As the world grapples with the escalating challenge of climate change, the role of innovative technologies in mitigating environmental impacts has never been more important. This study is inspired by the pioneering smart city of NEOM, Saudi Arabia; one of the forefronts of sustainable urban development, leveraging machine learning (ML) techniques to predict and mitigate carbon dioxide (CO 2 ) emissions in the cities of Saudi Arabia. These cities are striving towards NEOM's approach to achieving zero emissions to the greatest extent possible, because NEOM needs the surrounding cities to have low CO 2 emission as well to achieve its goal. This research aims to create models based on machine learning that can precisely predict CO 2 emissions, utilizing a detailed dataset of vehicle emissions from Kaggle. We apply the following ML models: Logistic Regression, Gradient Boosting, AdaBoost, Bagging, Backpropagation Neural Networks, Naive Bayes, and Support Vector Machines (SVM). The models are evaluated based on their Mean Squared Error (MSE), Root Mean Squared Error (RMSE), and R-squared (R 2 ) as well as Confusion Matrix in predicting CO 2 emissions. Our analysis achieved the highest performance with an R 2 value of 0.99. Gradient Boosting and Bagging achieved the highest accuracies of 99%. Through a comprehensive review of recent studies and the application of diverse machine learning approaches, this proposed research identifies key challenges in reducing CO 2 emissions in smart cities, emphasizing the critical role of ML in enhancing the accuracy of forecasts across various sectors. Ultimately, that will support policy makers to make informed decisions to sustain a better urban development.

Social media is a source of big data. Media like Twitter and Facebook has been used for collecting and analyzing user data for different purposes. The data can be used to analyze people opinions towards certain topics and incidents by applying sentiment analysis and then certain useful insights can be drawn from the analyzed data. During the current time of Covid-19, people have been sharing information regarding Covid-19 statistics, vaccines, and discussing the effects of the vaccine concerning public health. The purpose of this study is to analyze tweet data regarding the Covid-19 vaccine by applying sentiment analysis and predicting the impact of the vaccine on public health. Also, the tweets are analyzed for hidden topics by applying Topic Modelling using Latent Dirichlet Allocation (LDA) and Latent Semantic Analysis (LSA). The source of data for this study is Twitter API. The coding and data analysis is done using Python programming language in the Spyder (Scientific Python Development Environment) that is an integrated development environment for scientific programming, testing, and data analysis. The results of the study indicate a greater positive sentiment reflecting a healthy public discussion about the Covid-19 vaccine, information, awareness, and public acceptance. With these results, a positive impact of the Covid-19 vaccine on public health is predicted. The results of topic modeling discovered 10 hidden topics from the tweet dataset. © 2022. The collection and identification of medical images are the most important scientific task. MRI processing is also one of the reliable methods underpinning medical diagnosis. In this research, segmentation is performed by fuzzy C-means that detects the infected region from the images of brain MRI. Gray-level co-occurrence matrix (GLCM) is used to extract the features from the MRI images of the brain which gives the better result for classification than existing system. Long short-term memory (LSTM), a recurrent neural network extension method is used to identify brain MRI images. Statement of problem: Intraoral scanning of implants supporting complete arch prostheses is limited because of the lack of geometric heterogeneity and unique reference points, creating inherent errors in the image stitching process by the scanner software program. Purpose: The purpose of this in vitro study was to evaluate the significance of geometric heterogeneity on complete arch implant scanning by using a novel auxiliary geometric device. Three different clinical simulations were tested to assess its significance. The study also assessed whether scans produced using the auxiliary device would meet a clinically acceptable threshold. Material and methods: A total of 60 scans (n=20) were performed using an intraoral scanner in 3 different clinical simulations: 2 parallel implants, 4 parallel implants, and 4 implants with a 30-degree posterior angulation of the distal implants. Scanning alternated between using the auxiliary geometric scanning device (test groups;4IP+, 4IA+, 2IP+) and not using the device (control groups;4IP-, 4IA-, 2IP-). A reference scan for each model was prepared from a high precision laboratory scanner. The scans were analyzed for accuracy in 3-dimensional deviation, interimplant distance deviation, and angular deviation by using an inspection software program. The effect of the auxiliary device was statistically analyzed by comparing scans of the same group using the paired t test for normally distributed data and the Wilcoxon Signed Rank test when data were not normally distributed (α=.05). Results: Significant effects of the auxiliary geometric device were found in 3-dimensional, distance and angular deviations (P<.05). Scans performed using the device were significantly more accurate in most implant positions (P<.05). Linear and angular deviations were clinically acceptable for all test groups. In the cryptographic field, it is a cryptosystem practice to use a secret key together with a cryptographic algorithm parameter. These cryptographic algorithms should produce pseudorandom data to understand better the cryptographic performance of such ciphers. To understand the performance of a cryptographic algorithm a statistical analysis should be performed. In this paper, a randomness analysis of the proposed cryptographic algorithm using combined multilevel substitution and encryption techniques were executed. Statistical test results were presented using NIST STS to measure the randomness behavior of the keystream output. The statistical analysis utilized the non-parameterized test selection, such as cumulative sums, runs test, longest runs of ones, and frequency. The performed experiment used 100 samples with 100 bits in length. The algorithm achieved an average success rate of 99.50% in four statistical tests used. Therefore, it is assumed that the proposed cryptographic algorithm is effective in producing a random ciphertext sequence. For future works, it is then suggested to implement it in software application to boost electronic medical records protection.

Statics is a backbone course for several engineering disciplines and also a pre-requisite for dynamics and mechanics of materials. Researchers have identified a lack of understanding of statics as a significant source of difficulties in terms of both conceptual understanding, representation of free body diagrams (FBD) and problem-solving ability. Our approach to improve the learning of the concept of friction focuses on students' understanding of acting forces and specific components of such forces of a system. The presented quasi-experimental study investigates how the use of visuo-haptic simulations can improve students understanding and use of FBD. Specifically, we compared two visuo-haptic simulations; one that explicitly visually depicts FBD of multiple objects interacting with different surfaces, while the other only provides haptic feedback while students engage in the same forms of interaction. Our results suggest that using the visuo-haptic simulator with FBD leads to better learning results. These findings support the hypothesis that appropriately sequenced visuo-haptic simulators with well-designed visual cues can help students to better understand and use FBD.

In this article, we consider to obtain new anti fuzzy graph from given anti fuzzy graphs. Product of anti fuzzy graphs is an operation on anti fuzzy graphs that produce new anti fuzzy graph. We consider tensor, normal, modular anti fuzzy graphs products, which are adapted from fuzzy graphs products. In general, product of any two anti fuzzy graphs is an anti fuzzy graph. Product of any two strong anti fuzzy graphs is an anti fuzzy graph strong. Normal product of two anti fuzzy graph complete is a complete anti fuzzy graph. Other than that, different of anti fuzzy products are also discussed.

Graph labeling is one of the famous topics in the study of fuzzy graph. This article was considering to anti fuzzy graph magic labeling. As a new concept in anti fuzzy graph, we adapted from the previous study of fuzzy graph about the related concept. The object of study is anti fuzzy graph path, anti fuzzy graph star, and anti fuzzy graph cycle. The resulted study shown that, for every natural number n, there exists magic labeling for anti fuzzy graph path (Pn) and anti fuzzy graph star (Sn). For n odd and n ≥ 3, there exists magic labeling for anti fuzzy graph cycle (Cn).

This article was considering to bipolar anti fuzzy graph magic labeling. Bipolar anti fuzzy graph be seen as new concept, therefore to find the properties, we adapted from the previous study of bipolar fuzzy graph. In this article, we introduced bipolar anti fuzzy graphs path, star, and cycle of our investigation object. The resulted study shown that, for every natural number n, there exists bipolar anti fuzzy graph magic labeling for bipolar anti fuzzy graphs path (Pn) and star (Sn) graph. For n odd and n ≥3, there bipolar anti fuzzy graph magic labeling for cycle (Cn).

Ceramic/metal joints are possible with silid state joining techniques. Transient liquid phase bonding is a solid state joining process which is choice process. In this paper, numerical simulation of TLP bonding of ceramic/metal is done by Finite Element simulation. The finite element analysis of the TLP process provides the temperature and residual stress distribution during the bonding. Aluminium sheet as interlayer having high wettability is used. Transient thermal analysis is performed and discussed.
