Due to the increasing popularity of smart mobile devices, the amount of mobile data communications has led to explosive growth of data traffic in cellular networks. Cellular networks have to face the challenge of huge communication traffic. Offloading data traffic through opportunistic communication among smart mobile devices is a promising solution to partially solve this problem since there is almost no monetary cost for it. Large amount of smart mobile devices can communicate each other using Bluetooth or WIFI Direct in short communication range and they can form an opportunistic mobile social network. The opportunistic communications among smart mobile devices can effectively reduce the amount of cellular data traffic. However, mobile users take a long time to obtain useful data. In order to reduce data communication latency, this paper proposes three data dissemination protocols named RRDP(Request-Reply Dissemination Protocol), RDP(Random Dissemination Protocol) and LDP(LRU Dissemination Protocol) respectively. The three proposed protocols are based on opportunistic sharing policy. Extensive NS-2 simulation results show that (1) on the campus situation, the user's access delay of RDP is 56.4% less than the RRDP and LDP is 44.8% less than RRDP. (2) in the vehicular environment, the user's access delay of RDP is 32.5% less than the RRDP and LDP is 28.1% less than RRDP. RDP is the best protocol.

Linkage disequilibrium method is applied for the research on inferring population genetics, LD mapping, haploid type diversity analysis and so on. Soybean genotypes are adopted as the data source and linkage disequilibrium parallel algorithm is implemented by OpenMP technology. In this algorithm, single nucleotide polymorphism sites are divided by using sliding windows into groups, adjacent sites allele in a window of each chromosome are parallel calculated and store the LD results. According to the experimental data, the serial and parallel algorithms are compared and analyzed. The conclusion shows that the OpenMP parallel technology can effectively improve the efficiency of linkage disequilibrium analysis method. It is a realistic significance for processing massive biological information data.

Influence maximization refers to the number of influenced nodes reach to maximum by finding a set of seed nodes in social network. Due to peoples' excessive concentration of attention, sometimes, negative effects will appear during the influence propagation. However, the negative effects on influence propagation are not involved in the existing research work. In this paper, we consider the influence equilibrium problem in mobile social network. The goal of influence equilibrium is to balance the influential range of different kinds of seed sets through the way of node scheduling. Our goal is to reduce the negative effects by transforming the status of influence from excessive concentration to relatively balanced. There are two main challenges: (1) which nodes should be scheduled in mobile social network in order to achieve a balanced effect. (2) how to schedule the nodes. To address the two challenges, we estimate the randomness of nodes and then schedule the nodes which have high randomness. The entropy-based random walk select balance algorithm(RS_B) is proposed in this paper. To achieve the balanced effect, random walk procedure is adopted to choose the sets that can receive the scheduled nodes during the scheduling phase. However, new imbalance may arise during this procedure. Thus, the entropy-based max-min balance algorithm(MM_B) is proposed to deal with the new imbalance caused by RS_B algorithm. Theoretical analysis and experimental results show that the RS_B and MM_B algorithm can balance the influence range and MM_B performs better than RS_B.

A cross layer network strategy with power regulation is proposed for the wireless sensor networks with dense nodes. Under this strategy, nodes use different transmission power for data transmission and so that each node has a predetermined number of its neighbor nodes, or node degree. It thus guarantees the network connectivity, and can effectively reduce the competition conflict between nodes. The nodes in the network are divided according to the hierarchy. The upper node with the minimum transmission power is selected as the father node to construct the routing tree, and the candidate father node sets for the nodes are calculated. In the case of the failure of the father node, candidate father nodes are selected for transmission to solve the problem. The experimental results show that this strategy can improve the network throughput and the rate of data transmission. © Copyright 2016, Institute of Software, the Chinese Academy of Sciences. The promoters of Arabidopsis and the Poplar are parallel processed and analyzed in this paper. The mainly works include three parts: First, The Motif data are parallel matched with both plant promoter data based on OpenMP. Then, the matching result is processed by frequent mining technology. The experimental result shows that the parallel processing time based on OpenMP is far less than the serial time. Second, to increase the calculation accuracy, the algorithm of solving the P value is improved by the prime split method. At last, according to the frequent process result, the shared frequent items of the two plants are analyzed. © 2015 Taylor & Francis Group, London.

The parallel algorithm of the evolutionary distance between different species is implemented by using Open MP parallel technique in this paper. In order to get the best degree of algorithm parallelism, the method of making loop variable corresponding to the rower and column labels of distance matrix is adopted. It is to say that the double loop can be converted into single loop to improve the parallel efficiency. The serial algorithm and parallel algorithm are compared in this paper. The experiment result shows that the highest speedup is14.1. It improves the running efficiency of the program. It is a great significance to dealing with massive bioinformatics data.

Universal combinatorial coding derives from the combination principle and its core is ordinal calculation. The solution of ordinal is a process of computing permutation and combination values. But permutation and combination computing is very time-consuming. As a result, adopting optimized methods or parallel techniques to increase ordinal calculation efficiency is very necessary. parallel optimization algorithms of the ordinal in universal combinatorial coding are advanced based on CPU multi-core and multi-thread techniques in this paper, including prime splitting and unequal parallel algorithms. Firstly, the thesis simplifies the multiplication and division calculations of the ordinal parallel computing through prime splitting optimization. Secondly, the thesis analyzes the deficiency of equal parallel that the unbalanced computing time of each part will lead to inefficient parallel computing of the ordinal, and then proposes the unequal parallel algorithm to shorten the ordinal number calculation. The experiment results of prime splitting and unequal parallel algorithm proved that two parallel optimizations are better in improving the efficiency of ordinal computing. © 2014. Combinatorial encryption algorithm is advanced. Combinatorial encryption method makes use of the variety of ordinal in universal combination code. Firstly, the theory of universal combinatorial coding is expatiated. Secondly, researches are done in combinatorial encryption characteristic, key generating method, encryption and decryption algorithms. At last, key space is analyzed. Combinatorial encryption technology breaks through the thought of encryption. It is based on combinatorial theory and the code element is adopted as the basic unit in encryption computing. Furthermore, the key generating method is unique. Combinatorial encryption technology makes a new attempt to cipher system. © 2014 IEEE.
