In the traditional motor fault diagnosis, only a certain type of motor fault diagnosis was diagnosed The less amount of information leads to diagnostic conclusions unreliable. In this article, a new fault diagnosis method was put forward Information fusion technology, stator current and rotor vibration signals as a diagnostic characteristics input signal were introduced into the motor fault diagnosis. Neural network method was applied to the fault identification. In order to improve the diagnostic precision, the input signs were divided into the stator current signal related and the rotor vibration signal related They separately adopt a diagnosis sub-network to complete different aspects of fault diagnosis. Finally, each sub-network diagnostic results information fusion were carried out and the final diagnosis results were got. The simulation of the diagnostic method showed that it is feasible that the neural network data fusion applied to the motor fault diagnosis. © 2010 IEEE.

To promote the information technology development of the enterprise, achieve information integration and data share between different fieldbuses, by means of analyzing communication bus of industrial control system, the principle of the fieldbus protocol conversion is discussed. According to the basic construction of network, a scheme of fieldbus conversion is designed to accomplish the communication. The structure model was designed via the techniques of database, network, and communication, etc.;the embedded monitor system based on industrial control fieldbus is suitable for existing fieldbus network. As proved by practice, system can run stably, and its functions should take care of industrial control and information development of the enterprise needs. © 2010 IEEE.

As various parameters of cement rotary kiln temperature control system means the relationships of strong coupling, nonlinearity and fast time-variety, there are many factors impact the temperature of combustion. Aiming at the constant control an improved PID control method based on RBF neural network is proposed, and a new model of temperature intelligent controller to control nonlinear systems for multi-variable control was presents in the paper. Mathematical model of RBFNN PID controller was built, and the control simulation of entire model is realized by Mat lab. The result of simulation indicates that the improved control algorithm offers better control effects than traditional PID control © 2010 IEEE.

The motors are widely used in industry and play an important role. Their statuses are related to the production and security directly. Wireless-intelligent device is presented for Online diagnosing the complexity of motor faults, and wavelet packet decomposition and the principle of fuzzy are proposed in this paper based on analyzing the motor fault. Proved by experiment that wavelet packet can effectively de-noise and the fuzzy diagnosis principle is taken as basics. It can also be applied to other complex systems fault diagnosis and has certain portability. © 2010 IEEE.

Interference between the rules is an important index of the static features of a fuzzy controller. The traditional calculation of the interference density is based on fuzzy mathematics, which is not easy to put it into use because of its intricacy. The feasibility of calculating interference density by relative Euclidean distance is discussed with the help of tests in the article. The tests show that the method is feasible to some extent. © 2010 IEEE.

It is the mainstream method that in human face detection and recognition with AdaBoost as the representative based on statistical learning method. Detection rates have reached a high level, and can achieve real-time detection. However, AdaBoost algorithm treats equally for different categories, there is no distinction between the cost of the different error categories. This paper presents a new cost-sensitive AdaBoost-based face detection algorithm, ensuring the detection rate and speed, effectively reducing the false detection rate, and improving the detection accuracy. © 2010 IEEE.

In the power plant, the blower fans running conditions related to the power plant production directly, as well as the security situation. This article introduced embedded system monitoring to the Auxiliary power plant machinery diagnostics systems. An on-line mechanical fault diagnosis system was developed based on ant colony algorithm and Elman neural network. This system integrated data acquisition, signal processing, network communications, on-line fault diagnosis and other functions into one. Experiments show that this method is simple and effective. It can also be applied to other fault diagnosis of complex systems and has certain portability. © 2010 IEEE.

In many chemical industries, the metallurgy, a number of digital real-time monitoring instruments are used. The manual method will bring the problems of inefficient and misjudge. To recognize digital display instrument's real-time reading, a BP neural network is designed, an improved BP algorithm and fifteen feature extraction method is proposed. The image of instrument board is obtained by an digital camera firstly, then transmitted to PC, and an image preprocessing is carried through. The image preprocessing includes vertical tilt correction, binary, gray processing, grads sharp, noise point removal, character segmentation, character unitary adjustment, character contraction and feature extraction. Character features are extracted by n dimensions feature extraction method. Finally real-time recognize the reading by the BP neural network. The experiment results show that the recognition accurate rate is greater than 98%. And the time of recognizing for one instrument image is less than 0.5 second. © 2010 IEEE.
