat, Tangerang Selatan, province Banten, Indonesia;was selected as a research object in this study. The constructed SOM for road traffic engineering was structurally delivered in this paper. © 2023 IEEE.

The application of information technology in addition to making internal business processes more effective and efficient, is also to improve customer service. This role is important for companies to maintain the sustainability of information systems as a strategic tool for competitive advantage so system availability is absolutely essential. Research related to the Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP) needs to be carried out to see the readiness of a corporation to build a backup system in different places and locations. By using the method of factor analysis and regression analysis to form an evaluation model, it will obtain an overview of what factors must be considered and what the current conditions are. The results of the study show that there are Core Technical DRP, Organizational Preparation, and Costing factors which are the main variables in supporting DRP readiness. The conclusion from this study, through these three new factors a mathematical model can be built as a reference for improving DRP implementation in corporations. © 2023 The Authors. Smart Home technology offers technological concepts that can be controlled through smart devices to make it easier for the community. Therefore, smart home technology is starting to seize the home electronics market in Indonesia, especially in the city of Jakarta. This study aims to determine the integration of conventional technology into smart home technology for people in Jakarta. The research model in this study uses UTAUT2 which analyzes nine variables, namely Perceived Usefulness, Perceived Cost, Perceived Ease of Use, Social Influence, Perceived Compatibility, Trust, Perceived Pleasure, and Effort Expectations, Intention to Use Smart Home Technology. After the responses were received, data analysis was carried out using the PLS-SEM approach with the SmartPLS application. The results of this study show that there are many people who live in Jakarta who are helped by the presence of smart home technology. However, there are some people who don't really know how to use a smart home because of a lack of knowledge about this technology. © 2023 IEEE.

The process of using ICT to provide services to the public is known as the Indonesian e-Government system, or Sistem Pemerintahan Berbasis Elektronik (SPBE). The e-Government initiative in Jakarta Provincial Health Office involves enhancing collaboration among public health entities for efficient data exchange and streamlined processes, especially between the Provincial and District Health Offices, public hospitals, government clinics, and primary health care centers (Puskesmas). Achieving interoperability requires standardized protocols and a well-defined architectural model to integrate data seamlessly. This study presents a provincial-level architectural model focused on improving electronic health records interoperability, aiming to promote the adoption of the national Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources (FHIR) health information exchange platform and enhance the integrity of health data in Jakarta. The study methodology involves conducting literature reviews, observations, and discussions with representatives from healthcare facilities to develop the e-Government architecture model and prototype of the infrastructure layer aiming to facilitate the interoperability of Electronic Health Records (EHRs) across 93 healthcare facilities, all of which are part of the SPBE users. © 2024 IEEE.

This research shows that social learning can be used to increase an organization's cybersecurity maturity level. Using a literature study and case study approach. Literature studies are used to identify social learning's key success factors (KSF) and challenges in general. Then, the case study was performed in the context of assessing the maturity level of information security using the NIST Cybersecurity framework at ABC Software House, a small-scale software development company in Indonesia. Assessment activities are performed through FGDs which then also identify the most relevant social learning' KSF to increase the organization's information security maturity level. Next, referring to the selected KSF, a process of identifying and mapping social learning' challenges was carried out. The integration of social learning can help organizations gain better focus and understanding in nontechnical contexts to increase their maturity level. This research highlights that integrating social learning with the NIST cybersecurity framework can provide organizations with better focus and perspective for formulating non-technical solutions. This study also enriches the existing literature on social learning in cybersecurity and offers practical insights for organizations looking to improve their cybersecurity resilience. © 2024 IEEE.
