To address the increasingly severe issue of insufficient vehicular caching in the Internet of Vehicles (IoV), Vehicular edge computing uses base stations (BS) and vehicles with computing and storage capabilities as edge servers to cache content. However, most existing studies focus on reducing task costs, assuming vehicles can simultaneously act as requesters and providers, without considering whether a vehicle is suitable to serve as a provider, willing to share resources or ensure secure data transmission, thus lowering matching efficiency. Deep reinforcement learning and blockchain technology were integrated into the Internet of Vehicles to address distributed vehicle-to-vehicle collaborative caching. An optimal collaborative caching strategy was designed, considering dynamic vehicle attributes, with the system's objective being to maximize vehicle utility to encourage resource sharing. Simulation results confirm that the proposed blockchain-based vehicular edge computing collaborative caching scheme with deep reinforcement learning significantly outperforms other strategies. Phase diagrams of neutron-proton superfluid in asymmetric nuclear matter

The finite-temperature phase structures for neutron-proton superfluidity in asymmetric nuclear matter are investigated, with a particular focus on the angular dependence of the pairing gap induced by the SD13 nucleon-nucleon interaction. This angular dependence of the pairing gap results in the Cooper pair momentum in the Fulde-Ferrell-Larkin-Ovchinnikov (FFLO) state exhibiting exactly two distinct stable orientations: one orthogonal (FFLO-ADG-O) and the other parallel (FFLO-ADG-P) to the symmetry axis of the pairing gap. The FFLO-ADG-O state dominates at low asymmetries, while the FFLO-ADG-P state prevails at high asymmetries. Additionally, this analysis of normal-superfluid phase separation reveals that the angular dependence of the pairing gap eliminates phase separation in the low-asymmetry regime, whereas the Cooper pair momentum effectively suppresses phase separation at high asymmetries. These two mechanisms act in concert to significantly prevent the occurrence of normal-superfluid phase separation across the entire phase diagram, ensuring the stability of the homogeneous superfluid state over a broad range of asymmetries. These results provide new insights into the interplay between the angular dependence of the pairing gap and the stability of superfluidity in asymmetric nuclear matter.

An Image Semantic Communication System Based on GAN and Relative Position-Encoding

In image semantic communication, the complex wireless channel environment leads to the loss of image details and performance degradation during transmission. To address this issue, we propose an image semantic communication system based on Generative Adversarial Networks (GAN) and Relative Position-Encoding (RPE), named GAN-RpeSC. Specifically, in the system design, we introduce the GAN network at the output of the semantic communication framework to enhance the image restoration. We integrate the RPE module into the Visual Transformer (ViT) module, adding the RPE module to its Multihead Self Attention (MHSA), so that the model can better capture the spatial location information of the image. Experimental results show that the proposed GAN-RpeSC has significant advantages in improving image transmission quality, with a 0.3 dB improvement in peak signal-to-noise ratio (PSNR) compared to the ViT module alone. © 1997-2012 IEEE.

AdvMap: Crafting Adversarial Maps to Counter AI Aimbot in First-Person Shooter Games

AI-based automatic aiming cheats (a.k.a., AI aimbots) have proliferated in first-person shooter (FPS) games, which grant malicious users an unfair gameplay advantage. Since AI aimbots operate independently of game data and are developed using object detection algorithms, they are difficult to detect with traditional anti-cheating methods. To actively counter AI aimbots, we propose AdvMap, which introduces invisible adversarial perturbations into game scene elements. In optimizing these adversarial perturbations, we design a mixture-of-misleading loss function that increases the total target confidence score within each misleading bounding box. It mitigates the risk of segment missing even when AdvMap is obscured, thereby enhancing the robustness. Besides, an L1-norm constraint with a small scale is employed during each update of the adversarial perturbations, which preserves the fidelity of the game scene. Additionally, to enable effective adaptation to interact with various elements within game environments, we introduce an Image-Subspace-Based Multi-Directional (ISMD) optimization strategy. It enables the adversarial perturbations to adaptively fit into each element by leveraging the mapping relationship between the game's 3D scenes and its corresponding 2D images. Furthermore, we construct a comprehensive benchmark, which includes various FPS games with different graphics styles and perspectives. Extensive experimental results demonstrate the efficacy of our method in countering various AI aimbot tools on different state-of-the-art object detection methods. © 2021 IEEE.

AdaptPUD: An accurate URL-based detection approach against tailored deceptive phishing websites

It is well-known that Uniform Resource Locator (URL)-based detection is essential for the swift initial screening of phishing websites. However, when facing tailored deceptive websites, a new variant of phishing attacks with imitative and dynamic features, existing works may be inaccurate due to the lack of adequate data representation and appropriate detection models. For this, we propose an accurate URL-based detection approach against tailored deceptive websites, termed as AdaptPUD. It first devises the token-property embedding method to extract more representations from URL data. And then, design a multi-channel detection model integrated with the concept drift, which can support dynamically incremental learning while maintaining high accuracy. We conduct performance evaluations and practical applications to demonstrate the superiority of AdaptPUD. The results indicate that its accuracy achieves 91.22% on the latest concept drift dataset, outperforming the baselines by 6.20% to 42.93%. © 2025 Elsevier B.V.

Photodetectors with superior stability hold transformative potential across diverse sectors, including military defense, industrial automation, optical communications, and information technology. Although metal halide perovskite CsPbBr3 has remarkable optoelectronic qualities, including a direct bandgap, a large absorption coefficient, and high carrier mobility, which make it perfect for photodetectors, solar cells, and LEDs, the preparation of CsPbBr3 devices is influenced by external environmental factors. Herein, we address this impact by constructing a NbOCl2/CsPbBr3 heterojunction via a solvent-free dry transfer technique. The resulting device achieves a stable rectification ratio (832), ultra-low dark current (3 while ensuring robust interfacial contact, circumventing degradation pathways associated with conventional fabrication. This work establishes a novel paradigm for designing high-performance perovskite photodetectors with enhanced rectification and durability. © 2025, The Authors. All rights reserved.

Wetland Vegetation Species Classification Using Optical and SAR Remote Sensing Images: A Case Study of Chongming Island, Shanghai, China

Mudflat vegetation plays a crucial role in the ecological function of wetland environment, and obtaining its fine spatial distribution is of great significance for wetland protection and management. Remote sensing techniques can realize the rapid extraction of wetland vegetation over a large area. However, the imaging of optical sensors is easily restricted by weather conditions, and the backscattered information reflected by Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) images is easily disturbed by many factors. Although both data sources have been applied in wetland vegetation classification, there is a lack of comparative study on how the selection of data sources affects the classification effect. This study takes the vegetation of the tidal flat wetland in Chongming Island, Shanghai, China, in 2019, as the research subject. A total of 22 optical feature parameters and 11 SAR feature parameters were extracted from the optical data source (Sentinel-2) and SAR data source (Sentinel-1), respectively. The performance of optical and SAR data and their feature parameters in wetland vegetation classification was quantitatively compared and analyzed by different feature combinations. Furthermore, by simulating the scenario of missing optical images, the impact of optical image missing on vegetation classification accuracy and the compensatory effect of integrating SAR data were revealed. Results show that: 1) under the same classification algorithm, the Overall Accuracy (OA) of the combined use of optical and SAR images was the highest, reaching 95.50%. The OA of using only optical images was slightly lower, while using only SAR images yields the lowest accuracy, but still achieved 86.48%. 2) Compared to using the spectral reflectance of optical data and the backscattering coefficient of SAR data directly, the constructed optical and SAR feature parameters contributed to improving classification accuracy. The evolution of land use patterns and the emergence of urban heat islands(UHI)over time are critical issues in city development *** study aims to establish a model that maps the correlation between changes in land use and land surface temperature(LST)in the Mashhad City,northeastern *** the Google Earth Engine(GEE)platform,we calculated the LST and extracted land use maps from 1985 to *** convolutional neural network(CNN)approach was utilized to deeply explore the relationship between the LST and land *** obtained results were compared with the standard machine learning(ML)methods such as support vector machine(SVM),random forest(RF),and linear *** results revealed a 1.00°C–2.00°C increase in the LST across various land use *** variation in temperature increases across different land use types suggested that,in addition to global warming and climatic changes,temperature rise was strongly influenced by land use *** LST surge in built-up lands in the Mashhad City was estimated to be 1.75°C,while forest lands experienced the smallest increase of 1.19°*** developed CNN demonstrated an overall prediction accuracy of 91.60%,significantly outperforming linear regression and standard ML methods,due to the ability to extract higher level ***,the deep neural network(DNN)modeling indicated that the urban lands,comprising 69.57%and 71.34%of the studied area,were projected to experience extreme temperatures above 41.00°C and 42.00°C in the years 2025 and 2030,*** conclusion,the LST predictioin framework,combining the GEE platform and CNN method,provided an effective approach to inform urban planning and to mitigate the impacts of UHI.

2D spin-orbit coupled Dirac nodal line (SOC-DNL) materials integrated with multifunctional properties are the cornerstone for constructing an abundant application pool, but remain largely limited. Here, a combination of symmetry analysis, high-throughput screening, and first-principles calculations are employed to identify a comprehensive set of 473 nonmagnetic and antiferromagnetic (AFM) 2D SOC-DNL materials, spanning 5 layer groups and 12 magnetic space groups. Building on the multifunctional potential of these materials, it further integrates their topological properties with electride, multiferroic, and magnetic characteristics, revealing unique systems with expanded functionalities and promising applications. Specifically, three representative cases are highlighted to illustrate their distinctive features: i) The electride SOC-DNL material so-MoS₂, which exhibits floating surface states and highly anisotropic Fermi surfaces;ii) The ferroelastic SOC-DNL material β-PbO, which demonstrates multiferroic behavior driven by hole-doping-induced magnetism and polarization-switch-enabled topological phase transitions;iii) The AFM SOC-DNL system Ti2O, which features a lower work function, significantly enhancing its catalytic performance for NH3 synthesis. These findings not only establish a comprehensive material database for the exploration of 2D SOC-DNL materials but also enhance their multifunctionality, paving the way for diverse applications in topological quantum science, spintronics, and energy-related technologies. © 2025 The Author(s). Constrained Multi-objective Optimization Based on Dynamic Priority and Cooperative Offspring Generation

As the number and complexity of constraints in constrained multi-objective optimization problems (CMOPs) increase, the performance of existing constrained multi-objective evolutionary algorithms (CMOEAs) declines significantly. A novel idea is to sequentially address each constraint based on priority, effectively reducing the complexity of CMOPs. However, in these algorithms, the constraint-handling priority is determined statically in the initial stage. This may lead to inappropriate determination of constraint-handling priority since accurately estimating the constraint landscape in the initial stage is quite challenging. Moreover, these algorithms tackle constraints separately, neglecting the potential for inter-constraint cooperation and thus compromising their efficiency in constraint handling. Thus, we propose a constrained multi-objective evolutionary algorithm based on dynamic priority and cooperative offspring generation called DPCMOEA. Firstly, the constraint-handling priority is determined dynamically by the estimated inconsistency degree (EID) between the Pareto fronts of the candidate constraints and the current population. Secondly, computational resources are automatically allocated to each constraint according to EID based constraint relationship analysis. Finally, a new offspring generation strategy based on constraint cooperation is designed to enhance the quality of new solutions. Experimental results on six CMOP test suites demonstrate that DPCMOEA outperforms six state-of-the-art algorithms. © 1997-2012 IEEE.
