The interest of this paper is a characterization of graphs that induce periodic Grover walks with given periods. In previous studies, Yoshie has shown that the only graphs that induce odd periodic Grover walks are cycle graphs. However, this problem is largely unsolved for even periods. In this study, we show that regular graphs that induce 2l-periodic Grover walks are also cycle graphs in most cases, where l is an odd integer. Extending RIS Life Span for Reliable Communication Under Hardware Ageing Effects

In this paper, we address the critical aspect of hardware ageing effects in reconfigurable intelligent surfaces (RISs), whereby the problem of extending the RIS's life cycle under the impact of non-residual stochastic hardware impairment is considered. Through the replication of the RIS hardware and diverse wireless environments within a statistical simulation environment, we formulate an electronic maintenance framework (EMF) for RIS, where we incorporate non-residual impairments through stochastic modeling and determine the electronic reliability of the system. Accordingly, we derive optimal analytical solutions within the EMF to determine whether systematic maintenance of the RIS hardware should be done immediately or postponed in order to extend the expected life cycle of the RIS system. Furthermore, for the scenario with imperfect maintenance of the RIS-aided system, a reliable communication framework (RCF) is also introduced with residual impairments to assess the error probability of the RIS-aided communication. The RCF is established by deriving the distribution of the received signal-to-interference-plus-noise ratio in the presence of residual hardware impairment arising due to imperfect maintenance of the RIS system. Extensive numerical examples are provided to elucidate the derived solutions and illustrate the reliability performance of the proposed framework under hardware impairments. © 2020 IEEE.

According to Covid 19 pandemic every process has to shifting to collaborate with digital technology. One of the field that pushes to shift is Education field. Undergraduate education level, is one of many strategies to improve people competency. In Indonesia, the number of people has steadily increased. However, they have to improve their level of competency to compete with their competitor. According to this condition, many prospective student difficult to find information that their need to decide a place to study. There are many consideration factors that will involved in this decision. Therefore, in this research will build university collaborator system that can support analysis from prospective student perspective to choose education institution. To build this business design this study involve some analysis such as industrial competition will be using Porter Five Force's and supported by Business Model Canvas to define Universia's business model, as well as financial projections for the next seven years. According to the Porter Five Forces model, the information services market around universities still has a lot of room for new entrants. The results of the business model canvas analysis show that, despite being a newcomer to the sector, Universia has a number of value propositions that its competitors do not. Universia's product will be generated in the web based application. The application will be designed using Object Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD) in conjunction with the Extreme programming approach, which includes steps such as planning, designing, coding, and testing. The result of this study is a system collaborator that can be bridge between prospective student and university, so the prospective student can easily find the information that their need to choose university. © 2021 IEEE.

Mostly Drugstores do not have any system that exclusively connect to access E-commerce system because the marketing concept of drugstores still use conventional store to sell their products. According to this situation, this study will propose e-commerce that accomodate drugstore service. For this study, the analysis methodology consists of seeing the most recent business processes in the e-commerce system system and the current situation in drugstore, interviewing the drugstore owner, and doing a literature research. Then, for the drugstore mobile application, create the Unified Modeling Language (UML). The system design is accomplished through the creation of Object-Oriented Detailed Designs in the form of diagrams, databases, and user interfaces. The drugstore mobile application, which includes features such as recommendation product menus, best-selling product menus, promo product menus, transaction cart menus, order tracking menus, order letter menus, and item receive confirmation menus, is the result of this study. © 2021 IEEE.

E-learning is used as one of the innovations in online learning, but in its implementation e-learning has limitations, especially in terms of flexibility, so that new innovations emerge, namely learning using m-learning because it is more flexible and can be accessed anywhere and anytime. The purpose of writing this study is to analyse problems and business opportunities related to the design of a mobile app-based start-up business in an e-learning system in a company and to design an information system in the form of an Android-based application to answer the analysis of existing problems and opportunities. The methodology used in this study is Rational Unified Process (RUP) with an Object-Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD) approach which is described by the notation of the Unified Modelling Language (UML). The business analysis used in the writing of this study is the Business Model Canvas (BMC), Marketing Mix, Porter's Five Forces which is complemented by Financial Analysis using the Payback Period (PP), Break Even Point (BEP), and Return on Investment (ROI). In this case, Cleva creates an application system that helps companies carry out training for their employees and helps employees to learn about technical skills and soft skills through mobile-based applications © 2021 IEEE.

Sasirangan cloth is one of the traditional cloths owned by Indonesia and is a typical cloth originating from the province of South Kalimantan. This Sasirangan cloth has many motifs and is unique. Sasirangan cloth is also one of the potentials that can attract local and foreign tourists to visit South Kalimantan. However, in recent years, tourist visits to South Kalimantan have decreased due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic. Then it also has an impact on the delay in the implementation of the Banjarmasin Sasirangan Festival which is usually held annually. The next impact is a decrease in turnover and interest in shopping for Sasirangan cloth, so that employees who work for Sasirangan cloth craftsmen are dismissed and reduce people's income. So the purpose of this study is to report the results of the development of a Virtual Reality Game application called VR-SasiranganKu by integrating the interaction of Non-Player Character (NPC) behavior with the type of narrative in the simulation genre game. VR-SasiranganKu is recommended to introduce and at the same time promote Sasirangan cloth to users, then justify the reaction to knowledge and shopping experience, and evaluate user experience using the UX Honeycomb method. Respondents involved as many as 100 people who are local and national tourists. The results show that the interaction of NPC behavior can provide good direction to users regarding the introduction of Sasirangan cloth by presenting an appropriate interaction design based on the narrative and the theme of the NPC that has been adopted, the results of justification using VR-SasiranganKu can provide knowledge reaction and very good shopping experience, and based on user experience evaluation that VR-SasiranganKu has adopted a very good UX with an average score of 4.91. © 2022 IEEE.

Probabilistic Error Cancellation (PEC) aims to improve the accuracy of expectation values for observables. This is accomplished using the probabilistic insertion of recovery gates, which correspond to the inverse of errors. However, the inserted recovery gates also induce errors. Thus, it is difficult to obtain accurate expectation values with PEC since the estimator of PEC has a bias due to noise induced by recovery gates. To address this challenge, we propose an improved version of PEC that considers the noise resulting from gate insertion, called Feed-Forward PEC (FFPEC). FFPEC provides an unbiased estimator of expectation values by cancelling out the noise induced by recovery gates. We demonstrate that FFPEC yields more accurate expectation values compared to the conventional PEC method through analytical evaluations. This paper discusses the possibility of a better smart city implementation with the Jakarta information App. Our App will be a one-stop go platform where people could access new information regarding the city live and instantaneously, the information contained is not just from an average news report, but people from social media or communities can also contribute in giving up to date news 24/7. In order to create this app, some processes are done to dive deeper into Jakarta's core infrastructure, the way of living, and the society behind the city. Jakarta information App's goals are to connect the people everywhere at any time or place;it is not just an average social media app, its main objective is to be some hub for the city, it is an a2-way connected dots, the city with the people and also the reverse. The proposed system has been modeled with a use case diagram to design the business process and using the class diagram to model the database model diagram. Pet owners experience difficulty in understanding their pets' body language and its implications for animal welfare, given that animals cannot utilize human speech to communicate their emotions and health conditions. However, previous experiments for analyzing cat behavior have demonstrated that cats are precisely expressive. DeepCat, a deep-learning approach developed in this study, translates cats' body language signals, enabling owners to discern their feline companions' intended messages and emotional states. Our DeepCat model was trained on a dataset comprising 10,000 cat images, implementing automatic labeling to track key features, including the tail, eyes, and mouth. Presented as a Flutter application, DeepCat can function everywhere, allowing owners to easily monitor their cats and make informed decisions in situations that require caution. This paper discusses the potential benefits and limitations of DeepCat and provides suggestions for future research in this domain.
