Analysis of neural network algorithm in determining high school student department

In senior high schools, especially in the first class were required to place a department that is in accordance with the value produced. The application predicts student majors based on the value of students using artificial neural network algorithms using rapid miner to be able to produce more precise and faster accuracy results. The results obtained from the analysis carried out obtained an accuracy value of 71.86%.ANN has a network architecture that is a single layer net. Networks that have more than one layer are called multilayer net and competitive layer networks (competitive layer net). The shape of a multilayer net 1 or more has between the input layer and the output layer, which weighs between 2 adjacent layers. ANN architecture using 3 layers is 7 input layers, 6 hidden layers, and 2 output layers. 20 neurons are the number of neuron outputs to artificial neural networks

K-Nearest Neighbor is a method of lazy learning method which is a group of instances-based learning. K-NN searches by searching for groups of objects in the training data that are closest to the object on new data or testing data. Support Vector Machine is a learning machine method that works with the aim of finding the best hyperplane that separates two classes in input space. School Achievement is an achievement obtained by serious learning and discipline. The category of outstanding students is to get a good average score and not have an attendance list, especially Absent (A) and a list of late attendance at school can be classified to obtain information on the accuracy of the data being tested. In the testing process both methods obtained good accuracy results between the two methods, namely K-NN obtained an accuracy of 88.52% while SVM is 91.07%.

Currently, the growth of information and technology is rapid. It makes a lot of things in various fields including education becoming more effective and efficient. In education, one of its implementation which is a game is proven to be a useful tool to support conventional teaching methods and bring a more natural understanding of learning materials. Moreover, as a product of the popular culture in modern society, video game mirrors the general culture practice in real life and reflects it via its own culture inside the game. This makes a video game can give a contribution to the social construction of reality as it affects the player's view towards learning in real life and vice versa. From there, we see that there is an opportunity for learning about religion to be supported by its utilization to provide an interactive and fun learning experience. In this paper, we discuss how a video game is implemented to support religious learning. The game was developed with the scrum method where we surveyed to gather the user requirements before the design step. The game design was made by using the use case diagram and storyboard, and it was built using Unity version 2017.3.0f3. © 2019 IEEE.

Data from the Plantation Office of East Kalimantan Province, the area of rubber plantations has decreased every year. One of the factors that make productivity of rubber plants low is the presence of pests and diseases. The time limit of an expert is an obstacle in identifying rubber plantations. To overcome this problem, we need an expert system that can identify rubber plant diseases such as an expert. This system was developed to be able to provide solutions in diagnosing rubber plant diseases such as White Root Fungus (Rigidoporus micropus), Upas Mushroom Disease (Corticium salmonicolor), Antraknosa Disease (Colletorichum gloeosporoides), Skin Necrosis (Fusarium sp.), And Cancer Lines (Phytoptora palmivore). This study uses the TOPSIS method. There are four variables used as assessment criteria in this study, namely: the level of damage to the root, the level of damage to the stem, the level of damage to the leaves and the level of damage to the tapping path or the intensity of tapping, with preference values from 0 to 100; none, Very Light Intensity (1), Mild Intensity (3), Medium Intensity (5), Weight Intensity (7) and Very Heavy Intensity (9). Each weight value C1= 0.3; C2= 0.22; C3= 0.28; C4= 0.2. The results of this study compare manual calculations and calculations on the system obtained 99.99% accuracy. This system is expected to help facilitate rubber farmers in identifying diseases and can help experts.

IT Governance are one of the needs in managing Enterprise Level IT. This study shows part of the decision domain of IT Governance Help, which are IT Investment and Prioritization. The purpose of this study is to determine feasibility of implementation open source ERP system Odoo project management module that replaces current system based on operational, economic, and technical aspects. The method used are Fit / Gap Analysis and Cost Benefit model using economic impact worksheet. The analysis is done by comparing the requirement with features owned by current system and Odoo ERP system. This research resulted that Odoo ERP System is feasible in the 3 aspects, the operational feasibility Odoo reaching 72% Fit, the economic feasibility with ROI of 84%, and technical feasibility indicating the technical requirement can be fulfilled by leasing AWS server. The conclusion is the open source ERP system Odoo project management module is feasible to be applied in terms of 3 aspects that have been studied, those are operational, economic, and technical.

In this study, the inner position loop addition for plastic deformation control of the error robustness of the model and actual parameters is proposed. The inner position loop is a type of position feedback control based on the estimation of model parameters and dynamics of robots. This position control system with proportional and derivative gains modifies the trajectory of the end effector close to the desired trajectory. The robustness of the proposed control scheme is evaluated by comparing it with plastic deformation control without an inner position loop in both simulation and actual environments. Finally, the stable reaction with the proposed control is demonstrated for the case where a human pushes the robot finger.

A combination of cloud-based deep learning (DL) algorithms with portable/wearable (P/W) devices has been developed as a smart heath care system to support automatic cardiac arrhythmias (CAs) classification using electrocardiography (ECG). However, long-term and continuous ECG monitoring is challenging because of limitations of batteries and transmission bandwidth of P/W devices while incorporated with consumer electronics (CE). A feasible approach to address this challenge is to decrease sampling rates. However, low sampling rates lead to low-resolution signals that hinder the CAs classification performance. In this study, we propose a DL-based ECG signal super-resolution framework (called SRECG) to enhance low-resolution ECG signals by jointly considering the accuracies when applied to the DL-based high-resolution multiclass classifier (HMC) of CAs. In our experiments, we downsampled the ECG signals from the CPSC2018 dataset and evaluated their HMC accuracies with and without the SRECG. Experimental results show that SRECG can well improve the HMC accuracies as compared to traditional interpolation methods. Moreover, approximately half of the CAs classification accuracies of HMC were maintained within the enhanced ECG signals by SRECG. The promising results confirm that SRECG can be suitably used to enhance low-resolution ECG signals from P/W devices with CE to improve their cloud-based HMC performances. © 2020, CC BY-SA.

Augmented Reality is a technology that allows users to see the real world, with virtual objects placed on it or combined with the real world. Augmented Reality itself can be applied to various things, including as an educational media. In the field of education, technology can be used a culture introduction to society. One part of Indonesian culture is traditional houses. Traditional house is a building that symbolizes the culture of the local community. In North Sumatra itself, there are several traditional houses that have different forms. The use of Vuforia SDK in the construction of this application can display augmented objects in the form of 3-dimentional objects and also provide information on the house. This application will run on the Android mobile platform to make it easier for users to access it. In addition, users can choose their own objects to be used as markers to make the application use much easier. © 2019 Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

It is crucial for the community including the government and health workers to collaborate to halt the spread of Covid-19. The idea of developing the mobile application surfaced from the previous findings. Previous researches have implemented and developed different features to better the application. The development of a mobile application to provide a platform that will assist people with information regarding patients that are around the perimeter of users to help notify them. With the help of the notification, users will be able to avoid the chances of them being in contact with the people (ODP), patients that are under surveillance (PDP) confirmed patients. All patients including ODP and PDP are required to have the application therefore, the Minister of Health will be able to track the geolocation of patients. Moreover, people will be able to be aware of patients that are around their perimeter. Therefore, with the help of the application, it will be able to help assist the community for them to be aware of and to be able to avoid being in contact with the infected patients.

This paper examines the relationship between user pageview (PV) histories and their item-choice behavior on an e-commerce website. We focus on PV sequences, which represent time series of the number of PVs for each user-item pair. We propose a shape-restricted optimization model that accurately estimates item-choice probabilities for all possible PV sequences. This model imposes monotonicity constraints on item-choice probabilities by exploiting partial orders for PV sequences, according to the recency and frequency of a user's previous PVs. To improve the computational efficiency of our optimization model, we devise efficient algorithms for eliminating all redundant constraints according to the transitivity of the partial orders. Experimental results using real-world clickstream data demonstrate that our method achieves higher prediction performance than that of a state-of-the-art optimization model and common machine learning methods.
