With the rapid development of modern communication technology, spectrum resources have become non-renewable and precious resources, and the terahertz frequency band has entered people's vision. Nowadays, terahertz communication technology has become one of the core technologies for future high-capacity and high-rate communication. This paper discusses and analyzes the core technologies related to the field of terahertz *** introduce the characteristics, domestic and international comparisons and development trends of the core devices for terahertz communication, and also introduce and discuss the terahertz solid-state frequency mixing communication system, terahertz direct modulation communication system, and terahertz optoelectronic communication ***, we summarize the development of terahertz communication technology and the outlook of future applications.

Systematic review of the genus Pseudognaptorina Kaszab, 1977 (Coleoptera, Tenebrionidae, Blaptinae, Blaptini) from the QinghaiXizang Plateau, with description of six new species

The genus Pseudognaptorina, with four described species, is endemic to the Qinghai-Xizang Plateau. In this study, Pseudognaptorina is reviewed based on a combination of molecular and morphological datasets. A preliminary phylogenetic tree is reconstructed based on COI sequences of four related genera within the subtribe Gnaptorinina. Additionally, the geographical distribution of Pseudognaptorina is presented. Six new species are described and illustrated: P. banbarica X.-M. Li, sp. nov., P. himalayana X.-M. Li, sp. nov., P. migana X.-M. Li, sp. nov., P. oblonga X.-M. Li, sp. nov., P. rectangularis X.-M. Li, sp. nov., and P. reni X.-M. Li, sp. nov. This work provides valuable molecular, morphological, and distributional data for the study of species evolution in the subtribe Gnaptorinina. © Xiu-Min Li et al.

Computer experiments require space-filling designs with good low-dimensional projection *** orthogonal arrays are a type of space-filling design that provides better stratifications in low dimensions than ordinary orthogonal arrays. In this paper, we address the problem of constructing strong orthogonal arrays and column-orthogonal strong orthogonal arrays of strength two plus. Existing methods typically rely on regular designs or specific nonregular designs as base orthogonal arrays, limiting the sizes of the final ***, we propose two general methods that are easy to implement and applicable to a wide range of base orthogonal arrays. These methods produce space-filling designs that can accommodate a large number of factors,provide significant flexibility in terms of run sizes, and possess appealing low-dimensional projection ***, these designs are ideal for computer experiments.

The power optimization of mixed polarity Reed–Muller(MPRM)logic circuits is a classic combinatorial optimization *** optimization approaches often suffer from slow convergence and a propensity to converge to local optima,limiting their effectiveness in achieving optimal power ***,we propose a novel multi-strategy fusion memetic algorithm(MFMA).MFMA integrates global exploration via the chimp optimization algorithm with local exploration using the coati optimization algorithm based on the optimal position learning and adaptive weight factor(COA-OLA),complemented by population management through truncation ***,leveraging MFMA,we propose a power optimization approach for MPRM logic circuits that searches for the best polarity configuration to minimize circuit *** results based on Microelectronics Center of North Carolina(MCNC)benchmark circuits demonstrate significant improvements over existing power optimization *** achieves a maximum power saving rate of 72.30%and an average optimization rate of 43.37%;it searches for solutions faster and with higher quality,validating its effectiveness and superiority in power optimization.

Research on Nilpotent Groups Based on Fuzzy Hypergroups

In this paper, by constructing the smallest equivalence relation θ∗on a finite fuzzy hypergroup H, the quotient group (the set of equivalence classes) H/θ∗is a nilpotent group, and the nilpotent group is characterized by the strong fuzzy regularity of the equivalence relation. Finally, the concept of θ-part of fuzzy hypergroup is introduced to determine the necessary and sufficient condition for the equivalence relation θto be transitive.

With the rapid development of financial markets, stock price prediction, as a highly complex and challenging topic, has attracted more and more attention from academia and industry. This study aims to use multiple machine learning algorithms to predict stock market prices, especially exploring the advantages of deep learning models in capturing market nonlinear and time series characteristics. In this article, a machine learning model is used for contribution analysis, analyzing multiple features of stocks, performing a weighted combination analysis of features, and then using a convolutional neural network to perform feature extraction and analysis of stocks, and combining the attention mechanism for deep feature extraction, and finally use the long short-term memory network (LSTM) model to output the model to analyze and predict future stock trends. The experimental results show that combining deep learning analysis technology and factor screening machine can significantly improve the prediction accuracy of the model. At the same time, this article also compared the performance of different models in different market environments, and concluded that in markets with higher volatility, models based on deep learning are more stable. Ultimately, this research provides a new technical means for risk management and investment decisions in financial markets. © 2024 Copyright held by the owner/author(s). YOLO-FSE: An Improved Target Detection Algorithm for Vehicles in Autonomous Driving

Real-time object detection plays a critical role in advancing autonomous driving technologies. To meet the demands for real-time performance, a lightweight model is essential to reduce parameter size, simplify complexity, and enhance detection speed. This paper presents YOLO-FSE, a compact vehicle detection model built upon the YOLOv5 framework. In YOLO-FSE, the C3 module is substituted with the C3faster module from the FasterNet lightweight architecture. The backbone network is augmented with the Shuffle Attention module, which improves feature fusion by separating spatial and channel attention mechanisms. Additionally, the original loss function is replaced by EIoU loss, which directly penalizes width and height predictions, thereby improving the model's generalization ability. During experimentation, it was assumed that the number of test images was sufficiently large and clear, with PyTorch serving as the primary framework for model development and training. Experimental results show that, on the UA-DETRAC and BIT-Vehicle datasets, the mean average precision (mAP) achieved 98.9% and 97.6%, respectively. Computational complexity (FLOPs) was reduced by 12.65%, while the average frame rate (Fps) increased by 46.13%. Overall, the enhanced model exhibits substantial improvements in both speed and performance, demonstrating its potential for deployment in autonomous driving applications. © 2014 IEEE.

Spatiotemporal deformation analysis of glaciers and surrounding landscapes in the Shishapangma region using InSAR techniques

Glacier dynamics in the Himalayan midlatitudes,particularly in regions like the Shishapangma,are not yet fully understood,especially the localized topographic and climatic impacts on glacier *** study analyzes the spatiotemporal characteristics of glacier surface deformation in the Shishapangma region using the Small Baseline Subset(SBAS)Interferometric Synthetic Aperture Radar(In SAR)*** analysis reveals an average deformation rate of-4.02±17.65 mm/yr across the entire study area,with glacier regions exhibiting significantly higher rates of uplift(16.87±13.20 mm/yr)and subsidence(20.11±14.55 mm/yr)compared to non-glacier *** identifies significant surface lowering on the mountain flanks and localized uplift in certain catchments,emphasizing the higher deformation rates in glacial areas compared to non-glacial *** found a strong positive correlation between temperature and cumulative deformation(correlation coefficient of 0.63),particularly in glacier areas(0.82).The research highlights the role of temperature as the primary driver of glacier wastage,particularly at lower elevations,with strong correlations found between temperature and cumulative *** also indicates the complex interactions between topographic features,notably,slope gradient,which shows a positive correlation with subsidence rates,especially for slopes below 35°.South-,southwest-,and west-facing slopes exhibit significant uplift,while north-,northeast-,and east-facing slopes predominantly ***,we identified transition zones between debris-covered glaciers and clean ice as areas of most intense deformation,with average rates exceeding 30 mm/yr,highlighting these as potential high-risk zones for *** study comprehensively analyzes the deformation characteristics in both glacier and non-glacier areas in the Shishapangma region,revealing the complex interplay of topographic,climatic,and hydrological factors influencing glacier dynamic

In the era of time-domain,multi-messenger astronomy,the detection of transient events on the high-energy electromagnetic sky has become more important than *** gravitational wave high-energy electromagnetic counterpart all-sky monitor(GECAM)is a dedicated mission to monitor gamma-ray transients,launched in December,2020.A real-time on-board trigger and location software,using the traditional signal-to-noise ratio(SNR)method for blind search,is constrained to relatively bright signals due to the limitations in on-board computing resources and the need for real-time *** this work,we developed a ground-based pipeline for GECAM to search for various transients,especially for weak bursts missed by on-board *** pipeline includes both automatic and manual mode,offering options for blind search and targeted *** targeted search is specifically designed to search for interesting weak bursts,such as gravitational wave-associated gamma-ray bursts(GRBs).From the ground search of the data in the first year,GECAM has been triggered by 54 GRBs and other transients,including soft gamma-ray repeaters,X-ray binaries,solar flares,terrestrial gamma-ray *** report the properties of each type of triggers,such as trigger time and light *** this search pipeline and assuming a soft Band spectrum,the GRB detection sensitivity of GECAM is increased to about 1.1×10^(-8)erg cm^(-2)s^(-1)(10-1000 ke V,burst duration of 20 s).These results demonstrate that the GECAM ground search system(both blind search and targeted search)is a versatile pipeline to recover true astrophysical signals which were too weak to be found in the on-board search.

Due to their high-entropy effects,the high-entropy(HE)MAX-phase materials improve the comprehen-sive performance of MAX phases,opening up more possibilities for practical engineering ***,it is still challenging to obtain S-containing high-entropy MAX phases because of the high volatilization behavior of sulfur,suffering from issues such as high reaction temperature and long re-action time of traditional synthesis *** paper proposes a novel process named as liquid metal assistant self-propagating high-temperature synthesis(LMA-SHS)for efficient synthesis of high-purity S-containing high-entropy MAX-phase ***-melting-point metal(Sn or In)has been introduced into the raw mixture and melted into a liquid phase during the early stage of the SHS *** serv-ing as a"binder"between transition metal atoms of the M-site due to the negative mixing enthalpy,this liquid phase can accelerate mass and heat transfer during the SHS process,ensuring a uniform solid solution of each element and realizing the synthesis of high-purity(TiNbVZr)2SC in an extremely short *** synthesis method for high-entropy MAX-phase materials developed in this study,i.e.,LMA-SHS,showing very short reaction time,low energy consumption,high yield,and low cost,has the promise to be a general energy-and resource-efficient route towards high-purity HE materials.
