Foreign Exchange or FOREX trading is not only done on foreign currencies but, FOREX also can be done on several commodities such as Gold, Silver, Oil. Gold is one of the most valuable commodities in the world. Investors began to offer gold as a trading material against foreign currencies. Machine Learning (ML) in the FOREX trading world is usually used to predict future FOREX values. This pilot study aims to see a model from machine learning that has a fairly high level of accuracy in making FOREX predictions. This pilot study using historical data taken from the *** database where the FOREX data taken is FOREX XAU/USD data, with a period year from 2019 until 2021, and the indicator used is Moving Average Convergence/Divergence (MACD) technical analysis. The average accuracy obtained after training on the Tree model is 86.3%, the Support Vector Machine (SVM) model is 86.6% and the Ensemble model is 86.55%. Testing conducted using machine learning models for Tree, SVM and Ensemble models have the same level of accuracy, which is 88.3%. © 2021 IEEE

The rapid development of technology makes many changes that occur in the community in carrying out daily activities, one of which is the use of online-based applications to support community activities in Jakarta. This study aims to build applications to support community activities in the field of futsal sport, namely ordering Android-based sports arenas. This ordering application consists of Home, Schedule, sparring, profile, info, and ordering. This application makes it easier for people to find information about the sports arena and make it easier to order sports fields anytime, anywhere, so they can increase profits for the sports arena business. This mobile application was applied with android studio and using MySQL for the database. Hopefully, creating this mobile application will reduce the number the crime rate committed by youth and expand their friendship not only around their house or school but for future development it is possible to run a competition that can be held at the provincial level, or at the national level and possibly even at the South East Nation country (ASEAN) level which involving several ASEAN countries. © 2021 IEEE.

This study analyzes the influence of the COVID-19 pandemic on impulse buying on the marketplace platform in Jakarta. This research is motivated because the COVID-19 pandemic period lasted quite a long time. Therefore, this research was conducted so that it can be useful for entrepreneurs or marketplace sellers during the COVID-19 pandemic. The research method used is descriptive quantitative method. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and literature study. The techniques used in statistical testing include validity testing, reliability testing, and hypothesis testing. When the research was conducted from September 2020 to January 2021. The results obtained were that there was a relationship between variables, such as mobile marketing, discounts, and lifestyle that could affect impulse buying on the marketplace even though they were moderately related. © 2021 IEEE.

While analyzing individual user's behavior in information systems or tools used for performing daily duties, identifying inefficient behavior scenarios can be challenging. To address these issues, it is necessary to automate the analysis and grouping of users behavior patterns using AI/ML and clustering mechanisms. With this approach, users can be classified and grouped based on their behavioral similarities. The K-means algorithm can be utilized as a clustering method to group employees with similar behavior and analyze their actions in comparison to the expected behavior of their respective groups. This allows for the identification of less efficient or ambiguous actions scenario and targeted training of according users. The proposed research aims to enhance the user's grouping, improve behavioral analysis and optimize efficiency of work in information systems by introducing a user behavior model-driven analysis approach. © 2023 IEEE.

The purpose of this study is to develop a system that instructs the user to put the throat microphone on the suitable position. Therefore, we investigated the location of the throat microphone, where voice quality is less likely to be degraded than that produced by a condenser microphone. To investigate this, we checked whether there is a similar tendency between the subjective similarity of throat microphone voice and condenser microphone voice, and the objective similarity by formant frequency ratio obtained from the two voices. The results of the experiment showed that the higher the subjective similarity between the throat microphone voice and the condenser microphone voice, the closer the formant frequency ratio of the first and second formants were to 1. It was also confirmed that the ratio of the first formant approached 1 when the throat microphone was mounted on the upper side of the neck. © 2021 IEEE.

Pandemic Covid-19 has change learning process to use online learning platform to limit interaction between participant of learning and reduce the Covid-19. This shifting has a major impact on education. Even though, many things have been done by education institution, lecturers, and students in adapting to online learning. In this study focus to check the effect of online learning on students' ability to understand the learning process. In this research, we use quantitative approach. To collect the data, this study uses a questionnaire method and in data analysis this study uses descriptive methods. In the results of this research can conclude that there is a positive influence from online learning on student's ability to understand the material. Therefore, higher education institution have to consider online learning to be good so that in the future it can continue to be developed or upgrade so that it can make it easier for students to understand the material and learn effectively and efficiently. © 2021 IEEE.

Apart from the core competency, learning in the organization also brings students opportunities to improve their soft skills. Good soft skills can help students when working in a company with many people. Students can get soft skills by participating in various non-academic activities such as new student orientation, Student organization, seminar, and workshop. For every non-academic activity participated by students, they will get points and recorded in Student Academic Transcript (SAT). SAT is an integral part of a diploma certificate. The research method used in this research is a user-centered design to build an education value chain model for recording student activity transcripts based on blockchain technology. The voice patterns of gender and age have been used as speaker's identity and implied into sectors such as smart cards, healthcare, banking, and other security access controls. However, age, illness, and ambient noise factors exist challenging issues of voice changes in speech recognition systems to be resolved. This paper presents experiment results of observing those issues, and its goal was obtaining the elements of voice features to secure the speaker's identity. Mel-frequency Cepstral Coefficient (MFCC) was used to conduct observations on spectral centroid and bandwidth, it has effectively performed capturing features of individual speech signal. The experiment was conducted with data split into three groups: under 13, range 13 to 19, and above 19 years old for both male and female. The results showed that both gender under 13 have centroid voices reached to 98%, age of 13 to 19 remain with centroid reached 98% of bandwidth for male and passing over 100% for female, then above 19 for both genders speak lower with centroid 50% of bandwidth, and male above age of 19 remains to keep centroid about 50% and female changes to 95%. MFCC fits to expose the speech spectrum for the purpose of an analysis frame on specific local spectral properties of voices, and the finding is to form a security line or an individual profiling adoption.

Due to the COVID-19 epidemic, the use of web conferencing systems has become widespread but many people are not likely to send their own camera images. Muting the camera is usable to hide a participant but other participants can not aware the hided participant's non-verbal information. The purpose of this study is to investigate how the ease of conversation is affected when the participants are displayed as avatars instead of actual images in a web conferencing system. For the purpose, we investigated whether the fidelity of participant's image influence on the ease of conversation experimentally. We used four kinds of participant's image, they were default still image, avatar image, point image, and real image. Experimental result showed the possibility that the avatar facial image reduced the participant's embarrassment. Some participants felt that the system using avatar or point image improved the ease of conversation compared to the system using default non-moving image or real image. © 2021 IEEE.
