Enterprise Architecture Framework (EAF) is a commonly used framework and the best solution for addressing and defining the transformation that needs to be built to support business operations. To be able to make the transition quickly, many higher education institutions (HEIs) are starting to adopt EAF. This research aims to help the evolution and transpiration of enterprise architecture research in higher education. This research uses a systematic literature review (SLR) research method which includes several steps, namely identifying research questions, identifying research sources, using keywords to complete the data discovery process, disseminating data, and analyzing the results to answer research questions. The data used comes from digital libraries, especially Emerald Insight, IEEE Xplore Digital Library, and science Direct. Data taken from 2019 to 2023 in RIS format will then be analyzed and visualized using VosViewer. The results of this research are to find the growth of research publications over five years, find research trends on enterprise architecture frameworks, identify relationships between scientific concepts, and determine the knowledge network of enterprise architecture frameworks based on keywords. © 2023 IEEE.

In this work, a dynamic weighting-artificial neural network (DW-ANN) methodology is presented for quick and automated compact model (CM) generation. It takes advantage of both TCAD simulations for high accuracy and SPICE simulations for cost-effectiveness. This methodology is developed for gate-all-around (GAA) silicon (Si) nanosheet (NS) complementary field effect transistor (CFET), a potential candidate for future CMOS technology due to its innate properties. The critical process variation (PV) sources that severely degrade the CFET performance are estimated using DW-ANN. It reduces the computation cost and predicts the effects of PV sources with less than 1% error. Furthermore, a compact DW-ANN-based Verilog-A model has been developed that captures the dc as well as transient behavior accurately for circuit-level analysis. CFET-based circuits such as inverter, 6T-static random access memory (SRAM), and ring oscillator (RO) are characterized and implemented using DW-ANN-based CM. The overall average error of the model is reported as less than 2%. Therefore, the proposed device and circuit modeling approach provides a feasible solution for the rapid compact modeling of new emerging devices with good convergence and high accuracy. © 1963-2012 IEEE.

Negation handling is often overlooked in Indonesian sentiment analysis, making it difficult to automatically and accurately determine the polarity of sentences containing negation words. Negation is a challenging issue in natural language processing, as it can drastically alter the meaning of a sentence. For example, common Indonesian negation words such as “tidak” (no/not), “belum” (not yet), or “jangan” (do not) can reverse the sentiment polarity in a text. Previous studies have proposed rule-based approaches, relying on linguistic rules or dependency parse trees to handle negation. However, negation is a complex problem that cannot be effectively addressed by simple rules alone, as they often lack flexibility in handling diverse sentence structures and negation complexities. Therefore, a more dynamic approach is needed, such as combining a dependency parser with an embedding layer, which can map syntactic relationships between words and learn vector representations of negation. This allows the model to flexibly determine the scope of negation words, enabling more accurate sentiment analysis even in complex sentences. This study evaluates the impact of negation handling on a transformer-based model, specifically XLNet, in Indonesian sentiment analysis. Using the proposed method, the model's F1 score increased by 2.13%, from 71.42% to 73.55%, compared to the baseline model. This demonstrates that the proposed negation handling strategy enhances sentiment prediction accuracy, making the model more effective at handling texts with negation.

This study proposes a smart contract risk management model built on the NIST Risk Management Framework (RMF) to help identify, assess, and manage the risks of smart contracts. While smart contracts are beloved as a means to automate and disintermediate business processes, their security vulnerabilities can be critical. The main issue discussed in this paper is the lack of a holistic approach to risk management smart contracts. The resulting framework consists of six steps: Risk identification, assessment, prioritization, mitigation, testing, and continuous monitoring (and was developed through reviewing existing literature on smart contract security and the NIST RMF). It is recommended that a case study be performed to prove the proposed model's effectiveness in managing the risks of smart contracts and minimizing financial losses and reputational harm. The paper presents a risk management framework for smart contracts to increase trust and adoption to enhance security while reducing financial losses and reputation damage. This has wider implications for the security of smart contracts and can be used as a starting point for future work. This study is expected to significantly contribute to smart contract security by introducing an organized way to address these contracts' risks using the NIST RMF.

To ensure the sustainability of their operations, higher education institutions have to establish a robust strategic plan. Higher education institutions have an obligation to continuously assess the quality of their educational offerings in every program to comply with the standards established by the government and other educational entities. The implementation of intelligent decision support systems is a feasible approach among other techniques for addressing the aforementioned challenges. An intelligent decision support system has the potential to enable the business to uphold its adherence to regulations, enhance operational effectiveness, and optimize overall performance. This study aimed to determine the current state of intelligent decision support systems through the implementation of a comprehensive literature review. The second goal is to evaluate the best practices, methods, and implementation of intelligent decision support systems within higher education institutions. The findings indicate that intelligent decision support systems have the capacity to serve as a viable option for higher education, particularly in terms of enhancing the accuracy and efficiency of decision-making processes. Intelligent decision support systems exhibit a strong correlation with the fields of data mining and computational intelligence techniques. Nevertheless, the amount of research conducted on this subject is limited. © 2023 IEEE.

The increasing threat of ransomware attacks in an interconnected and digital world presents important hurdles for cybersecurity, prompting further examination into how organizational security culture affects their ability to withstand these malicious threats. This study examines the impact and importance of organizational security culture in ransomware threat mitigation. We have surveyed five organizations, giving points from 1 to 5 for each question on cultural factors, leadership support, employee awareness and involvement (compliance), communication, behavior change or BBS practice incorporation, learning/training delivery methodology, and Size and industry impact on their security culture. The results indicate that a robust security culture, with leadership and effective communication, builds stronger resilience to ransomware. Organizations with jointly accountable cybersecurity and training practices are highly efficient. Suggestions range from establishing a secure environment to increasing management buy-in and integrating compliance. This work helps advance our understanding of ransomware resilience and highlights the key role of organizational security culture. The resulting learnings can help to inform organizations' security posture, ultimately helping them better protect their defenses against ransomware threats.

Car spare parts are parts of a car that consist of components that form a certain unity and function, there are some parts that are damaged more often and therefore must be replaced more often. In this research, to predict the availability of spare parts using the times series moving average prediction method with random forest. The dataset used in this research is 19,068 consisting of location, transaction number, transaction date, part number, quantity and odo-km. Distribution of spare parts classified based on recapitulation of spare part distribution is RAE=54.5541% and RSE=63.8888%, distribution of spare parts based on location is RAE=55.5541% and RSE=65.2118%, maintenance based on ODO-KM is RAE=33.0949% and RSE=41.2241 % and distribution quantity RAE=33.749% and RSE=36.2317%. The results of spare part distribution analysis using the Confusion Matrix with probability accuracy are TP Rate=0.903, FP Rate=0.067, Precision=0.911, Recall=0.903, F-Measure=0.893, MCC=0.857, ROC Area=0.983 and PRC Area=0.948. The aim of this research is to determine the factors needed to build a machine learning-based spare parts distribution model, implementation, measurement and prediction in the automotive industry in Indonesia. © 2023 IEEE.

The problems that exist in the field of art and culture preservation experienced by the arts and culture community side are the limitations on physical facilities for disseminating works, exchanging information between arts and culture communities, as well as the need to increase professionalism so that they can be independent in order to help improve the economy, where the role of regulation in this regard also affects this condition. Based on the facts above, this community requires an interaction model that is integrated with the use of information technology. This study uses a Soft System Methodology approach to create a model that is suitable for the arts and cultural community. The result is an ICI-based conceptual model for a local culture community. The box office (BO) income had significantly declined up to 80% in 2020, as the COVID-19 pandemic emerged. To minimize further financial risks, multiplex (multiple cinema complexes) owners need to analyze their potential income for each movie, each week. Therefore, we developed a proper data mining strategy that allows multiplex owners to analyze and discover insights on how successfully produced movies could be. The methodology comprises (1) data loading and exploration, (2) data cleaning, (3) data selection, integration, and transformation using Pentaho, (4) data mining in which the results were stored in the MySQL database, and (5) pattern evaluation and presentation using Qlik Sense as the Business Intelligence (BI) dashboard. Based on our data mining methodology, we revealed that drama, comedy, action, and thriller are favorite genres. We also found that DreamWorks Animation and Pixar Animation Studios are both the most popular production houses, even Apatow Productions and Escape Artists still have the biggest revenue on average.

Smart villages that utilize digital technology are a solution to assist rural community services in meeting their needs, especially for developing countries. However, financial problems, namely the high cost of infrastructure, the size of the informal economy and governance are challenges in limiting the government's aspirations regarding the smart village concept. The presentation of this article examines the state of smart village development in developing countries, which includes conceptual understanding, motivations, drivers and barriers to smart villages. The purpose of this study is to find answers to research questions by reviewing several selected study articles. The method used was to search for selected studies and there were 60 selected studies identified from a search of five literature databases which initially contained 3394 articles. The results of the data were analyzed using synthetic analysis and thematic analysis. The results of this study found data related to Concept, Technology, Barriers To Smart Village which came from several articles by answering questions from the research, namely RQ1: How many articles from the 10 most populous countries discussed Smart Village, RQ2: What are the basic dimensions of Smart Village, RQ3: What new technologies are discussed in Smart Village digitization, RQ4: What are the Challenges in Smart Village. The results of this SLR can also later be used as a reference for further researchers to find out the background of research related to smart villages.
