In this paper a class of time-dependent multivalued quasi-variational inequalities of elliptic type with a solution dependent constraint set, is studied. Its solvability and the closedness of the solution set are proved. Then, the results are applied to constrained quasi-variational–hemivariational inequalities for which the relaxed monotonicity condition is not required. Finally, the abstract results are illustrated by two applications. The first one is a time-dependent frictional contact problem with locking materials, and the second one is the stationary incompressible Navier–Stokes equation which models a generalized Newtonian fluid of Bingham type. Results on existence and the closedness of the solution sets are established for both applications. © 2025 Elsevier Ltd

Parallel implementation of w-projection wide-field imaging

w-Projection is a wide-field imaging technique that is widely used in radio synthesis arrays. Processing the wide-field big data generated by the future Square Kilometre Array(SKA) will require significant updates to current methods to significantly reduce the time consumed on data processing. Data loading and gridding are found to be two major time-consuming tasks in w-projection. In this paper, we investigate two parallel methods of accelerating w-projection processing on multiple nodes: the hybrid Message Passing Interface(MPI) and Open Multi-Processing(OpenMP) method based on multicore Central Processing Units(CPUs) and the hybrid MPI and Compute Unified Device Architecture(CUDA)method based on Graphics Processing Units(GPUs). Both methods are successfully employed and operated in various computational environments, confirming their robustness. The experimental results show that the total runtime of both MPI + OpenMP and MPI + CUDA methods is significantly shorter than that of single-thread processing. MPI + CUDA generally shows faster performance when running on multiple nodes than MPI + OpenMP, especially on large numbers of nodes. The single-precision GPU-based processing yields faster computation than the double-precision processing; while the single-and doubleprecision CPU-based processing shows consistent computational performance. The gridding time remarkably increases when the support size of the convolution kernel is larger than 8 and the image size is larger than 2,048 pixels. The present research offers useful guidance for developing SKA imaging pipelines.

In order to detect the security of Android software which isn't installed efficiently and accurately,this paper pro poses a new malware detection method based on system calls *** samples are pretreated by Classification to refine and distinguish characteristics of various types of Android software;Restrictions and normalization are applied to process system call frequency information to improve the detection *** with the characteristics of random forest algorithms and data obtained,optimal training model is set up,and ultimately Android software security is detected *** experiments,the detection accuracy rate of Android tool software and financial software more than 93 percent,with higher accuracy.

A Dynamic Load Balancing Method of cloud-Center Based on SDN

In order to balancing based on data achieve dynamic load flow level, in this paper, we apply SDN technology to the cloud data center, and propose a dynamic load balancing method of cloud center based on SDN. The approach of using the SDN technology in the current task scheduling flexibility, accomplish real-time monitoring of the service node flow and load condition by the OpenFlow protocol. When the load of system is imbalanced, the controller can allocate globally network resources. What＇s more, by using dynamic correction, the load of the system is not obvious tilt in the long run. The results of simulation show that this approach can realize and ensure that the load will not tilt over a long period of time, and improve the system throughput.

With the explosion of information,it is becoming increasingly difficult to get what is really *** reduction is the first step in efficient processing of large *** dimensionality can be reduced in many ways,little work has been done to achieve dimensionality reduction without changing the inner semantic relationship among high dimension *** remedy this problem,we introduced a manifold learning based method,named Mutual information preserving mapping(MIPM),to explore the low-dimensional,neighborhood and mutual information preserving embeddings of highdimensional *** results show that the proposed method is effective for the text dimensionality reduction *** MIPM was used to develop a temporal summarization system for efficiently monitoring the information associated with an event over *** respect to the established baselines,results of these experiments show that our method is effective in the temporal summarization.

In this paper,we propose a low complexity spectrum resource allocation scheme cross the access points(APs)for the ultra dense networks(UDNs),in which all the APs are divided into several AP groups(APGs)and the total bandwidth is divided into several narrow band spectrum resources and each spectrum resource is allocated to APGs independently to decrease the interference among the ***,we investigate the joint spectrum and power allocation problem in UDNs to maximize the overall *** problem is formulated as a mixed-integer nonconvex optimization(MINCP)problem which is difficult to solve in *** joint optimization problem is decomposed into two subproblems in terms of the spectrum allocation and power allocation *** the spectrum allocation,we model it as a auction problem and a combinatorial auction approach is proposed to tackle *** addition,the DC programming method is adopted to optimize the power allocation *** decrease the signaling and computational overhead,we propose a distributed algorithm based on the Lagrangian dual *** results illustrate that the proposed algorithm can effectively improve the system throughput.

Effects of Reduced Frequency on Network Configuration and Synchronization Transition

Synchronization of networked phase oscillators depends essentially on the correlation between the topological structure of the graph and the dynamical property of the elements. We propose the concept of ＇reduced frequency＇, a measure which can quantify natural frequencies of each pair of oscillators. Then we introduce an evolving network whose linking rules are controlled by its own dynamical property. The simulation results indicate that when the linking probability positively correlates with the reduced frequency, the network undergoes a first-order phase transition. Meanwhile, we discuss the circumstance under which an explosive synchronization can be ignited. The numerical results show that the peculiar butterfly shape correlation between frequencies and degrees of the nodes contributes to an explosive synchronization transition.

Image segmentation can be considered as a problem of clustering since the pixels in the digital image are clustered in term of some evaluation criteria. Generally, clustering technique in image segmentation employs a single objective which can not reach ideal result for various kinds of images. Moreover, fuzzy c-means (FCM) algorithms which determine the fuzzy partition matrix of the data set by solving the clustering problem with conditional constraints and obtain the clustering output, have been verified effective and efficient for image segmentation. In fact, these FCM algorithms still have some shortcomings including: being sensitive to outliers and noise, key parameters need to be adjusted with experience. In view of this, a self-adaptive multi-objective harmony search based fuzzy clustering (SAMOHSFC) technique for image segmentation is proposed in this paper. SAMOHSFC technique encodes several cluster centers in one harmony vector and optimizes multiple objectives. In addition, we consider the spatial information of the image as an attribute of the input data set besides the attribute of gray information of input image in the SAMOHSFC. Superiority of the proposed algorithm over three classic segmentation algorithms has been verified for a synthetic and two real images from quantitative and visual aspect. In the experiment, the effect of different kinds of spatial information on the segmentation performance of the SAMOHSFC is analyzed. © 2018, Springer-Verlag GmbH Germany, part of Springer Nature.

Currently, an increasing number of data owners prefer to store their data on remote servers due to a number of appealing advantages of cloud storage, say convenience and simplicity, scalability of the service and ubiquitous network access. However, outsourced data's transfer becomes a critical requirement for cloud users because of the emergence of various cloud storage services with different qualities of services. Therefore, the users might not only be anxious about the status of their data on cloud servers but also care whether the data are transferred entirely to the new cloud without corruption and whether the data on original cloud are discarded. To address these challenging issues, in this paper, we propose a novel auditing scheme for cloud storage services characterised by secure data transfer, provable data erasure, high error detection probability, confidential data storage. The proposed scheme can guarantee the integrity of remote data when the data are hosted on cloud servers and are transferred between two clouds, and secure deletion of the transferred data on the original cloud. As one of the most important services in the cloud computing, cloud storage service can provide boundless storage resources for clients. Because of its tremendous advantages, cloud storage service has attracted widespread attentions and plenty of clients. By employing cloud storage service, the data owners can migrate the heavy overhead of maintaining their data to the cloud server. However, upon uploading their data to the cloud server, the data owners will lose the direct control over their data, therefore, the computations over the data will be performed by the cloud server, for example, data transfer and deletion. However, during the data transfer and deletion processes, the cloud server may not perform these operations honestly for economic interests. That will make data transfer and deletion become new security challenges. In this paper, we propose a novel data transfer and deletion scheme that supporting public verifiability. In our construction, if the cloud server is malicious, the data owners can detect the cloud server’s unfaithful data transfer or dishonest data deletion by verifying the returned proofs efficiently. Moreover, with the utilization of vector commitment, our novel scheme can realize public verifiability without any trusted third party. © Springer Nature Switzerland AG 2018.
