With the increasing sophistication of musical instruments and the importance of precise tuning, a novel and efficient approach to instrument calibration is of significant necessity. This paper presents VGRISys, an innovative system leveraging robotics and artificial intelligence to facilitate the intricate process of instrument tuning. VGRISys incorporates a multi-axis robotic arm, meticulously engineered for fine-tuned physical interaction with various musical instruments, alongside an intelligent system that guides the robotic arm using real-time audio feedback analysis. In addition, it employs advanced signal processing and machine learning algorithms, allowing the system to identify pitch discrepancies and respond with appropriate corrective action. VGRISys remarkably reduces the time required for instrument tuning, thus improving efficiency and democratizing access to high-quality tuning. Furthermore, the system's machine learning capabilities allow it to refine its tuning process over repeated operations, providing a scalable solution to the ever-evolving complexities of instrument tuning. The exploration and development of VGRISys contribute significantly to the wider fields of robotics, artificial intelligence, and music technology. © 2023 IEEE.

Patent has been an increasingly important role in the world because it is not only significant to protect the invention of the company's business but also to generate revenue from the commercialization. WIPO (2018) reports that the repository has many patents so, to assess patent, it consumes time and requires various expertise. Generally, several models have been developed to address this matter, which to assess using a questionnaire tool for portfolios by human. Perhaps, there is not precise because it is assessed base on personal bias or previous experience of expertise. So that, occurs bias any limitation exists that our research will address by artificial intelligence. Thus, this research applies a Natural Language programming to assess for commercial of the patent. Then, the obtained data is used to assigned factors and calculate the model for assessing the commercialization of patent. This finding should deliver an alternative effective patent assessment, which is tool addresses, some current deficiency patent assessment for commercialization. © 2022 PICMET.

Developing a sustainable country needs to consider the cyber well-being of its people, especially in empowering women who are often victims of cybercrime. There are various cybercrime issues, such as cyber harassment, cyberbullying, cyberstalking, cyber violence, and cyberbullying online, which mostly involve women as the main victims. Malaysian women's culture that is lacking in awareness, and the existing cybercrime protection learning module is still less comprehensive and effective in recognizing, preventing, practicing a safe culture, and acting when faced with the threat of cybercrime, prompting the creation of a form of a training program that focuses on gender equality and women's empowerment in cyber security. Therefore, this study discusses the results of the cyber security training program named 'Women IR4.0 Cyber 3A #Aware, Avoid, Act program'. It aims to raise general awareness about cybercrime among Malaysian women as unwitting victims of crime containing four Modules: Threats and Cyber Crime, Best Practices in Handling Cyber Crime, Cyber Crime Prevention Methods, and Cyber Crime Free Reflection Activities. Module content is designed using the Analysis, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation (ADDIE) approach. Approximately 100 women attended this Cyber 3A workshop. The analysis carried out on those participants before and after the workshop found that the workshop's success can be seen by increasing the knowledge and awareness of the participants about cyber security. © 2022 IEEE.

We have been developing MEIMAT (MEiji Microprocessor Architecture Design Tools). The MEIMAT is essentially designed to be able to represent any instruction of various processors by the MEIMAT meta-instruction in two ways of semantic and functional expressions. In this paper, we have verified the RISC-V support to the MEIMAT, and have improved so that MEIMAT further supports RISC-V. First, we have verified whether the RISC-V instructions can be expressed by the MEIMAT semantic expression. It is also verified that the functional expression is automatically generated from the semantic instruction, and the corresponding correct circuit diagrams are generated in the MEIMAT instruction visualization tool. Then, we have newly developed a stage configuration mechanism to implement the RISC-V instructions. Because the RISC-V architecture is implemented by 4 or 5 processing stages in most actual processors. To develop further an easy-to-understand design tool, we have also introduced illustration windows for RISC-V specified hardware modules such as a register file, especially a status register in the instruction visualization tool. Finally, through these verifications and improvements, we have successfully confirmed that the 43 instructions in the RISCV (RV32I) instructions set of the RISC-V architecture can be converted into MEIMAT meta-instructions, and then they can be represented as circuit diagrams with the RISC-V stage configuration in the MEIMAT instruction visualization tool.

Oscillations in neuronal activity play a crucial role in neural processing. Electroencephalogram (EEG) records the amplitudes of oscillations at different frequencies. The robust interindividual variation and the high intraindividual stability of EEG oscillations can be explained by genetic variants. However, our knowledge of how genetic variants affect EEG endophenotypes is still limited. In this paper, we aim to identify the linkage between genes and EEG oscillations at different frequencies. We integrate the summary-level datasets from the genome-wide association studies (GWASs) of seven EEG endophenotypes and expression quantitative trait loci (eQTL) study of the human brain, to explore the genetic mechanisms underlying EEG using summary-data-based two-sample Mendelian randomization. As a result, twelve candidate causal genes are prioritized across four EEG endophenotypes. These genes offer opportunities for a deeper understanding of the molecular mechanisms whereby genomic variation leads to variable brain activities. © 2022 IEEE.

Effective congestion control algorithms (CCAs) are crucial for the smooth operation of Internet communication infrastructure. CCAs adjust transmission rates based on congestion signals, optimizing resource utilization and user experience. However, existing studies, both rule-based and learning-based CCAs, often struggle with generalization and underperform when deployed in real-world environments. When applied to unseen network conditions, hand-crafted schemes or pre-trained models may experience significant performance degradation. To address this challenge, we propose MetaCon, a novel adaptive Internet congestion control approach based on meta-reinforcement learning. MetaCon leverages knowledge learned from prior scenarios to quickly adapt to new environments. Experimental results show that MetaCon outperforms existing algorithms by exhibiting superior generalization and achieving better transmission performance across a wide variety of network conditions.

These days,imbalanced datasets,denoted throughout the paper by ID,(a dataset that contains some(usually two)classes where one contains considerably smaller number of samples than the other(s))emerge in many real world problems(like health care systems or disease diagnosis systems,anomaly detection,fraud detection,stream based malware detection systems,and so on)and these datasets cause some problems(like under-training of minority class(es)and over-training of majority class(es),bias towards majority class(es),and so on)in classification process and ***,these datasets take the focus of many researchers in any science and there are several solutions for dealing with this *** main aim of this study for dealing with IDs is to resample the borderline samples discovered by Support Vector Data Description(SVDD).There are naturally two kinds of resampling:Under-sampling(U-S)and oversampling(O-S).The O-S may cause the occurrence of over-fitting(the occurrence of over-fitting is its main drawback).The U-S can cause the occurrence of significant information loss(the occurrence of significant information loss is its main drawback).In this study,to avoid the drawbacks of the sampling techniques,we focus on the samples that may be *** data points that can be misclassified are considered to be the borderline data points which are on border(s)between the majority class(es)and minority class(es).First by SVDD,we find the borderline examples;then,the data resampling is applied over *** the next step,the base classifier is trained on the newly created ***,we compare the result of our method in terms of Area Under Curve(AUC)and F-measure and G-mean with the other state-of-the-art *** show that our method has betterresults than the other state-of-the-art methods on our experimental study.

Creating groundbreaking solutions that benefit the populace is imperative in the modern era. The Internet of Things (IoT) serves as a trailblazing sector, fostering the development of contrivances automating an array of tasks. The IoT encompasses an interlinked network of cyber-connected contrivances executing functions with minimal human intervention. Capitalizing on IoT principles, this exploration endeavors to contrive a device aiding individuals grappling with mobility impediments. The envisioned gizmo consists of two primary sectors: a hardware module featuring a channel relay, Arduino, and an astute luminescent bulb, and a software element encompassing cloud and IoT platforms alongside a purpose-built app. The chief function of this contraption is to discern specific vocalizations in an individual’s utterances, effectuating or deactivating the astute contraption to institute an intelligent habitation. In the initial phase, a luminous bulb will serve as a demonstration, employing for app origination. The distinctive aspect of this program lies in its vocalization-receptive microphone, with Bluetooth and Wi-Fi chips augmenting transmission velocity between the luminescent bulb and the mobile device. Meticulous attention will be accorded to auditory sensitivity and expeditious data transmission, with potential integration of diverse contrivances like ventilators and temperature-regulating apparatus into the envisioned gizmo. Furthermore, contemplation extends to a fortified safety attribute ensuring singular response to a particular vocal identity.

Dynamic programming is a fundamental algorithm that can be found in our daily lives easily. One of the dynamic programming algorithm implementations consists of solving the 0/1 knapsack problem. A 0/1 knapsack problem can be seen from industrial production cost. It is prevalent that a production cost has to be as efficient as possible, but the expectation is to get the proceeds of the products higher. Thus, the dynamic programming algorithm can be implemented to solve the diverse knapsack problem, one of which is the 0/1 knapsack problem, which would be the main focus of this paper. The implementation was implemented using C language. This paper was created as an early implementation algorithm using a Dynamic program algorithm applied to an Automatic Identification System (AIS) dataset.
