The increasing availability of large-scale trajectory data provides us more opportunities for traffic pattern analysis. Nowadays, outlier causal relationship among traffic anomalies has attracted a lot of attention in the research of traffic anomaly detection. In this paper, we propose a model of constructing anomalous directed acyclic graph (DAG) which is based on spatial-temporal density to detect outlier causal relationship in traffic. To the best of our knowledge, the graph theory of DAG is firstly used in this area and the algorithm with strong pruning is proved to have lower time complexity. Moreover, the multi-causes analysis helps reflect the causal relationship more precisely. The advantages and strengths are validated by experiments using large-scale taxi GPS data in the urban area. © Springer International Publishing Switzerland 2015.

In order to study the problem of how to choose the wireless channel connection system to meet the needs of users in the wireless communication environment, according to the number of users using the Irish call loss, the estimated number of users need to meet the channel should be provided. Followed by the number of channels to establish the relation model between user requirements and system capacity, introducing comprehensive evaluation factors to evaluate FDMA, TDMA and CDMA communication system. Finally a solution was put forward to meet the optimal decision the needs of users. This scheme not only realizes the effective utilization of the channel, and the channel has certain redundancy, avoid the system reconstruction caused by future user growth, capital waste, provides a measure of win-win choice for different number of users of the communication system. © 2016, Editorial Board of Journal on Communications. Learning transferred weights from co-occurrence data for heterogeneous transfer learning

One of the main research problems in heterogeneous transfer learning is to determine whether a given source domain is effective in transferring knowledge to a target domain, and then to determine how much of the knowledge should be transferred from a source domain to a target domain. The main objective of this paper is to solve this problem by evaluating the relatedness among given domains through transferred weights. We propose a novel method to learn such transferred weights with the aid of co-occurrence data, which contain the same set of instances but in different feature spaces. Because instances with the same category should have similar features, our method is to compute their principal components in each feature space such that co-occurrence data can be rerepresented by these principal components. The principal component coefficients from different feature spaces for the same instance in the co-occurrence data have the same order of significance for describing the category information. By using these principal component coefficients, the Markov Chain Monte Carlo method is employed to construct a directed cyclic network where each node is a domain and each edge weight is the conditional dependence from one domain to another domain. Here, the edge weight of the network can be employed as the transferred weight from a source domain to a target domain. The weight values can be taken as a prior for setting parameters in the existing heterogeneous transfer learning methods to control the amount of knowledge transferred from a source domain to a target domain. The experimental results on synthetic and real-world data sets are reported to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed method that can capture strong or weak relations among feature spaces, and enhance the learning performance of heterogeneous transfer learning. © 2015 IEEE.

Network attacks are one of the biggest threats in cloud security. According to the characteristics of network attacks in cloud computing, an improved k-means algorithm to optimize the clustering number k by function is proposed. The improved k-means algorithm is applied to the intrusion detection model. In the data mining detection module, the improved clustering analysis algorithm is used to adapt and detect those network attacks of different types, which has effectively solved the problems existing in intrusion detection of cloud computing, such as large amount of alarms and high rate of false alarm. Experiment results show that the improved clustering analysis algorithm applied to network attack detection in cloud computing can detect the network attacks efficiently. © 2016, ICIC Express Letters Office. Because mobile e-commerce is limited by the mobile terminal,network environment and other factors, accurate personalized recommendations become more and more important. We establish a large data intelligence platform,aiming at the characteristics of mobile e-commerce;we put forward a personal‐ized recommendation model with implicit intention ***, create an intelligence unit with the virtual individual association set,virtual demand association set and virtual behavior associated set;Secondly,calculate the complex buying behavior prediction engine;Finally, give the predic‐tive value of complex buying *** method takes full account of factors such as hidden wishes perturbations that affect the predict of complex buying behavior, which to some extent solve a long-span composite purchasing behavior prediction. It shows that this method improves the purchasing behavior prediction accuracy effectively through experiments.

With the Z-scan method,the nonlinear optical properties of the sample of Ethyl red(ER) in ethanol solution(in which the content of ER is 1% by weight) were measured using the lasers of three wavelengths(441.6nm,535 nm and 633nm) *** a result,the effective indexes of refraction n2 of ER at the three wavelengths are in the range from 1.35×10-10 to 5.44×10-9m2/W;n2 at 535 nm is the maximal and about 30 times that at 633 *** results show that the ER has a potential application value in optical limiting or in the field of fast response.

In this paper, a rectangular waveguide based in phase H-T power divider is presented. The cavity is split in two with the whole circuit on one half and the metal cover on the other in order to guarantee the performance. Good agreement has been achieved between the numerical and the experimental results. The signal is fed from port 1 and outputted from port 2 and port 3 respectively. The transmission coefficient S12, S13 is less than 4.8dB, reflection coefficient S11 is greater than 12dB and isolation S23 is less than 8dB from 103GHz to 110GHz respectively.

Hadoop is a reasonable tool for cloud computing in big data era and MapReduce paradigm may be a highly successful programming model for large-scale data-intensive computing application, but the conventional MapReduce model and Hadoop framework limit themselves to implement jobs within single cluster. Traditional single-cluster Hadoop may not suitable for situations when data and compute resources are widely distributed this paper focuses on the application of Hadoop across multiple data centers and clusters. A hierarchical distributed computing architecture of Hadoop is designed and the virtual Hadoop file system is proposed to provide global data view across multiple data centers. The job submitted by user can be decomposed automatically into several sub-jobs which are then allocated and executed on corresponding clusters by location-aware manner. In this paper, a broadband terahertz (THz) monolithically integrated waveguide-to-grounded coplanar waveguide (GCPW) transition, which can be operated in the whole R band (220-325 GHz), is designed for the first time. The WR3 standard waveguide and the radial E-plane probe transition are utilized in our design. A back-to-back transition structure with input and output waveguides is designed for the verification. The simulated results show that the insertion loss is approximate 1.5 dB and the return losses are more than 13 dB from 220 GHz to 325 GHz. Then a single-stage amplifier monolithic microwave integrated circuit (MMIC) with the integral waveguide-to-GCPW transition using 70-nm InP high electron mobility transistor (HEMT) process is designed, which can eliminate the need for wire bonds in the RF signal path. The amplifier can provide more than 1 dB gain at 300 GHz, with the input and output return losses of better than 13 and 20 dB, respectively.

The HDWiki is same as the famous Wikipedia but major in Chinese include vase investment of manual effort and judgment, we divided this structured information into three categories: concept, relationship and entity. This paper describe a novel symbol oriented search that facilitate user to format unambiguous query, especially to format complex logical query which need several query to get answer on traditional search but just once here, it is building a bridge between what user know and what user wished, between the intent of user query and the understanding of search engine. This facilitation and understanding base on the ternary relationships what are everywhere in the HDWiki and HowNet powered semantic similarity measure for knowledge matching. We realize a logical semantic oriented search system and conducted a detailed user study with users, and found that this logical semantic oriented search and its underlying knowledge base provides significant advantages over conventional search. It offers assistance to almost every query especially complex logical queries, making the query entry more clear and efficient for user as well as for search engine, broadening the processing scope of complex logical query in the search, improving the relevance of the searched documents, and increased the probability of getting what user wished. © Wang et al.
