We develop a simple framework to learn bio-inspired foraging policies using human data. We conduct an experiment where humans are virtually immersed in an open field foraging environment and are trained to collect the highest amount of rewards. A Markov Decision Process (MDP) framework is introduced to model the human decision dynamics. Then, Imitation Learning (IL) based on maximum likelihood estimation is used to train Neural Networks (NN) that map human decisions to observed states. The results show that passive imitation substantially underperforms humans. We further refine the human-inspired policies via Reinforcement Learning (RL) using the on-policy Proximal Policy Optimization (PPO) algorithm which shows better stability than other algorithms and can steadily improve the policies pretrained with IL. We show that the combination of IL and RL can match human results and that good performance strongly depends on combining the allocentric information with an egocentric representation of the environment. © 2022, CC BY.

While various models and computational tools have been proposed for structure and property analysis of molecules, generating molecules that conform to all desired structures and properties remains a challenge. Here, we introduce a multi-constraint molecular generation large language model, TSMMG, which, akin to a student, incorporates knowledge from various small models and tools, namely, the 'teachers'. To train TSMMG, we construct a large set of text-molecule pairs by extracting molecular knowledge from these 'teachers', enabling it to generate novel molecules that conform to the descriptions through various text prompts. We experimentally show that TSMMG remarkably performs in generating molecules meeting complex, natural language-described property requirements across two-, three-, and four-constraint tasks, with an average molecular validity of over 99% and success ratio of 82.58%, 68.03%, and 67.48%, respectively. The model also exhibits adaptability through zero-shot testing, creating molecules that satisfy combinations of properties that have not been encountered. It can comprehend text inputs with various language styles, extending beyond the confines of outlined prompts, as confirmed through empirical validation. Additionally, the knowledge distillation feature of TSMMG contributes to the continuous enhancement of small models, while the innovative approach to dataset construction effectively addresses the issues of data scarcity and quality, which positions TSMMG as a promising tool in the domains of drug discovery and materials science. Searching for data or documents that are always a necessity in the world of education, work, research an others requires convenience so that time efficiency occurs. This is supported by the emergence of various Information Retrieval system applications, one of which is cata, which is built on the Java programming language and applies the Generalized Vector Space Model method which can search based on similar keywords. Other facilities need to be developed, one of which is by applying the stemmer porter algorithm applied to the WTS (Web Tokenization Stemming) web which is built with the laravel framework that can search data or documents simply by typing the basic words so that searches are easier and faster. © 2019 IOP Publishing Ltd. Attendance, presence, or attendance recording is very important for every lecture, office or other organizational activities. Currently, recording student attendance activities at Mercu Buana University is by calling one by one the students by the lecturer, then the lecturer signs attendance on the special application form for lecturers that have been provided. For this reason, it is necessary to design a database to create the database. The analysis used is SWOT to compare between Gaudy Booch and Ivan Jacobson methods. This comparison is used to find out which method is appropriate in implementing a better database. Based on the database design that is made to further facilitate archiving of attendance, increase data efficiency. From the results of the research with class diagram description objects, the class diagram and database model that we use is from Ivar Jacobson, because it shows how actors from class diagrams point to Object-Oriented Software Engineering that has advantages that are easy to learn and have notation simpler. © 2019 IOP Publishing Ltd. Providing better quality of service is one of the most important goals in medical/healthcare systems. The services provided should have features such as low latency, appropriate geographic distribution, and real-time interaction. Internet of Medical Things (IoMT) technology is one of the solutions to achieve high quality of services with these features. The wearable health monitoring systems which have become popular in the last decade are one of the foundations of achievement to these features. In this paper, the importance of wearable devices under IoMT technology is investigated. There are several reasons for using wearable devices under IoMT technology, such as reducing healthcare costs and long waiting times. Therefore, anyone working on wearable devices needs to have a general understanding of how they are designed and function. In fact, the integration of new devices to monitor and alert patients about their physical health is a promising option for improving health care systems around the world. Overcrowding in medical centers will be prevented by upgrading the facilities for the virtual presence of patients. It can also ensure real-time monitoring and reduce operating costs. In addition, it can accelerate treatment of patients and reduce the cost of investment and increase its coverage.

The study of the adoption of Blockchain Technology (BT) of the Supply Chain Management System (SCMS) automotive components industry still in infancy. BT's previous research topic mostly in virtual currency, security, and IoT. However, the automotive market's significant development causes several issues in the SCMS automotive components industry, such as fake components. Blockchain Technology (BT), as identified, might be possible as a way out for the development of SCMS automotive components. There are several research questions in this research, such as how BT can facilitate SCMS open issues? What is the BT impact in the SCM area? The study method used the systematic literature review (SLR) method to gather all information from 12 publishers and an international index journal. Seven open issues identified in this study and SCM's core operational aspect, such as supplier, logistics, manufacturer, distribution, and customer, have been identified impact with BT.

University in Indonesia contemporary is looking for a solution to improve the university documentation such as certificate and transcript. But fake diploma certificate and transcript is an issue reported in several articles recently. The new technology called Blockchain has been elaborate and predicted can be used to solve the issue because of blockchain characteristics which are immutable, secure, tamperproof and unchangeable. The enrollment process is one of the vital process for university before the document can be made. Therefore, the research tries to elaborate deeply to create a model of the university student enrollment process. The research question of this research is how Blockchain Technology can be merge in the enrollment process? The model has been validated by several universities in Indonesia. Forum Group Discussion had been performed to discuss for enrollment process. In the end, many benefits come up from blockchain technology utilization to produce a reliable document such as diploma certificate and transcripts.

Nowadays, the number of cars is increasing every year, with the number of cars increasing, the parking areas will be limited. If parking areas can take more space in a town/place, it will be good for the town itself because nowadays the problem is either no parking space or too much parking space which is not suitable for human space. Moreover, because our population keeps going up and space is reducing even, we have to cut the forest to make space for parking lots, which is not suitable for our ecosystem. The number of cars itself also increasing each year, which is so problematic in road and infrastructure management. To fix this, we need to have a sound management system for maximizing the use of available space in town and minimizing the traffic in the road. The problem nowadays is a roaming car that searching for parking space and making road traffic and making massive pollution for the town. When a car searching for a parking slot inside a building that is crowded, it will go around the parking lot, and there will be traffic inside the parking lot because many cars will queue searching for empty parking slots. This means that the driver will also waste many fuels, which is not suitable for the ecosystem. Since this problem has not been fixed yet and the population is increasing each year, and a new way of driving and parking system is required, we want to propose a new system that uses the processor board, wireless sensor network to fix the problem.

Shopping centers are transformed from physical stores to e-commerce with more varied product and service offerings. Since fashion is the most favorite item category in Indonesia, there are lots of fashion e-commerce grown in the country. One of the unsatisfactory conditions that are occurred in fashion e-commerce in Indonesia is user drop off. By using funnel analysis, the product detail page of fashion e-commerce founded as the page with the most user drop off. To tackle this problem, several experiments were prepared. With A/B testing, the experiments that possibly improved the conversion rate were identified. This research discovered experimental version of the User Interface (UI) of the product detail page by manipulating button colors, layout, and delivering comprehensible information to users.
