Detection method of students' online learning state based on posture recognition

Because of the problems of low detection accuracy and long detection time in traditional online learning state detection methods, a new method based on posture recognition is proposed. First of all, a pinhole camera perspective imaging model is constructed, students' online learning images are collected, and the images are processed with greyscale, smoothing, enhancement and light compensation. Secondly, according to the key points of bones, the online learning image features of students after preprocessing are extracted. Finally, identify students' online learning posture, and construct a state detection model combining eye movement behaviour to complete the detection of students' online learning state. The experimental results show that the proposed method has higher accuracy and shorter detection time for students' online learning state detection. Copyright © 2024 Inderscience Enterprises Ltd.

In response to the issues of traditional stream cipher mechanisms based on exclusive-OR (XOR) operation, which has a single encryption and decryption method and whose security entirely relies on the key stream, this paper proposes a stream cipher algorithm based on random hashing. Firstly, we utilize Nonlinear Feedback Shift Registers (NLFSRs) to generate high-security pseudorandom sequences, enhancing resistance against correlation and algebraic attacks. Secondly, a specific XOR operation for designated plaintext positions, combined with a random hashing algorithm inspired by N -way merging, is designed to replace the traditional XOR operation in stream ciphers, effectively preventing Many-Time-Pad (MTP) attacks. Finally, this algorithm maintains the same time and space complexity as traditional XOR operation-based stream cipher algorithms. Still, experimental results show that when the pseudorandom sequence is short, this algorithm exhibits higher code uniformity and is particularly effective for encrypting short information. © 2024 IEEE.

In recent years, due to the rapid development of computer vision technology, real-time detection and tracking of objects using computer vision has become a hot topic. Object detection mainly consists of two parts: object segmentation and object recognition, that is, object acquisition. Accurate detection of targets is the key to achieving high-precision and high-efficiency tracking. Based on the above discussion, this article explored the target detection and tracking of survey robots using the multimodal Internet of Things (IoT) sensor data fusion of YOLOv5, and compared and analyzed the performance of direct frame difference method, traditional ORB method, and the algorithm in this paper through experiments. The results indicated that the accuracy and recall of the robot image object detection algorithm proposed in this paper were both above 90%, and higher than other algorithms, indicating that the algorithm has extremely high accuracy in object detection. © 2024 IEEE.

Improving the repeat purchase intention of customers of real estate enterprises from marketing strategies is increasingly important for real estate enterprises to achieve the goal of stable and increasing long-term profits. This paper, driven by digital marketing technology, takes customer repeat purchase behavior in residential commodity market as the research object. The variables of brand community value, customer fit and repeat purchase behavior are first defined and selected. Then the relationship model of brand community value, customer fit and repeat purchase behavior was established, questionnaire research was conducted on mature real estate community members, and data analysis and structural equation model fitting were carried out using SPSS and AMOS software in order to test the mediating effect of customer fit in repeat purchase behavior in the residential market as well as the path. The study concluded that the standardized coefficient of customer fit on customers’ repeat purchase intention is 0.36, which has a significant positive effect. Meanwhile, customer fit has a mediating effect between the five dimensions of brand community value and repeat purchase behavior, and all five dimensions have a partial mediating effect in the process of influencing repeat purchase intention. © 2024 International Association for Housing science. this paper studies the construction of parking recommendation model based on Hadoop under big data. In order to solve the problem of real-time monitoring and recommendation of traditional parking spaces, this paper proposes to use Hadoop technology to analyze and process unstructured data. The system uses large-scale parallel database Greenplum technology for data storage and processing, realizes the rapid query of data, and constructs the technical model of parking recommendation analysis system. The system uses multi-attribute optimal decision-making algorithm to achieve real-time recommendation of massive parking spaces. © 2023 IEEE.

In this paper, an adaptive algorithm is proposed to decompose analytic signals of Hardy-2 space in a sparse way. The limitation of previous related studies such as AFD and Matching Pursuit always find local optimal solutions by greedy-flavor iteration. These solutions also rely on initial values. Our new algorithm utilizes l-1 minimization or Basis Pursuit strategy with a redundant dictionary consists of reproducing kernels. We prove that the design matrix has singular values which tend to zero rapidly given that the parameters are selected in some special meaner. These theoretical results lay the foundation for sparse representations of analytic signals. Two numerical examples are discussed to illustrate the algorithm. © 2023 IEEE.

This paper proposes discriminative features for playback attack detection (PAD) based on statisticallyweighted magnitude spectrum (SWM). The proposed SWM method aims to magnify differences between playback and genuine speech through a discriminative feature, namely, statistically weighted magnitude spectrum constant-Q cepstrum coefficient (SWM-CQCC). The ASVspoof 2017 evaluation set is used to evaluate the proposed method. Our experimental results show that SWM-CQCC can outperforms most of all existing methods we are aware of including published implementations of I-Vector and VESAIFCC. © 2023 IEEE.

Aiming at the management problems in the construction plan of high-level higher vocational schools and majors with Chinese characteristics, we have designed and developed a monitoring platform for professional group development. The platform includes several main modules: the school big screen visual data analysis module, the professional big screen visual data analysis module, the data management module, and the account management module. By utilizing the API provided by the back-end server to acquire relevant data, and integrating the use of ECharts, Vue, Element UI, Axios, and other front-end libraries and plug-ins, we successfully developed each module in the monitoring platform for professional group development. Through the implementation and utilization of the project, the platform demonstrates characteristics of simplicity, universality, practicality, and effective operation. However, it is important to provide further explanation and background information, ensuring the readers' full understanding of the design and development of the monitoring platform. Additionally, clearer explanations of the functionalities and roles of each module in the platform can be provided to improve coherence and logic in the article. © 2023 SPIE.

The aim of this paper is to study the optimization method for cross-border e-commerce logistics distribution network design based on genetic algorithm. Firstly, an analysis is conducted on the overview of cross-border e-commerce and logistics, revealing their relationship and importance. The basic theory of logistics network design is then explored, along with an introduction to the basic principles of the saving algorithm and genetic algorithm, as well as their application in solving optimization problems. The logistics distribution network design optimization based on the saving genetic algorithm focuses on the problem description, model assumption, and the application of hybrid genetic algorithm. In addition, simulation experiments and result analyses are included to verify the effectiveness of this optimization method. Through this study, we will provide a highly efficient and economical logistics distribution network design scheme for cross-border e-commerce, which can improve operational efficiency and reduce costs. This research is of great significance in promoting the development of the cross-border e-commerce industry, helping strengthen logistics network planning and management, and improving the convenience and effectiveness of international trade. © 2024 ACM.
