Approximately 500-60,000 volvox cells constructed a colony with a spherical or elliptical hollow form. Each cell can use its flagella to move. For a colony of hundred cells to perform a direct motion, there must be a coordination of the flagella. In this work, we assume that the cells already form the spherical colony and can perform some simple motion types, i.e., translational (TRAN), roll (ROLL), spin (SPIN), and superposition of the motions, and neglect detail of each flagellum. It is possible to map each cell in the colony using angular positions with a constant radius R and different θ _i and φ_i, where i = 1, 2,..., N with N is the number of cells constructing a colony. The center of the colony is R = (x, y, z). The TRAN mode can be obtained, wherex(t) = x(0) + vxt, y(t) = y(0) + vyt, z(t) = z(0) +vzt, ROLLmode with θ(t) = ω(0) + ωθt and SPIN with φ(t) = ω(0) + ωφt. Through the available observation video, the model of volvox colony motion is also shown to have a qualitative agreement. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

This study evaluates an agent-based reinforcement learning framework for model-based testing (MBT). The framework's performance was assessed on three key metrics: effectiveness and efficiency in achieving model coverage objectives, the quantity and uniqueness of generated test cases, and code coverage. The results show improved metrics for the framework compared to traditional testers in model coverage evaluation and test case metrics. Specifically, the framework achieved higher effectiveness and efficiency, generating a higher average number of test cases with a substantial proportion of unique cases, indicating more diverse and thorough testing. Additionally, the framework, along with random and greedy testers, achieved over 70% coverage across branch, method, and line code metrics. The framework showed slightly higher values in method and line coverage compared to other testers. The evaluation highlights the use of agent-based reinforcement learning to support model-based testing in planning test case generation, exploring models using multiple strategies, and learning guided by testing metrics. Future work will focus on further refining the framework learning model, including error coverage evaluation, and testing its applicability across different software systems. © 2024 IEEE.

Navigating the complex legal and regulatory landscape requires a sophisticated platform that is not only comprehensive but also user-friendly and enables seamless analysis and document comparison in the legal realm. To address this challenging requirement, this research is dedicated to the user experience (UX) design of state-of the-art cloud-native mobile applications specifically designed for legal and regulatory harmonization. The methodology used is based on design thinking principles and takes advantage of the benefits of cloud computing. These include, but are not limited to, scalability, reliability, and security. The result is a solution that is not only powerful but also cost-effective. The core of this application follows a user-centered design philosophy and involves potential users closely in the design process. A comprehensive evaluation is performed using the System Usability Scale (SUS) methodology to measure the effectiveness and usability of the application. The results of this comprehensive approach are convincing. The application has an impressive 95.5% usage rate, indicating strong user engagement. Furthermore, user satisfaction ratings are particularly high and transformative impact of this application in a complex environment of legal harmonization. Through its innovative design, seamless functionality, and user-centric approach, this application has proven to be not only a technical solution, but also a catalyst for positive change in the legal and regulatory harmonization process. © 2023 IEEE.

Indonesia has the largest number of people that are active in social media and Indonesia is a country with the most social media users in the world. Social media in general is used to socialize (relate, both, personally, in groups and so on) between users. The users of social media in Indonesia already has reached 160 million in January 2020. and this number of social media users in Indonesia increased up to 12 million (8.1%) from April 2019 to January 2020. Firstly, social media was used by users to connect with each other through community. However, now social media is not only used as a means of virtual community for interaction but is also used as a channel for doing business. There are still many people who do not realize that social media has the advantage of being a very efficient and effective business, and many company that still confused about to choose which social media platform that suitable with their business promotion. Therefore, we want to show and tell them one of the advantages of social media in the field of promotion. Based on the surveys, there are four most popular social media in Indonesia such as YouTube, WhatsApp, Facebook, and Instagram. However, there still very few studies can be found to understand that social media is effective or not for business promotion. For this reason, this article will examine the advantages that social media have that can support business promotion. This article will utilize the questioners method to assess the important factors of social media users such as user satisfaction factors in using social media and what social media are often used by user to promote their business. Indoor positioning systems (IPS) are critical for enabling accurate navigation, asset tracking, and emergency response in indoor environments where GPS fails. This study evaluates five machine learning algorithms-K-Nearest Neighbors (KNN), Support Vector Machine (SVM), Multi-Layer Perceptron (MLP), Decision Tree, and Random Forest-using two benchmark datasets, UJIIndoorLoc and UTSIndoorLoc. The results reveal that SVM achieves the highest accuracy, with 81.3 % on UJIIndoorLoc and 92 % on UTSIndoorLoc, followed by MLP with $\mathbf{7 8. 8 \%}$ and 90.9 %, respectively. Random Forest provides stable performance, with 77.6 % and 86.08 %, while KNN reaches 75 % and 89.7 %, performing well in structured environments. Decision Tree shows the lowest accuracy, 71.2 % and 76.54 %, highlighting its limitations with complex data. The UTSIndoorLoc dataset consistently yields higher accuracies, demonstrating its structured signal distribution. These findings underscore SVM and MLP as optimal algorithms for Wi-Fi fingerprinting IPS, offering robust and scalable solutions for indoor localization.

Customer complaints are an important aspect in the business world. Every company must face complaints from its customers, whether related to unsatisfactory products, services or experiences. Customer complaints are a sign of unmet needs or expectations. A customer service person is tasked with serving questions asked by customers or consumers. The purpose of this research is to classify types of complaints to help customer service. The classification carried out is in binary form, namely disputed or not. This research compares several machine learning algorithms for classification of customer questions into appropriate categories for more efficient responses. Based on evaluation metrics, the F1 Score light gradient boosting machine (LGBM) is the best model compared to Multinomial Naive Bayes (MNB), Logistic Regression (LR), SVM (Support Vector Machine), and EXTC (Extra Tree Classifier).

This study reviews factors affecting AR-based chemistry learning with the BIM model. Although there have been many kinds of research explaining the application of augmented reality (AR) and building information modeling (BIM) in learning, no research has been found that discusses the factors affecting the integration of BIM in AR-based learning. This study adopted the SLR method with the PRISMA protocol by scanning articles written in English or articles written in Indonesian from accredited online databases, and fully accessible by the authors. The articles reviewed were related to AR, BIM, Virtual Reality (VR), and chemistry learning. The predefined strings were used to extract the 156 articles. Only 41 articles met the inclusion criteria that were used as the reference for this study. Six factors were found that affect the AR-based chemistry learning with the BIM model. They are AR work performance, accessibility, user interaction with the system, presentation of material, understanding, and models. This study implies that the factors extracted can be considered as a model in developing learning media to improve chemistry learning. The limitation of this study is the absence of further analysis of which critical factors should be addressed. Researchers recommend further research by reviewing more literature. © 2022 IEEE.

Shipbuilder safety and performance, structural integrity of welded joints in shipbuilding is of utmost importance. Traditional manual inspection methods to detect any potential defect can be time consuming and susceptible to human errors; alternative inspection systems have proven more cost effective and accurate solutions than manual approaches for defect identification. This paper investigates how advanced software quality assessment standards and machine learning techniques such as Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs) and You Only Look Once (YOLO) object identification framework can enhance weld defect detection. Research undertaken for this thesis addresses three core questions. 1) Which standards provide effective software quality assessments used for weld defect detection systems?; and 2) In what ways will they impact efficiency and reliability. How will implementation of these standards increase accuracy in manufacturing processes? Integrating high-quality annotated datasets, optimizing joint preparation and parameter settings, and using cloud solutions for computing needs can enable industries to achieve more reliable, efficient, and scalable defect detection. This proactive approach not only enhances immediate product quality, but also contributes to long-term durability and performance, decreasing maintenance costs and increasing overall reliability for steel plates used for marine applications. Furthermore, evidence has revealed that adopting software quality assessment standards in weld defect detection significantly enhances structural integrity as well as operational efficiency of shipbuilding operations.

Prediction of software defects is an important aspect of software quality assurance, aiming to identify defective modules to improve reliability and reduce costs in the maintenance process. A systematic literature review (SLR) on software defect prediction is presented in this study, focusing on identifying commonly used datasets, methods, and frameworks in this domain between 2014 and 2023. The review follows established SLR guidelines to synthesize data from primary studies, providing insight into research trends as well as methodological advances. The results show a significant reliance on public datasets such as the NASA Metrics Data program (MDP) and the PROMISE repository. Various machine-learning techniques have been used, with Neural networks, support vector machines, and random forests becoming the most popular techniques. This review aims to guide future research by highlighting key trends and gaps in the existing literature.

The process of digital transformation is part of the 4.0 industrial revolution. Through digital transformation, it is hoped that all processes inside an organization will function more efficiently. Internet technology is the major driver of an organization's digital transformation effort. Information Systems for the statewide scope of the two main religion-based organizations in Indonesia are required to satisfy the Indonesian government's National Medium-Term Development Plan for the years 2020-2024 in accordance with Indonesian President Decree No. 18 of 2020. The regulation mandates that the ministry of religious affairs provide information and data services. E-Govchurch, an abbreviation for Electronic-Governmental Church, is the suggested framework. E-Govchurch is a digital program for Information Systems that incorporates a framework for data governance. E-Govchurch will develop utilizing SSM, RBV, the Zachman Framework, and the DAMA framework. The purpose framework in research will lead the next phase of framework development process. © 2022 IEEE.
