The development of Information Technology and Communications facilitate people running their daily lives. One of the important role in development is application development which is the main element in the development of technology. Due to this reason, it is required to have an application that would satisfy the criteria of standard qualities without any tolerance towards error and failure during process. This paper focused on the design of indicator that can be used in measuring qualities in application development, with Student Desk Portal at Bina Nusantara University used as case study is accessed by thousands of students each week. For this reason, the quality of the application is extremely important. The designed indicators are applied in the development of 35 modules in the Student Desk Portal application. The result shows that after applying the designed indicators in the application development, the number of bugs and errors found in the implementation drastically reduced from 43% to 23%.

The inventory control systems has an important role to monitor the condition of the goods at the supply chain stage of goods distribution from the central warehouse to retail in accordance with consumer demand. The research aims to develop inventory control systems on the supply chain distribution of goods from suppliers to retail through the central warehouse with minimal supply chain costs. Minimization of supply chain cost using martingale model of forecast evaluation, and the result as the basis for calculation of safety stock and reorder point. The results of research are the system that can be used to control inventory and renewal of goods in the central warehouse by calculating the minimization of supply chain cost based on consumer demand. Case studies were conducted on the supply chain distribution of goods from the central warehouse to the retail in Semarang. The observation data derived from the goods distribution from central warehouse to retail for certain products over 4 time periods. Through such inventory control system, can minimize supply chain cost, and product inventory level can be maintained in time and amount of inventory that must be fulfilled. © 2018 IEEE.

This study presents an organic light-emitting diode (OLED) drive circuit and an organic photo detector (OPD) readout circuits for a vibration sensor. Vibration sensor consist of micro-electro-mechanical systems (MEMS), which are OLED and OPD needs to be integrated for many applications in automation or consumer electronics. The light flux is generated by an OLED located on top of the structure and the modulated light flux is measured by an OPD. The OLED drive circuit contains pulse width modulation (PWM) driver to control PWM output for optimization of voltage operation is designed in order to minimize power consumption efficiency of device. The readout circuit includes a trans-impedance amplifier (TIA) to convert incident light of OPD to voltage output, a 14-bit analog-to-digital converter (ADC) to extract amplitude of vibration level, circuit to generate clock for time-to-digital converter (TDC) which detect frequency of vibration sensor. The designed circuit has been successfully fabricated by using TSMC 0.18 μm CMOS process, the chip area is 1.012 mm2. The power consumption of chip is about 6.2 mW. The measured frequency of PWM is about 200 kHz with 50% duty cycle. The frequency range of the vibration can be sensed well as about 10 Hz1.5 kHz, and resulting in high SNR at frequencies under 60 Hz. © 2018 IEEE.

The latest development of internet technologies and globalization have increased the risks of running business in Indonesia. With hundred million of Indonesian users exposed to the internet and increasing reliance of corporations with internet technologies have made Indonesian corporations fragile to information theft issues. Nowadays, information theft has become global issues where all corporations and governments around the world have taken necessary measures to secure their essential assets. Along with the government plan to establish internet watchdog body in 2017, the article took the case of cyber-attacks that occurred within period of 2013-early 2017, with the objective to analyze the trends of cyber-attacks in Indonesian corporations. The article is carried out with the consideration that although the internet security issues are important, however, there is still very few articles can be found to illustrate the trend of cyber-attacks in Indonesian corporations, and almost all cases tend to be closed from public exposure. © 2017 IEEE.

BigNeuron is an open community bench-testing platform with the goal of setting open standards for accurate and fast automatic neuron tracing. We gathered a diverse set of image volumes across several species that is representative of the data obtained in many neuroscience laboratories interested in neuron tracing. Here, we report generated gold standard manual annotations for a subset of the available imaging datasets and quantified tracing quality for 35 automatic tracing algorithms. The goal of generating such a hand-curated diverse dataset is to advance the development of tracing algorithms and enable generalizable benchmarking. Together with image quality features, we pooled the data in an interactive web application that enables users and developers to perform principal component analysis, t-distributed stochastic neighbor embedding, correlation and clustering, visualization of imaging and tracing data, and benchmarking of automatic tracing algorithms in user-defined data subsets. The image quality metrics explain most of the variance in the data, followed by neuromorphological features related to neuron size. We observed that diverse algorithms can provide complementary information to obtain accurate results and developed a method to iteratively combine methods and generate consensus reconstructions. The consensus trees obtained provide estimates of the neuron structure ground truth that typically outperform single algorithms in noisy datasets. However, specific algorithms may outperform the consensus tree strategy in specific imaging conditions. Finally, to aid users in predicting the most accurate automatic tracing results without manual annotations for comparison, we used support vector machine regression to predict reconstruction quality given an image volume and a set of automatic tracings.

Background: Despite major advances in artificial intelligence (AI) research for healthcare, the deployment and adoption of AI technologies remain limited in clinical practice. In recent years, concerns have been raised about the clinical, technical, ethical and legal risks associated with healthcare AI. To increase adoption in the real world, it is essential that AI technologies are trusted and accepted by patients, clinicians, health organisations and authorities. This paper describes the FUTURE-AI framework as the first international consensus guideline for trustworthy AI in healthcare. Methods: The FUTURE-AI consortium was founded in 2021 and now comprises 117 interdisciplinary experts from 50 countries representing all continents, including AI scientists, clinical researchers, biomedical ethicists, and social scientists. Over a two-year period, the consortium established guiding principles and best practices for trustworthy and deployable AI through an iterative process comprising an in-depth literature review, a modified Delphi survey, and online consensus meetings. Findings: The FUTURE-AI framework was established based on six guiding principles for trustworthy AI in healthcare, i.e. Fairness, Universality, Traceability, Usability, Robustness and Explainability. Through consensus, a set of 30 best practices were defined, addressing technical, clinical, socio-ethical and legal dimensions of trustworthy AI. The recommendations cover the entire lifecycle of healthcare AI, from design, development and validation to regulation, deployment, and monitoring. Interpretation: FUTURE-AI is a structured, risk-informed framework which provides guidance for constructing healthcare AI tools that will be trusted, deployed and adopted in real-world clinical practice. Researchers are encouraged to take the recommendations into account in proof-of-concept stages to facilitate future translation towards clinical practice of healthcare AI. FINDING CONTINUITY AND DISCONTINUITY IN FISH SCHOOLS VIA INTEGRATED INFORMATION THEORY

Collective behaviour is known to be the result of diverse dynamics and is sometimes likened to a living system. Although many studies have revealed the dynamics of various collective behaviours, their main focus was on the information process inside the collective, not on the whole system itself. For example, the qualitative difference between two elements and three elements as a system has rarely been investigated. Tononi et al. have proposed Integrated Information Theory (IIT) to measure the degree of consciousness Φ. IIT postulates that the amount of information loss caused by certain partitions is equivalent to the degree of information integration in the system. This measure is not only useful for estimating the degree of consciousness but can also be applied to more general network systems. Here we applied IIT (in particular, IIT 3.0 using PyPhi) to analyse real fish schools (Plecoglossus altivelis). Our hypothesis in this study is a very simple one: a living system evolves to raise its Φ value. If we accept this hypothesis, IIT reveals the existence of continuous and discontinuous properties as group size varies. For example, leadership in the fish school emerged for a school size of four or above;but not below three. Furthermore, this transition was not observed by measuring mutual information or in a simple Boids model. This result suggests that integrated information Φ can reveal some inherent properties which cannot be observed using other measures. We also discuss how the fish recognition of the figure-ground relation, that is, what determines the relevant ON and OFF states, may reveal various optimal paths for obtaining the functional evolution of collective behaviour. We report on the discovery and spectroscopic confirmation of TOI-2458 b, a transiting mini-Neptune around an F-type star leaving the mainsequence with a mass of M*= 1.05 ± 0.03Mo, a radius of R*= 1.31 ± 0.03 Ro, an effective temperature of Teff = 6005 ± 50 K, and a metallicity of -0.10 ± 0.05 dex. By combining TESS photometry with high-resolution spectra acquired with the HARPS spectrograph, we found that the transiting planet has an orbital period of ∼3.74 days, a mass of Mp = 13.31±0.99M⊕ and a radius of Rp = 2.83±0.20 R⊕. The host star TOI-2458 shows a short activity cycle of ∼54 days revealed in the HARPS S-index and Hα times series. We took the opportunity to investigate other F stars showing activity cycle periods comparable to that of TOI-2458 and found that they have shorter rotation periods than would be expected based on the gyrochronology predictions. In addition, we determined TOI-2458's stellar inclination angle to be i*= 10.6+13.3 -10.6 degrees. We discuss that both phenomena (fast stellar rotation and planet orbit inclination) could be explained by in situ formation of a hot Jupiter interior to TOI-2458 b. It is plausible that this hot Jupiter was recently engulfed by the star. Analysis of HARPS spectra has identified the presence of another planet with a period of P = 16.55 ± 0.06 days and a minimum mass of Mp sin i = 10.22 ± 1.90M⊕. Every organization must ensure that information assets are protected and information security system has been implemented well. PT. IndoDev Niaga Internet is a provider of business solutions applications and implementation services that include application Human Resource Information System (HRIS) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP). In order to ensure the security of the information, then in 2015 PT. IndoDev Niaga Internet implement ISO 27001: 2013. Through the implementation of ISO 27001: 2013, it is expected that information can be properly maintained, which in turn will affect the business continuity. Companies need to know the extent to which the process has been applied and what actions can be done to improve the performance of the application of ISO 27001: 2013. Factor analysis was conducted first to determine the factors that affect to the information security. After the factors that affect to the information security known, then observation and interview conducted to gather data about PT. IndoDev Niaga Internet ISO 27001:2013 implementation according to the factors that affect. And then recommendation and corrective action developed using gap analysis method. The most influential factor to the security of customer information PT. IndoDev Niaga Internet is a factor access control and security operations. For the audit results IS027001: 2013 from the aspect of access control, they found 11 check items that fit into the category of NC (Non-Conformance) of 33 check items in which 9 of them in the category of major and two remaining categories minor, while for operations security aspects of the 12 check items, found 5 that goes into the category of NC (Non-Conformance) and everything was included into the category of minor.
